COMING SOON: SHOCKWAVE www.shockwaveworkout.com The most efficient total body workout in the world! Shockwave is a high intensity circuit training program that uses friendly team competition and an indoor rower. Lookout for demo sessions throughout November and December!

Classes marked with an * are appropriate for someone new to group exercise . Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to meet your instructor! Any class with a is family friendly and children ages 7-12 years are welcome under the direct supervision of an adult. Members must be at least 13 years old to participate in most group exercise classes. Group Cycle classes require participants to be 16+. Individual instructors may use different music, tempos, intensity, teaching styles and choreography in their class. Please take this into consideration when choosing a class. We are constantly evaluating our group exercise schedule. We reserve the right to cancel a class with consistent low attendance.
