George Fisher
Acting President
The Board of Trustees has

appointed George Fisher as Acting President'ipr one year.'' Upon the


resignation of Alan laRue, who has returned to his "first love," the preaching ministry, the Trustees began searching for someone to appoint to the office of president. Feeling that such a selection should be given care ful consideration, which takes

George and Kathy Fisher are already known to the friends of OCS; they have
served on faculty and staff for the past year. George has taught in the class room and in the mini-coxirses conducted in the Selkirk, Ontario, area;' Kathy has helped in the Seminary office. This school year both have accepted additional

responsibilities.^,;^Georgeis in charge of weekly chapel sessions and OCS churchvisitation co-ordination; Kathy shares responsibility for the school's Wednes day lunches - besides her duties as wife and mother. Also, they assist regu larly in the Sweet's Corners congregation, Selkirk, Ontario
Before coming to OCS the Fishers had varied experience in Christian service

Christian service, with brothers and sisters, and other relatives., serving in
various forms of ministry.

Ontario Christian Seminary is happy to have George and Kathy Fisher serv ing in the school and in the area, and asks the prayers of all OCS friends on
their behalf.
