Pneutek is the established leader in the mechanical attachment of steel roof and floor decking. Traditional methods of attaching steel and roof deck are becoming obsolete. Pneuteks revolutionary Air/Safe fastening method is changing the steel decking industry across the country. Pneuteks patented Air/Safe design is completely pneumatic and uses no explosives. It is safer, faster and more reliable than dangerous powder tools or traditional, inconsistent welding methods. Through its innovative tools and fasteners, Pneutek is dramatically improving the quality, safety, and costs of major construction projects across America.
Ergonomic stand-up tool design for comfort, speed, and convenience Uni-construction fasteners for highest shear strength and ease of inspection Fastens into unlimited steel thickness Lowest in-place fastener cost Highest corrosion resistant fasteners

The AIR/SAFE Fastening System by Pneutek The Erection Company, Inc., located in Arlington, WA, recently completed the Microsoft Columbia Data Center project in Quincy, WA. Ted Bottorff, Project Manager for the job, was completely satisfied with the Pneutek system and will use it again on upcoming projects. The Erection Company, Inc. used the Pneutek pin fastening system exclusively to attach approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of steel roof deck to the structural steel and steel joist roof framing, said Bottorff. The Pneutek system provides a quick, positive, and safe method of fastening metal deck to the supporting structure. The pneumatic tools are reliable, easy to handle, and easy to service onsite. Pneutek has an excellent customer service program that ensured our needs were met in a timely manner. The AIR/SAFE Fastening System by Pneutek has consistently allowed steel erectors and construction companies throughout the United States to complete countless decking projects with higher quality and lower costs.
