The least liquid assets are things like buldings and Brand names. These assets take time to be converted to cash. It is important to mantain a certain level of liquidity. Excessive cash balances are unproductie. But insufficient cash balances are dangerous. Every day, your bussiness has cash receipts and expenditures.
