Summary
A.T. Konurkulginov
Ureaplasmosis, ways of prevention
(Review of literature)
In recent years the structure of vaginal infections is connected to ureaplasm that causes ureaplasm
disease. Women ureaplasm disease leads to inflammation and adhesions in the fallopian tubes, and
as a result to infertility and an increased risk of ectopic pregnancy, obesity, cervicitis and salpingooophoritis. Prevention of mycoplasm and ureaplasm diseases is in compliance with the rules of sexual
health and in rejection of casual sex, in such cases the condom must be used.

Pathology heart under mortal sharp
and chronic poisoning drug
Results of pathologic-morphological researches of a myocardium and coronary vessels of the
persons who have died of acute poisoning with drugs against chronic narcotic intoxication are presented
in the article. Microscopic research of tissues of heart was conducted with application of passable light
and polarizing microscopy, thus, the revealed pathologic-morphological changes of a myocardium and
coronary vessels at drug addicts were caused by long toxic influence of narcotic substances and alcohol,
and also a chronic hypoxia of tissues, owing to spasm of blood vessels. Degree of expressiveness of
all revealed morphological changes depended on duration of the use of narcotic substances and age of
the dead.

Morphological changes of myocardium
at chronic drug intoxication
The article presents the results of morphological changes of myocardium of people who died
because of the chronic narcotic intoxication. The autopsy researches of forensic medical evaluation
revealed the morphological indications of toxic influence in myocardium. Clear blood circulation
disorders, focal damage of myocardium cells with contractures and myocytolysis along with
hypertrophy and atrophy of myocardium cells have been observed. Non-coronary sclerosis is shown as
a characteristic feature.

Importance of phytopreparations
in chronic pyelonephritis treatment
A high incidence of chronic pyelonephritis (2030%) is registered among the population
and particularly among the women of fertile age. Based on the examination results an incomplete
urinary tracts sanation is observed after conducting the first stage of anti-inflammatory treatment that
is manifested by asymptomatic bacteriuria and leukocyturia and preservation of residual effects of
dysuric syndrome that makes it necessary to conduct a long-term anti-relapse treatment course taking
phytopreparations.

Experience with the drug "Remedy" in the treatment
of urogenital chlamydiosis
The paper shows the authors experience in treating 27 (17 males and 10 females) patients with
chronic urogenital chlamydial infection by using Remedy. The studies have demonstrated that
remedia is an effective antichlamydial agent that is effective in treating patients with chronic and
therapy -resistant urogenital chlamydial infection.

APPLICATION OF MULTISLICE COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY PATHOLOGY
UPPER URINARY TRACT
Anomalies of the kidney occur in 33,5% of patients with urological clinics and up to 10% of
all the vices of the formation of the genitourinary system. On the basis of SC Urology named after BU
Dzharbussynov surveyed 33 patients with abnormalities of the upper urinary tract in age from 20 to 55
years. Multislice computed tomography method provides a three-dimensional images of high quality.
Multidetector computed tomography a highly informative, minimally invasive method of diagnosis,
which occupies a leading position in the algorithm of investigation of patients with abnormal kidney
development.

The possibilities of MCT in the diagnosis
of urethral stricture
In recent years, to study the urethra widely used ultrasound voiding cystic cystourethroscope,
echourodynamic study, Doppler ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasound visualization
of the urethra. In 2009, on the basis of SC Urology them. B.U. Dzharbussynova developed a new
diagnostic method for imaging the urethra a virtual ureteroscopy. Virtual ureteroscopy performed
in 15 patients with urethral stricture. Analysis of the results allowed all patients to clarify the
diagnosis, localize the disease process, to assess the extent of contraction and the deformation of
the urethra, and the condition of the surrounding tissue. Application of a new method of diagnosis,
which is a virtual ureteroscopy, clarifies the peculiarities of a number of diseases of urethra,
deepening and broadening our understanding of the disease, thereby contributing to its successful
treatment.

DOPPLER ULTRASOUND IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
In the study of patients in a state of relaxation of the penis vein visualization preprostatical plexus
was well achieved with a longitudinal scan. Our proposed method for diagnosis of erectile dysfunction
venocorporal based on the features of the anatomy of penile venous system. Echodopplerography with
pharmaceutical heavy preprostatical venous plexus is a new, effective and minimally invasive method
of diagnosis venocorporal erectile dysfunction.
