As an assistant for the Project Directors of a sales project, the QA assists the PD in improving the quality of project operations

to win contracts and improve the transaction quality. As a drive force for the process construction in rep offices, the QA should ensure that appropriate processes are available and well implemented in business domains of rep offices, and that the effectiveness is satisfactory. REQUIREMENTS Educational degree: Bachelor degree or above Specialization: Flexible Work experience: Experience of three years or more in frontline sales (sales, customer product solution, sales management, bidding, etc.) Knowledge and skills: 1. Be familiar with process management system, and have a mastery of process adaptation and optimization approaches. 2. Know well about quality management approaches and be proficient in various quality tools (such as the five-step continuous improvement approach, root cause analysis, and quality cost management) 3. Have a grasp of processes and understand related objectives, activities, and requirements. 4. Have related sales knowledge and be familiar with operations of sales projects 5. Figure out sales business environment and main issues and risks in rep offices 6. Know how to manage risks, involving risk identification, assessment, tracking and closure, etc. 7. Be active, dedicated, cooperative, and sincere, and able to effectively communicate with and influence others 8. Be able to work in English RESPONSIBILITIES As an assistant for the PD of a sales project, manage quality of sales projects: Assist the PD in preparing the project quality plan, and give training on quality for project team members. participate in decision-making and key reviews of a project and give comments on project quality. Monitor implementation of key project activities, and drive for process compliance and resolution of issues by leveraging the independent reporting mechanism and rejection mechanism. Construction of LTC Processes Be responsible for deployment and implementation of LTC transformation projects. Optimize and customize processes to ensure that appropriate processes are available for various sales business scenarios of rep offices. Give training on and instructions in processes, manage project knowledge/cases, and promote

experience sharing. Construction of the quality work platform & environment Map process-related roles with appropriate positions. For example, if there is no related LTC process people (such as QC, business people), seek help from the director of Rep Office GM Office and track the progress of staffing. Assist the director of the rep office GM Office in surveying customer satisfaction and taking improvement initiatives.
