TERMS AND CONDITIONS : 1. The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued. 2. The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made. 3. Tickets are not transferable. The management reserves the right to off - load passengers who are travelling on incorrect tickets, disturbing the co-passengers & also drunken passengers, without refund. 4. The Management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason, and to change the sitting arrangements in case of emergency. 5. The Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage/belongings inside the bus/office. 6. Passengers are requested to report 30 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passengers who are late. 7. Passengers are required to produce Govt. issued ID proof compulsory While boarding the bus. 8. One passenger is allowed to carry a child up to 3 years of age and baggage up to 20 kgs. 9. Co-Seats of lady passenger to be confirmed to lady passenger only, no accommodation given to male passenger. 10. No pets are allowed in the coach 11. Contraband and explosive articles are not allowed. 12. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach. 13. The coaches and the passengers are covered by insurance. In the event of accidents and consequential injury, loss of life and any other damages, such contingencies are covered by the insurance. 14. No tips shall be paid to the operating crew. 15. No video service between 11 pm to 6.00 am. 16. No cancellation is allowed for pre-poned / postponed or open ticket. 17. In case of open tickets, the fare prevailing at the time of confirmation of journey will be charged. 18. For ticket cancellation and any other changes the customer has to visit nearest company office / agency with Copy of Govt. Issued ID Proof and telephonic request will not be entertained. 19. Open ticket is valid for 90 days only. 20. For complaints round the clock contact Customer Care 0836 2307300 21. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at HUBBALLI only. 22.
