GORDON SINCLAIR MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP (AFCEA Orlando)

The scholarships are awarded to HS seniors in Orlando, who are pursuing scientific and engineering degrees that align with AFCEAs mission of serving the military. USA/MAES STEM SCHOLARSHIP

Ten awards of $2,500. Students must belong to an Ethnic Minority group, pursuing a college degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Science. Must have a minimum GPA of 2.7 with SAT or ACT scores, well-rounded student, and enrolled in a college /university for the fall. ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA SORORITY (Delta Omicron Omega Chapter)


Deadline: March 31st, Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to young senior women who complete an honors course of instruction and will be attending an accredited college or university in the fall. Two of the scholarships will be awarded to seniors who are attending Historically Black colleges or Universities. Deadline: April 1st, 2010 Amount: $1,000 Students must have a GPA2.5, must exhibit leadership and participate in community service, must be accepted in a full-time college or university and reside or attend school in a congressional district represented by a CBC (congressional black caucus) member. ORANGE COUNTY COUNCIL OF PTA/PTSA SCHOLARSHIP


Deadline: postmarked by April 2nd, 2010 Amount: $1,000 Must be a FL resident and a US citizen with a GPA3.0 and a member of a local PTSA unit. THE JOHN AND DAVID RIGSBY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

THE JANET MORGAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP


Deadline: April 5th, 2010 Up to ten $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to DPHS students who participate in extra-curricular or co-curricular activities, and if applicable
