Rock Leadership Lunch
For all incoming 10-12 graders, come and give input for the youth group for
this upcoming year. Please meet in the Rock Room for a lunch meeting on
Sunday, August 23 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. For those interested, please sign

Singles - Signature Sound Concert (Saturday, August 29)
Buy your ticket and then meet up with other singles by the Breezeway water
fountain 45 minutes before the concert. We’ll sit together and then go out

Rocky Mountain Praise Singers & Orchestra Hymn Sing
Our next Hymn Sing is planned for Sunday evening, August 30 at 6:00 pm.
Open to anyone who wishes to sing in the choir or play in the orchestra.
Please register online at www.DenverFirstChurch.com so we know how to
plan. Rehearsals are Saturday, August 29 from 8:30 - 10:00 am and Sunday,
August 30 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. You need only attend one rehearsal.
Youth Casting Crowns Tickets Available
For all youth (7th - 12th grade) and youth sponsors, we are selling Casting
Crowns/Matt Redman tickets at a discounted price of $25 until August 16th.

Vacation Bible School Thank You
The Children’s Department would like to extend a huge thanks to all that
helped with our Crocodile Dock Vacation Bible School last week. It was a
tremendous success thanks to our Lord and to all our wonderful volunteers.
Let’s continue to be a light to the children of our community and city.
