Drill and Application Lesson This topic was assigned to me to discuss and it is all about Drill Lesson and

Application Lesson. The Drill Lesson is intended for automatization of certain facts, information, habits, attitudes and skills to fix association for permanency or to perfect a certain degree a particular skills. This lesson purpose to let the learners not just knowing it but also doing it.

The Application Lesson, lesson is a type of learning instruction that gives the learners the opportunity to relate, express and apply what they have learned. In application lessons, certain conditions or situation are created that will lead learners to express their thoughts construction or illustration of the concept, or language what they think or feel. There are kinds of application lessons namely; story telling, oral reading, dramatization,written composition, construction and illustration, singing, creative work or composition and test that the learners can apply the topic through this. The report is about The Different types of Lessons, first is the Developmental Lesson, this lesson is all about the new idea is develop and presented. This lesson is developing the needs of the students which can be presented much knowledgeable.The next one isSupervised Study Lesson, this lesson purpose is to give a study to the students with the guidance of the teacher. Which means that the learners trained the techniques of learnings while the instructor work as the guide in the various methods in the classroom. The next one is Appreciation Lesson, in order to appreciate something, one must understand to enjoy this, the lesson instruct the class to understand, appreciate and enjoy something. If we enjoy the lesson, we can arouse our interest to do it, That is why it is appreciation lesson. The last topic in this day is Review Lesson, In other word, this lesson is for recalling the previous discussion to know if the students understands the whole topic. Classroom Management as the administration or direction of activities with special references to such problems as discipline, democratic techniques use and care of supplies and reference materials, the physical, features of the classroom and the social relationship of pupils. The teacher in the classroom is an actual manager because the class cannot function well without the teacher. The success of all activities in the classroom depends on the teacher ability on how they manage the class. Classroom management includes operation and control of activities a well-mange class is conductive to mental growth and development. Learning becomes interesting and enjoyable. He/she can teach effectively only when conditions around him are good. Pleasant surrounding makes good thoughts and inspires both teacher and pupils to do their best. The teacher and his pupils together can plan how to make their room attractive. Some rooms are better looking than others because of the fine taste of the teachers and pupils. One of the methods of teaching used was questioning. Questioning is an intrapersonal communication of a teacher and the students. It is developing social and democratic skills and ideals.

Question are used to serve a wide range of function; these are to stimulate pupils to think, motivate pupils, diagnose pupil difficulties, discover pupils interests, help pupils/ students organize and evaluate, aid pupils to relate pertinent experiences to the lesson, focus pupils attention on the key points of the lesson, develop new appreciations and attitudes, provide drill or practice, show relationships, encourage application of concepts and encourage pupils evaluation. In questioning, there are charateristics of questions these are: Cognitive Memory Questions these require pupils to reproduce facts as rote memory or selective recall;Convergent Questions these require pupils to recall information that leads to correct answer; Divergent Questions these require pupils to generate their own data on a given topic; and last the Evaluation Questions these requires pupils to make value judgments about the quality, correctness or adequacy of information. As a future teacher, we must know the characteristics of a good question, the techniques of questioning, as well as the techniques of handling pupils responses and questions.

A module is a self-learning kit which usually consists of package of learning activities, usually papers that have to be accomplished by the students. Module is needed of the students because they can work at their own pace, assume responsibility for learning, to find that textbook are not only the source of learning and encourage the students to master the module. For the teacher module is very important because they have time to pay attention to individual learning problems, they can identify problems earlier, they are free to serve as resources persons to answer question and to help those who need help and it is better cooperation between teachers and students. Since a module involves self-study the students need self-discipline to work toward mastering a module. Preparing a module is not an easy task. Teacher may also find it hard to change the traditional role they are familiar to. The teacher also has to be on the alert most of the time since the students are encouraged to ask questions.

There are twelve (12) components of a module learning namely: title, target population, overview, objectives, instruction to the learners, entry behavior and prerequisites skills, pretest, pretest feedback and evaluations, learning activities, post-test feedback and evaluation. These components of a module must be found in module.

The seminar group is a deliberative body looking for the solution to the problem from the evidence based on readings, experiences, and minds of its participants. In conducting a seminar of course, they have an speaker who lead in the seminar. And that speaker must knowledgeable about the topic that he/she going to discuss in a group. It is better when the speaker have more knowledge about the subject matter and he/she knows the topic well. The Laboratory Method is a set of firsthand learning activity such as: investigate problem, conducts experiments, observes processes, and applied theories in a simulated setting. The laboratory method as a teaching procedure dealing with firsthand experience regarding materials or facts obtained from investigation or experimentation. In experimentation, observation, or application by individuals or small group dealing with actual materials. It is applied in laboratory method. There are two types of laboratory method, the experimental and the observational. The experimental aim to train pupils in problem solving with incidental acquisition of information and motor skills. The emphasis is on discovery original procedure, analysis, and solution of problems. In the observational type, the acquisition of facts is the dominant aim of method. Facts can be acquired through activities such as exhibits, watching demonstration, listening to lecture. They can learned their own experiment and observational. One of the common methods in teaching, which is most efficient to use in teaching, is Demonstration.There are many important points to tackle in this type of methods in teaching but if you use this method without dividing it, you will run your demonstration learning a lot a little. Because it will be too long to show and they will simply forget it. The best way to do is to divided it into two, first you must show them the step by step procedures then after that let them experience it with the guidance of the instructor. The

demonstration method task is just not to let the student learned but also they can be a demonstrator in the future. In demonstration, there are important things to remember, the one thing is Do not hurry your demonstration. The second one is Assume that your audience has no knowledge in your topic or zero knowledge to get the results of demonstration. Demonstration is not efficient if you just hurry it and not clearly taught them. But it will be the best method if you follow the right way of demonstrating. The Demonstration, Lecture and Meta-Cognition

The Demonstration Method is the type of methods that shows the topic by using video and audio presentation step by step and later on the student will imitate the demonstration by themselves with guidance of the instructor. The Lecture Method is the type of method that very common in the class, the teacher will write something in board and the student will write then it will explain later. However, these type of lesson can be not effective in teaching if the teacher will not let the student interact in the topic to question. It is important to have a short exchange of thoughts about the topic to make it interesting and not boring. The Meta-Cognition, according to the reporter it is "Beyond the Critical Thinking" the teacher should have this, because the teacher must have further knowledge than the student. The teacher must have more intellectual ability to make believes that he/she knows the topic. The use of the good methods of teaching is efficient to let the student learn more and this strategy will give the teacher satisfaction into his/her work.

Taxonomy of Educational Objectives The report is about the Taxonomy of Educational Objectives of Bloom's Taxonomy. There are three domains in bloom's taxonomy, which can help the teacher to guide their students to achieve the good outcome of the lesson, the Cognitive, Affective and the Psychomotor domains.

The cognitive domain, is a kind of objective level that gives the learners knowledge, ideas and information. It is the head level objective that gives students thoughts about the lesson outcomes. The affective domain, is a kind of objective level that gives the learners values, beliefs and molds attitude through the lesson. It cultivate the behavior of the students by the outcome of the lesson. The psychomotor domain, is a kind of objectives level that gives the learners not just by giving them information but also letting them to learn by doing it or applying it into action that may help the student familiarize on the tools or material usage.

This three domain is important to form the learners to more competent in any kind of jobs as long as they learned it well. Creativity Lesson Plan The report is about Creativity Lesson Plan, it is a type of lesson that has a twist in teaching strategy of the teacher.Such as singing, role play, games and any other teaching strategy that can lead the students get interested in the class.

Students get more interested in the topic that you will discuss, if you will give them an activity that they just not to be learn but also they will enjoy the activity. Creative lesson plan purposes to give the teacher a good guide to give the learners knowledge and also familiarize the lesson because they enjoy it and it will remain to their minds.

Lesson Plan is a guide of a teacher of what he/she were going to discuss in the class. In making a lesson plan you must have a content to be followed. First the Objectives, Subject matter, Procedure, Evaluation, Values, and Assignment. Your objectives should have this classification of objectives which is the Cognitive, Affective, and Psycho motor domain. It must be found in your objectives. It is important to make a lesson plan.

Behavioral Theories of Learning

Being an educator is not an easy task, we mist motivate our students and guide them in a right way. You need to give attention to those students who needs your help. As a teacher you must have along patience especially to those students who are hardheaded. Sometimes they cannot pay attention to their teacher. Although it is hard, tired but you need to enjoy. There was a situation that you and your students are exchanging opinions and ideas. The students will learn from you and you as a teacher can learn from your students as well. In terms of giving punishment to your students you need to be fair. Patience is very important if you are a teacher. You need to reinforce the bad behavior of your students because a teacher is a second parent of their students. "LEARNING"

Learning is a process of giving more knowledge by studying through our daily experiences because people can learn through an observation and experiences. Everyday in our life people can learn because of our capability to work. In every challenges, temptation that comes into our life that has a reason but take note if there is a reason , there is a lesson to learn and through that it leads us to enhance our skills, we learn from our mistakes and thats we call the learning processing.

Learning is a lifetime process. Everyday, every minute, and every second we keep on learning. Learning is something that stays in your mind but yet keeps on growing. Growing because everyday we encounter new things and that help us to grow and learn in life. In other words its just like what we learn but yet in knowledge keeps on improving and at the same time growing.

Learning is like education is the only treasure that no one can take away from us; it is one of the lifestyle of each and everyone. And it is important because learning is the key to success.
