Common Reporting
Use processes, reports, and analytics to process data in a batch, or to display information in a way that meets business needs or aids in decision-making. Processes, many of which provide reports or logs that are printable output, can be scheduled and submitted to achieve a desired result that impacts a select set of records. Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher is used in Oracle Fusion Applications to provide printable reports. Analytics, or business intelligence, provide select data that you can analyze to gain actionable insight. Some analytics are automatically provided in context as you work in Oracle Fusion Applications, while others are interactive business intelligence objects that you can create and edit to get the information you need for analysis. Most of the analytics in Oracle Fusion Applications are based on features and tools from Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
