A Chilean cheese pastry parcel lightly fried.

Garnished with fresh parsley. Pan fried baby squid with garlic, fresh chillies and a splash of dry white wine. Finished with fresh parsley. Chickpeas cooked with spinach, onions and fresh cod. Chorizo, pan fried with garlic and homemade bread, garnished with fresh parsley.

A delightful Chilean tradition lightly fried pumpkin bread served with salsa pebre. Chilean style rice cooked with mixed vegetables.

Each person will receive a share of the following Tapas:

A traditional Chilean spicy beef, onion and olive pastry parcel lightly fried, served with salsa pebre. Grilled king prawns cooked in garlic and fresh parsley drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Chargrilled medallions of pork marinated in lemon, garlic and fresh herbs, cooked on a skewer. Lamb marinated in cumin, lemon and fresh thyme, chargrilled on a skewer. A traditional Chilean dish. Sweet potato and spinach croquettes.

New potatoes served with a traditional Canary Islands salsa - freshly made with red peppers, chillies, garlic and cumin. Seasoned green beans pan-fried with garlic, paprika, fresh parsley and pine kernels. Fried potatoes served with a warm blue cheese sauce. Clay baked potatoes cooked in fresh rosemary oil.

Fillet of seabass cooked in a traditional clay pot with garlic, onions and strips of fresh mixed peppers, in a rich white wine and fresh tomato sauce. Spiced chicken marinated in lemon, garlic and fresh chilli, cooked on a flame chargrill. Lightly fried, crispy fresh squid cooked to perfection. Served with salsa Ali-Oli dip. Sizzling barbeque spare ribs just like mama used to make.

Fresh aubergine, oven baked in a traditional clay pot with seasonal vegetables and herbs, finished with goats cheese. Lightly fried, crispy white bait. Served with Ali-Oli dip. Tender lamb pieces slowly cooked in red wine, onions and fresh rosemary. Pan fried button mushrooms in garlic and white wine. Sizzling king prawns cooked in garlic, olive oil and fresh bird eye chillies.
