PROCEDURES 1. Measure and Cut the two 2.5 angle bar, two 2 angle bar and, two 0.5 angle bar, two 8 angle bar and two 1.5 angle bar . 2. Weld the cut angle bars based on the design to build the frame. 3. Determine the numbers of idler to be used and mark their spot on the frame. 4. Bore seven holes on the frame for the idler shaft connection, and bore 4 holes on the bottom side of the frame for the base to frame connection. 5. Build a bearing housing using a 1 steel pipe. 6. Put in place and fix the bearing to the housing. 7. Weld the bearing housing with bearing to the frame. 8. Cut a seven 9 long full thread steel rod and one 11 long full thread steel rod, this will serve as the shafts for the idler wheel. 9. Cut a seven 5 long PVC pipe. 10. Apply heat on the 5 long PVC pipe and insert the PVC caps on both sides of the PVC pipe, this will serve as the idler wheel for the Bucket conveyor. 11. Bore holes on both PVC caps. 12. Apply heat on the washer and place it on the PVC caps. 13. Cover the PVC caps and washer with Easy Tite. 14. Insert the 9 long full thread steel rod on the hole of the idler wheels, do the same thing on the other six idler wheels. 15. Insert the 11 long full thread steel rod on one idler wheel, and fixed it with a nut and a washer, this will serve as the prime mover for the bucket conveyor. 16. Measure and cut the necessary length of the belt. 17. Punch a hole on the belt by using a cold chisel and a Ball pin Hammer for the bucket to belt connection. 18. Put in place and fixed the buckets into the belt. 19. Connect the two ends of the belt. 20. Build the base of the frame, by cutting a plywood. 21. Bore a hole on the based for the frame and based connection. 22. Build the Motor Housing by cutting two 7 angle bar, two 3 angle bar for the support base and one 5 angle bar for the motor and housing connection. 23. Weld and connect the cut angle bars to build the motor support. 24. Build a stand for the motor support. 25. Connect and fixed the motor support on the stand. 26. Furnish and paint the parts of the Bucket elevator. 27. Connect and fix one side of the frame, to the base using a bolt and nut. 28. Connect and fix the idlers to the frame using a bolt and nut. 29. Connect and fix the other frame to the idlers and to the base bolt and nut. 30. Fixed the motor stand to the base using a bolt and nut. 31. Connect and fixed one of the sprocket on the prime mover idler shaft.

32. Connect and fixed the other sprocket on the motor shaft. 33. Put the chain on the sprockets. 34. Test the Bucket Conveyor.
