Clockhouse Training Centre Directions and Facilities The training centre is ideally situated close to Heathrow Airport and is easily accessed by both private and public transport.

Directions (01) Car M25 (M4, M40, M3) Exit the M25 from junction 13 and join the A30 eastbound. Continue along the A30, following signs to Heathrow terminal 4, At the Clockhouse lane roundabout (Vauxhall Car Showroom / Garage on the left) take the third exit onto Bedfont Road. The SAP Training Centre is situated on the left hand side (first left) (02) Car Central London From central London proceed along the A4 (Great West Road) heading through Hammersmith towards Chiswick and Heathrow. At the Travellers Friend roundabout (BP Garage on the right) follow the A30 towards Staines until the Clockhouse Lane roundabout at Bedfont Lakes (Vauxhall Car Showroom / Garage on the right). Take the second exit from the roundabout onto Bedfont Road. The SAP Training Centre is situated on the left hand side (first left). (03) Public Hatton Cross Underground Station (Piccadilly Line) From Hatton Cross bus terminus you have a couple of options. Option 1 Take the New Square / Hatton Cross Shuttle Bus. This is a small grey shuttle bus that operates every half hour (on the hour and half past the hour from 07:30hrs 10:30hrs). This bus is a non-stop service from Hatton Cross station to New Square Business Park. The SAP Training Centre is located on the opposite side of the road from the business park. This is a free service and can be used by all training delegates. Option 2 Take bus No. H26 Feltham (fare 1.20), there are two stops that are located very close to the training centre, one just before and one just after, please ask the driver to let you off at the Clockhouse Lane roundabout. This service operates approximately every 20minutes. (04) Public Feltham (Railway Station) (Services from and to Waterloo) Take the New Square / Feltham Shuttle Bus. This is a small grey shuttle bus that operates every half hour (quarter past the hour and quarter to the hour from

07:45hrs 10:45hrs). This bus is a non-stop service from Feltham station to New Square Business Park. The SAP Training Centre is located on the opposite side of the road from the business park. This is a free service and can be used by all training delegates. (05) Public Hayes & Harlington (Railway Station) (Services from and to Paddington) Take the bus number 90 (Feltham Leisure West, fare 1.20), to Hatton Cross underground station bus terminus. From Hatton Cross Underground Station bus terminus, please see section (03) above. (06) Public Heathrow Airport (Terminals 1 3) (Central Bus Station) Please take any of these buses, 285 / 555 / 556 / 557 (will not mater what destination they say on the front, to Hatton Cross Underground Station bus terminus, there is NO charge for this section of the journey. From Hatton Cross Underground Station bus terminus, please see section (03) above.

(07) Public Heathrow Airport (Terminal 4) Tube passengers travelling to and from Heathrow Terminal 4 will be using a dedicated bus shuttle at Hatton Cross from January 7, 2005 for 20 months. The change from Tube to bus is to allow for construction of the Piccadilly line extension to the new BAA Heathrow Terminal 5. London Undergrounds (LU) Heathrow Terminal 4 station will remain closed during the work. Piccadilly line services will continue to run direct to and from central London to Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3 station. The change will mean a slightly increased journey time to Terminal 4 of five to ten minutes. But it will actually cut journey times by Tube to Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3 by a few minutes.

(08) Training Centre Shuttle Service (To and From Selected Hotels) If you have booked your hotel through Portman Travel please feel free to use the Complimentary shuttle service, this service runs seperatley from: The Portman selected hotels to the SAP Training Centre at Clockhouse Place.

This service runs Monday Friday at the following times (please note that times may vary from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances). Departs the Radisson Edwardian at 08:30hrs Departs the Park Inn at 08:30hrs Departs the Holiday Inn (Ariel) at 08:30hrs Departs the Renaissance Hotel at 08:30hrs Departs the Premier Travel Inn at 08:30hrs Departs the Jurys Inn at 08:30hrs Departs the Training Centre at 17:15hrs (16:15hrs on Friday) Please note that only the people that have booked through Portman Travel can use this service, it must also be booked with the hotel in question prior to travel, please enquire at the hotel regarding this service. (09) Public Hotels (Heathrow Airport Area) The easiest way is to take the Hotel Hoppa Bus (Chargable) from your hotel to Heathrow Airport From the airport central bus station please take any of these buses, 285 / 555 / 556 / 557 (will not mater what destination they say on the front, depart at Hatton Cross Underground Station bus terminus, there is NO charge for this section of the journey. From Hatton Cross Underground Station bus terminus, please see section (03) above. (10) Public Taxi / Mini Cabs (Cash preferred, Credit Cards or Checks by arrangement check with driver before journey commences, please note that if paying by credit / debit card there will be a surcharge) (A) Heathrow Airport (all terminals) Black Cabs / Metro Cabs from outside any of the terminals, although it is a short distance these cabs are required to accept your fare by law, however they do not have to issue a receipt. (B) Hatton Cross Underground Station Black Cabs / Metro Cabs from bus terminus, although it is a short distance these cabs are required to accept your fare by law, however they do not have to issue a receipt.

(C) Hotels Please ask the hotel to book cab for you, this will be a higher price than a black cab or Metro cab, but they are more reliable and they will issue a receipt upon request, you can also pay by Credit / Debit card (please check before starting your journey). Car Parking Turn left to the main visitors carpark, should this carpark be full alternative parking can be found to the rear of the building, please go back through the barrier and turn left, after the barriers please follow the yellow directional arrows on the road to find parking area. Other Course Information - It is extremely important that delegates meet the courses stated prerequisites. These are designed specifically to enable delegates to achieve full benefit from each course. Please refer to our website at www.sap.com/uk/education for a course description or call us if you are uncertain whether you have sufficient background knowledge to attend the course. - The duration and start times of your course are specified in your confirmation letter, but the exact timing of each day of your course will be managed by the instructor to best meet the needs of each class. - Each delegate is provided with course materials as well as a pad of paper and a pen for taking further notes.

From New Square Business Park To Feltham (Main Line) Station / Hatton Cross (Underground) Stattion (Please note this service is operated by New Square Management not SAP This service is free to anyone based at New Square Park and SAP at Clockhouse Place. Three services operate throughout the day serving Heathrow Airport (Terminal 4), Hatton Cross Underground, Feltham mainline station and Staines. New Square Park courtesy coaches commence their journeys from New Square to Hatton Cross and Feltham rail stations. Departure time from hatton Cross and Feltham for the return journey to New Square is at 07:30am. Digital displays at both the front and side indicate the bus route. All three services operate from Monday to Friday excluding any Bank Holidays as follows: New Square Park - Hatton Cross - New Square Park Services between 11.20 and 15.50 calls at Feltham Station.
