WORK EXPERIENCE
Indiana Ice Summer 2013 Intern Maintained daily reports of sales in all accounts. Designed graphics for website, publications, and download. Responded to donation requests from all over the Midwest, and organized the database used to authenticate donation vouchers. Developed Prezis and PowerPoints used in corporate partnership meetings. Greensburg Community School Corporation Summer 2012 Student Maintenance Crew Collaborated with other team members to coordinate maintenance of 5 separate school properties during summer recess. Installed new operating software on school computers and assisted with the installation of new technological hardware throughout the school district. Tracked supply inventory and restocked work areas when necessary. Worked closely with management to ensure specific work requirements were met. Wolf Theatres May 2007 August 2011 Customer Service Representative Improved efficiency of the ticket ordering system by suggesting the use of built in card readers as opposed to external readers that were previously in use. Handled large sums of cash safely and efficiently during work shifts. Recommended specific films to customers based on rating, genre, and run time.

Delta Upsilon International Fraternity November 2011 Present External Social Chairman Assisted the Vice President of Public Relations with the scheduling of various organizational events. Budgeted $40,000 of available event funds resulting in a surplus of over $1000. Distributed weekly emails to members to inform them of upcoming events. Associate Member Educator February 2012-October 2012 Evaluated potential candidates based on merit, work ethic, moral values, and ambition. Informed associate members of the principles of Delta Upsilon, and educated them on organizational history/policy in order to prepare them for full membership. Greensburg Youth Baseball Camp June 2006-June 2010 Baseball Coach Coordinated various activities for three different age groups designed to teach communication and teamwork. Demonstrated specific drills using prior experience to facilitate the learning of fundamental baseball skills. Supervised over 150 children and engaged in conflict resolution when necessary. Business Professionals of America August 2009-May 2010 Active Member Engaged in both individual and group activities designed to increase my knowledge of business processes. Participated in a regional case competition focused on process re-engineering and quality improvement.
