CORELATION BETWEEN WORKING ENVIROMENT AND HEAD MASTER OF SCHOOLS LEADERSHIP TOWARD TEACHERS PERFORMANCE OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN WANGI-WANGI (advised by Dr. Karsadi, M.Si. and Dr. Busnawir, M.Si) The research in this research were 1) is there any correlation between working environment and teachers performance of senior high school in WangiWangi district?, 2) Is there any correlation between head master of schools leadership and teachers performance in Wangi-Wangi district?, 3) is there any correlation between working environment and head master of schools leadership toward the teachers performance of senior high school in Wangi-Wangi district? The objective of the study was to find some correlation between 1) working environment and teachers performance of senior high school in Wangi-Wangi district, 2) head master of schools leadership and teachers performance of high school in Wangi-Wangi district, 3) working environment and head master of schools leadership toward teachers performance of senior high school in WangiWangi district. The study applied survey method and correlation approach. There were 128 teachers of senior high school teachers in Wangi-Wangi district as the population of the study in which 35 teachers among them were taken as the sample of the study. Data were collected by using questionnaire as a research instrument. The instrument was firstly tried out empirically to identify the validity and reliability. Finding of the study showed that 1) there is significantly positive correlation between working environment and teachers performance of senior high school in Wangi-Wangi district which is proved by correlation coefficient of 0.925 (rxy1) and determination coefficient of 0.855, 2) there is significantly positive correlation between head master of schools leadership and teachers performance of senior high school in Wangi-Wangi district shown by correlation coefficient of 0.823 (rxy 2), 3) there is significantly positive correlation between working environment and head master of schools leadership toward teachers performance of senior high school in wangi-Wangi district which is shown by correlation coefficient of 0.94 (rxy 12). Based on the finding of the study, it can be concluded that there is significantly positive correlation between working environment and head master of schools leadership toward teachers performance of senior high school in Wangi-Wangi district.
