Ingredients: Pizza base Pizza sauce 1C grated mozzarella cheese 1 C diced bacon pieces C tinned pineapple pieces

Method: 1. Spread pizza base with pizza sauce. Sprinkle o the grated cheese o!er the base. ". Sprinkle bacon pieces and pineapple e!enl# o!er the base. $. %inish with the remaining grated cheese. &. 'ake or "()"* minutes or until the base is golden and the cheese is melted.

Ingredients: Pizza 'ase I C lour ,-tra lour or dusting Pinch sugar 1 tsp dried #east 1.(ml warm water tsp salt "*ml oli!e oil Pizza Sauce 1((g crushed tomatoes 1(ml oli!e oil clo!e garlic/ crushed tsp dried oregano pinch sugar +oppings 1((g mozzarella cheese/ grated " slices leg ham/ diced 1(g rocket pineapple/ skin remo!ed and cut into pieces * kalamata oli!es/ pitted

Method: 1. Combine the water/ #east and sugar in a bowl. Set aside or * minutes or until oam#. ". Combine the lour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the #east mi-ture and oil. 0se a butter kni e in a cutting motion to mi- until the mi-ture is combined. $. 0se #our hands to bring the mi-ture together in a bowl. &. 'rush a bowl with oil. +urn the dough onto a lightl# loured sur ace and knead or 1( minutes or until elastic and smooth. Place in the bowl and turn to coat in oil. Co!er with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place or $( minutes or until the dough rises and doubles in size. *. +o make the pizza sauce/ heat the oil in a large saucepan o!er medium heat. 1dd the crushed tomatoes/ crushed garlic/ oregano and sugar. 2educe the heat and simmer or &( minutes. Press the sauce through a sie!e to remo!e the solids. Season with salt and pepper. .. 2oll the dough out on a lightl# loured sur ace until it is round and to the desired size. Spread the base with pizza sauce and sprinkle with o the cheese.
