Academy of Business has been offering CFA Level I, II and III courses since 1994 in Europe and since 2013 in Georgia. The Academys courses are intensive and are specially designed to help the candidate apply examination technique. Courses are mostly conducted over a weekend to minimize the need for candidates to take additional time off work.

Course description:

To start FA training, we advise you to have, in addition to good working knowledge of English, at least background knowledge in the topics below (these will be covered in our course both intensively and as a refresher):

Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder CFA Institute Constantinos is actively involved in structuring merger & acquisition transactions.Responsibilities included company valuations, formulating of acquisition terms, negotiating of terms with the parties involved with a view to concluding the transaction.
