Course description:
Courses are intensive, concentrating on the most demanding parts of the syllabus Studies happen mostly on the weekends Courses are held in English We provide students with a study planner Tutors work through the topics covered in the CFA curriculum, answer students questions, and work numerous exam -type questions We use leading CFA review materials: Schweser CFA Study Notes, and Schweser Practice exam Volumes I, II, III We provides students with additional materials developed inhouse, including PowerPoint slides On-line support of participants by the tutors throughout the period of their self-study.
Pre-course requirements
To start FA training, we advise you to have, in addition to good working knowledge of English, at least background knowledge in the topics below (these will be covered in our course both intensively and as a refresher):
Statistics:
meetings several two-day sessions spread over three months. Most of the syllabus is covered with numerous practice questions. around two to three weeks before the exam, there is an intensive three day revision course during which all topics are briefly revised and candidates practice exam-level questions. exam before the exam, candidates take Schweser Mock Exam, which is intended to be fully representative of the likely CFA examination. Mock

Course price includes: participation of one person in the training program (112 hours for Level I, Level I;), Schweser set of books, online instructor support during self-study, participation in Schweser Live Mock exam, coffee breaks. For registrants prior to 30 October 2013 we are offering a 5% discount. We are offering an additional 5% corporate discount to participants taking Level I and Level II training programs together. We are also offering an additional 5% corporate discount to companies for registering more than 1 participant (discount is applied to second participant, and thereafter).

Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder CFA Institute Constantinos is actively involved in structuring merger & acquisition transactions.Responsibilities included company valuations, formulating of acquisition terms, negotiating of terms with the parties involved with a view to concluding the transaction.
