INTRODUCTION: Task 1.1 COCA-COLA COMPANY-: The coca-cola company is the worlds largest soft drinks company. It makes products that are sold over the world, in over 190 countries .It was establish by pharmacist named john S. Pemberton in 1886. DIFFERENT ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE-: Functional Product-Based Geographic Based Multi-divisional Matrix Organisational structure of coca-cola-: Organisational structures need to be designed to meet aims. They involve combining flexibility of decision making, and the sharing of best ideas across the organisation, with appropriate levels of management and control from the centre.

Modern organisations like The Coca-Cola Company, have built flexible structures which, wherever possible, encourage teamwork. For example, at Coca-Cola Great Britain any new product development (e.g. Coca-Cola Vanilla) brings together teams of employees with different specialisations. At such team meetings, marketing specialists clarify the results of their market research and testing, food technologists describe what changes to a product are feasible, financial experts report on the cost implications of change; and so on.

Geography based-: The coca-cola products are distributed through out the world in every region which shows the geographical structure is present in coca-cola.

INTRODUCTION-: PARLE-AGRO-: The Parle-agro company is one of the most trusted names in the Indian beverage, packaged drinking water, and confectionary industry. It has leading brands like appy, appy fizz and bailey. Parle-agro is the first to introduce fruit drink in a tetra pack, apple nectar and pet bottles in India. The founder of this company is Prakash chauhan. PARLE-AGRO STRUCTURE-:

The director of the employers play a major role from the time of starting a task to finish it. The team work between the employers play a vital role in the stricter of parle-agro. gg Culture:Culture for an organisation is the personality which represents the pathway and mission of the organization and communicates with many people. It complicates of Culture is to sense it. This can be looked as a system. The process is based on assumption, values and norms. The concept of culture is particularly important when attempting to manage organisation on-wide change. CULTURE IN ORGANISATION: Academy culture Club culture

UNDERSTANDING THE CULTURE OF AN ORGANISATION:Organisational culture is enduring and complex and there are many positive and negative effects. Culture defines the survival of an organisation over a long period. Culture that can be a liability to an organisation includes those that create barriers to change, create barriers to diversity or barriers to mergers and acquisitions. Understanding culture clearly depicts why the project failed (or) why changes do not take place. Culture -Parle agro: Parle-agro has a close-knit family kind of a culture. Parle Agro is "an organization" from outside and "a family" from inside. Parle Agro. It is always looking for bright and dedicated enthusiasts to make its family prouder and the business bigger and continuously strives to bring out hidden talent of its employees. The company has a free-flow upward communication, i.e. an employee of any level can directly speak to top management without any hindrance. Culture-Coca cola:

What allows an organization to continue to operate for over 125 years, and along the way, become one of the most globally recognizable brand names? The ability to adapt and find new markets has helped Coca-Cola become an icon of the American culture. Coca-Cola was invented in 1885 and since The Coca-Cola Companys incorporation in 1892 (Coca-Cola, 2007), a strong focus on growth and Marketing has existed. Besides traditional advertisements in the local newspaper, the companys founder, Asa Candler. Though they differ they values and strength are seen by the cultural aspect. The type of culture that the class room taught us is exhibiting good manners and organising our selves very well. We can even find this in the employers of the parle-agro where they are well organizing of carry out their duties perfectly.

TASK1.2 Smooth functioning of coca-cola and the ways to get profit-: The goal of The Coca-Cola Company is 'to be the world's leading provider of branded beverage solutions, to deliver consistent and profitable growth, and to have the highest quality products and processes.'

To achieve this goal, the Company has established six strategic priorities and has built these into every aspect of its business:

COCA-COLA COMPANY: It has a large series of employees; this in turn is an addition point and also the minus point for the company.

>Plus: The Company has regular flow of merchandise and the company can have many inventive ideas if and only if the business welcomes or gives the initiative to a junior or lower employee. >Minus: the company cannot take each and every idea into consideration. The traditions of the Coca-Cola group is missioning driven; determined on stimulating the mind, inspirational optimism, and creation a dissimilarity. The business feels the workforce as their possessions. All the talent, skill, facts and assistance made by the workforce are shared to make the business what it is today. The business focus to offer a basis to support workforce to be not only model workers but model citizens Their workforce is gradually more excited about their job and stimulated to turn strategy into achievement. Workforce at Coca-Cola is able to use the numerous talent and skill that they have and consequently the height of talent selection is high. Parle agro: Parle agro has a relations kind of chain in which the manager and the worker have a good relation and good contact. The business is well planned and the workforce knows the function or their contribution to the business. The workforce is made to have a boundary with the skilled psychologists so that they can have their solution to the individual and work base trouble face by them in the usual custom day life. The business mostly tries to employ from the inner workforce by giving a inner notice recitation to the compulsory employment. This shows that the first preference is given to their own employees

TASK 1.3 FACTORS INFLUENCING THE EMPLOYE BEHAVIOUR AT WORK: There are physiological and environmental factors that affect the employee behaviour at work. The Physiological factors like Age, gender, Superiority will distract the employee. The environmental factors like the place or he surroundings he was grown up in, the religion he was in and the socio-economic status will influence the employee behaviour at work. Unethical behaviour of the follow employers. Refusal to do assigned tasks. Superiority of the employer. More than usual suspension. Physical and verbal abuses these are the factors that influence the employee behaviour at work. These are the important aspects to reach the vision in greater heights.

If I am a manager at PARLE- AGRO would ask SURESH to give effective reason to be late to the office and not doing his duties. To drop his kids in the kinder garden as they are too young to cross the roads for their school. If I come to know that his answer is good I will give him a warning and a chance to prove himself. If he fails to stand to his words I will remove him from his position. If i was a manager would consult to the C.E.O.
