To, Ministry Of Information Technology Subject Salary pending in previous company. Respected Sir, My Self Shailesh Kumar Shukla, was working in Globalspace Technologies Pvt Ltd from 18th July 2011 dated in appointment letter till 23rd May 2012 as a Android Developer. You can find the detail of the company on http://www.globalspace.in/ ,previously the office was located in Goregaon but now the office is shifted in Thane at Globalspace Tech Pvt Ltd,, 114 1st floor,Ghodbunder Road,KapurBawadi,OTIS Building Orion Park , Near Wonder Mall.There are three director's of the company Siddharth Xavier,Krishna Singh and Dhiraj Sharma. Since from December 2011, I was not having regular salary in fact even the other employees were facing the same problem. The salary was not on time,and whenever they have given it was part of full salary. This issue continued till I have resigned from there. Since from December 2011 the wages of employees was delay by at least 2 months,but somehow I have managed to release some amount from them by putting several pressure. Globalspace technologies was also performing deduction from Salary as a PF(Provident Fund),but it was never deposited to any PF Authorized Account. When I asked for details about PF account No,they told me still the account number has not been created ,it will take some time.

I was fed-up of delay payment and hence I resigned from the service dated on 22nd May 2012 through mail and my HR provided me the experience letter dated on 23rd May 2012.While resigning I have demanded for wage which remained unpaid till resignation date,they told me that salary and PF detail will be provided but let the situation of company get better and wait for at least 4 month.

I have joined new company,but I was in touch with Globalspace HR.I have send them several reminder through email and call for salary and PF detail,however there still there has been no response from there end. My total approximate amount(70000Rs) pending there is listed following. PF Amount Pending- 1000Rs/month i.e. total PF pending is 12000Rs of 10 month. Salary Pending-29000Rs/month i.e. total salary pending is 58000Rs of 2 month.

This is the reason why I am constrained to proceed against them legally for the recovery of amount. I hope you will understand my problem and do the needful.
