RM#4406/TM#99102 No Validation on email format in FOH Issue: Theres no data validation on the email format for FOH Quick add Solution: The validation that is used within CRM is now also used for FOH quick add (displayed below) - Email cant start with ? - If email starts with quotation mark then it also looks for another quotation mark if it doesnt find one it raises error - User name only can contain A-Z, a-z, 0-9, - User name cannot start or end with special character - User name or domain name cannot contain white spaces or double periods - Domain name cannot end with period - Domain name cannot contain special characters like &, *, $,@,! Etc.

RM#4395/TM#77909 FOH allows discounts of over the cost of an item to provide credit Issue: Multiple discounts for items within FOH allowed members to gain a discount over 100% if a monetary value was discounted first Solution: This has now been prevented so that members cannot be credited for purchasing an item through FOH RM#4452/TMN#104388 Zero Value transactions do not record a tender type Issue: Transactions that are completed with a zero total value do not store a tender type Solution: If a transaction totals zero the transaction has a tender type of cash stored. RM#4407/TM#98711 VAT issues on discount on book now pay later bookings Issue: When making a booking which receives a discount in the bookings application choosing to pay later could return the incorrect amount of VAT Solution: This issue has now been resolved so the correct amount of VAT under these circumstances is returned RM#4398/TM#90702 FOH reservation waiting lists showing different values Issue: When viewing a class reservation within FOH the Activity, Location or Instructor could display a different number of members in the waiting list in the summary at the top of screen. The actual waiting list of members was always correct Solution: The values in the summary section are now always displayed successfully

RM#4392 Unable to cancel unpaid bookings in FOH Issue: When a booking is made via book now & pay later, it wasnt possible to cancel this booking from member info Solution: It is now possible to cancel these booking successfully RM#4393/TM#76665 Barcode access receipt printed for refunds Issue: Refunds for items printed a barcode access receipt when this is not required Solution: Receipts for refunds will no longer provide a barcode access receipt RM#4403/TM#98383 Shift override doesnt work if no credit card amount is in shift Issue: You are not prompted to override if no card transactions have gone through the system Solution: This has been resolved and users are now prompted when no transactions have gone through as card RM#4480 - FOH shows log out rather than login on idle sessions Issue: When FOH sessions are set to lock after a period of inactivity (Workstation Settings -> Register -> Shift User Time Out) the button to log in showed the text log out even though the user had already been logged out Solution: FOH will now show the text log in as this is the process to be performed RM#4454/TM#102091 Voucher Values on cashing up receipt Issue: When a cash lift was performed the vouchers cashed up are not used in the transacted amount but show in the lifted amount causing an incorrect variance Solution: Vouchers will now show as a transacted amount as well as to not calculate a variance

Bookings
RM#4511/TM#110484 Possible to have a member restricted to 0 allowed bookings based on subtype configuration Issue: If an activity is in a resource subtype that has a usage duration set but a max usage that is blank then this would restrict the member and they wouldnt be allowed to make any bookings within the bookings application Solution: A value of 1 or greater is now needed to be entered before this restriction is applied RM#4399/TM#102114 Single charge bookings give the incorrect total price Issue: When single charge is selected for block bookings it would divide rather than multiply the inventory item value by the quantity of sessions Solution: This has been rectified RM#4493/TM#110111 Creating Non-Scheduled course enables the attendees tab Issue: If you create a course without scheduling it, the attendees tab will be selectable; however if you close and reopen the same course it will be disabled (which is correct) Solution: The attendees tab will no longer be enabled on course creation and is only enabled when a schedule is created RM#4486/TM#109776 Updating the course booking sets the course start and end dates an invalid value Issue: Updating a course which has not been scheduled sets the start and end dates of the course to incorrect values Solution: Updating unscheduled courses will no longer populate the incorrect values RM#4465/TM#96616 Group activities do not apply age restrictions (Bookings only functionality) Issue: The age range on Group Activities was not being checked when the member was being added to the booking Solution: When a member is now added to a Group Activity within the bookings application the members age is now correctly checked

Membership Management
RM#4495/TM#108990 Upgrade wizard prorate calculation Issue: The upgrade wizard previously used slightly different logic to the new member wizard for calculating the prorate fee & when the obligation date is in the past no credit difference is calculated even if the member was still paying successfully by direct debit Solutions: The logic for upgrade wizard for the prorate fee now uses the same logic as the new member wizard. When the member is past their obligation date as long as they are still paying by direct debit a credit difference if enabled will be displayed RM#4402/TM#93345 Renewal wizard shows old agreement Issue: When performing a mail merge from the renewal wizard the process would show the previous agreement that the member was upgrading from Solution: The document merge has been modified now to show the agreement onto which the member will be moving onto

Payments
RM#4497/TM#108776 Members billed twice with poor GL account configuration Issue: If a user was to configure 2 different GL codes for the same agreement or agreement price for the Membership Fee process type it would allow the member to be billed twice Solution: The DD process will now only pick 1 of the GL codes to bill the member against meaning that they will no longer be double billed. However the configuration should still be fixed

CRM
RM#4405/TM#90336 CRM Interaction staff available list Issue: The staff selection within CRM showed all members of staff who have a home club set to the club at which the application was open at Solution: The members of staff which now show are those with the security token Can own Task in the RET group of tokens (RET_CAN_OWN_TASK) & access to that club. Removing users from having access to that club or removing the security token from this group will mean the user no longer appears in the list

Reports
RM#4404/TM#93306 Selection within reports Issue: Within the selection tab, when closing a multiple selection form with the cross rather than Close it would copy the result from a previous selection Solution: This is no longer an issue RM#4503/TM#108366 Club event log new (various column errors) Issue: Club event log new reports would produce an error which didnt allow them to be run when adding the fields Email, Work Tel No, Enrolment or Work Tel number Solution: Adding these columns to the report will no longer result in an error RM#4505 Income journal does not show online signup fees Issue: The income journal would not show online signup fees when filtering for web income Solution: This has now been corrected so that online signup fees will show RM#4513 /TN#110608 Course detail report does not run if a course is free Issue: If a course is free (inventory price set to 0) or has no inventory item assigned to it than the report will return an error unable to divide by 0 when trying to calculate the Yield column Solution: The report has been amended to deal with free courses so that the report runs successfully.

RM#4509/TM#110403 Booking penalties incorrectly showing on the web transaction detail report Issue: Web transaction detail report shows booking penalty debts from web bookings Solution: these transactions will no longer show on the web transaction report RM#4501 Patronage assumptions not being used for course enrolments Issue: Patronage usage for courses would just count the number of members in the course and not use the patronage assumption multiplier Solution: The patronage calculation will is now applied for course enrolment RFC RM#4499 New member agreements report A report will show the new agreements added to the system (new, upgrade and renewal) and show the wizard used and from agreement if required.

Bulk Admin Tool

RM#4507/TM#110177 Bulk admin tool Upgrade agreement doesnt edit auto bill Issue: When upgrading members via the bulk admin tool the membership s will not inherit auto bill from the control panel configuration Solution: Upgrading members through the bulk admin tool will now modify the auto bill value to the agreement price default

Price Management
RM#4397/TM#89896 Price management deployment scopes ignored for membership discounts Issue: When a price management promotion is deployed against a specific club for membership fees within the scope section it would be applied at any club selling the memberships selected Solution: This has now been changed so that the promotion scope is applied to the promotions which are loaded.

Sales
RM#4396/TM#89719 Sales does not save address as per the address control Issue: When saving an address within sales the address option within the main prospect window was used instead of the option selected in the popup address box Solution: The address is now saved correctly as the per the address option selected in the popup address box

Import Prospect Tool

RM#4352/TM#108269 Pic Path not set in Import Prospect Wizard Issue: When running through the import prospect wizard the user is warned that the picture path is not set whether it is or not Solution: The user will no longer receive this error message inappropriately

Online Services
TM#107393 Online signup on IOS Issue: When completing the online signup on an IOS device you are unable to close terms and conditions Solution: Terms and conditions are now closable on an IOS device

Kiosk
TM#110884 Usable to use fast access without registering online Issue: Kiosk users were unable to use fast access if they havent registered online Solution: These members will now be able to use the kiosk

TM#109024 Kiosk jumps to the bottom of website & configuration resets Issue: Some kiosks were experiencing an issue which jumped to the bottom of the website, other also experienced an issue which would reset the configuration Solution: These issues have now been resolved TM#101138 No activities visible Issue: Users were experiencing an issue causing there to be visible activities whilst using a kiosk Solution: This is no longer an issue TM# 111485 502 error during online signup Issue: During the online signup it was possible for some members encounter an unwarranted 502 Error Solution: The user should now longer encounter this issue inappropriately

Sports Courses
TM#109736 Error previewing course Issue: when viewing a course if you previewed the withdraw button disappeared Solution: The withdraw button will no longer disappear on preview TFS#1412 Bulk Reenrolment It is now possible to perform bulk reenrolments through Sports Courses TFS#1412 Register Printing Users are now able to print registers containing session information and contact details of the members enrolled
