I. INTRODUCTION Basically, an organization is a group of people intentionally organized to accomplish an overall, common goal or set of goals.

Organizations can range in size from two people of thousands. An organization operates according to an overall purpose, or mission. Members of the organization often have some in their minds about appear when things are going well. Organization members often work to achieve several accomplishments, or goal, as they toward their mission. All organizations operate according to overall values, or priorities in the nature of how they carry out their activities. These values are the personality, or culture, of the organization. Thus a youth it is in deed a helpful mission to help own selves, family, friends and in the community, be a productive citizen of the country.

Being concern of this things happening around him it maybe positive or negative but one thing for sure there is the presence of sensitiveness. Opinions in life is always there, most of it in reality are all negative but whatever it is you are one who control your life thus every one has the freedom to make his decision and that this youth are organized believing that

II. BACKGROUND OF THE GROUP &one 'reenhill(s outh )ouncil is actually composed of two divided groups

located in upper and lower place of one zone. *o many reasons that made the conflict between the two groups two of this are their economic status in life and a historical event in their lives. #t is not bad of uniting these individuals for both are willing to get close with each other. They wanted to share their skills, talents, ideas and others and wanted to help each other. %ith this an activity was conducted in one place time to disclose the youth and it is gladly is successful last May ++,+,,-.the set of officers still remain as leaders to assist each other.

with his sister but actually reside in Bukidnon but now because of financially incapable he shared house from his sister.

V. PROBLEM PRESENTED 'reenhill(s 5ag1asa outh )ouncil have a common problem on financial insufficiency, peer relationship and family rapport.

DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT Most of this youth are not able to go to school because of not being supported by their parents. *ome are interested in going back to school but unfortunately they can(t because they don(t have much money to enroll. There is a possibility that not knowing the root of the problem this youth will divert such attention to drugs. #f this youth will engage into such thing, individual self where more likely be affected. 3amily relationship as well and saddle in the community and it would ruin his entire life.

As they grew up with this problems the character of the individuals will possibly be overt to bad effects. *ome of the members of this youth are making a way to uplift their economic status in life, where they find work to be engage to it and they could help the family.

Being a *ocial %ork 5racticumer we think of having good relationship, whatever is the status in life one must accept other people. #n this zone one factor that made them a conflict is "ust because of historical conflict, to which it inculcates the mind of those youth that they are that of the enemy . #t is "ust long long time ago where they had this conflict and right now it is in deed a mark in there hearts the wrong "udgment of every person. This is not that easy to reconcile both group but because of the willingness observed in the group it will not be hard to disclose these individuals and will be form as one group.

EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION 3rom the systematic planed activities from this out of school youth they were able to choose an income generating pro"ect which is the polvuron making that let them realized that the importance of attaining your goal is in need to be slowly but surely. They were able to decide and planned well the funding of the group to reach the skills training of t1shirt printing which they are very much interested to.

The group was able to resolved their conflict and is now comfortable with each other the sense that they were to share their ideas without any hesitations. 5resently they have shown respect to each other especially their officers that would help this individual in continuing the group.

%ith how many months working with the people in Brgy. *uarez, specifically the people the council, zone 5resident,&one *ecretary and people in &one 'reenhills . health is one also the problem of the community, to which there are no. oof malnourished children not taken care of their parents because of financial instability. ou can mostly

see these people in the different part of 'reenhills , to which they had a big problem

+E regarding the health of these children. and that for sure there are the bacteria. ou can see the untidy children with big stomach

DIAGNOSTIC IMPRESSION TO THE AREA

Based on the gathered data from the 5;A with the visitation and investigation of the undersigned Brgy. *uarez people is really as of now in crisis situation. Most of the family heads are unemployed and that their children could not go to school, mostly youth stopped in the college and that are forced to lok for a living, helping their father in work. *ome of this youth are most likely are the one who engages in delin!uents acts and the very root cause of this problem is the behavior of each person and the financial insufficiency of the family heads that is the effects of the ?*)(s shut down in /EE= that they never find solution that would suit there skills. 8alley, &one riverside, &one *pring 8ille, &one 5ieces ## and &one Meteor and especially &one 'reenhills is factual

youth to divert their attention on physical well1being and that they will not loose the way that is satisfactorily present on their time.

./ RECOMMENDATION:

Based n the thorough investigation of the community undersigned then recommends for further follow1up, supervisin and promoting recreational activities to which the community people beyond doubt divert their attention and would provide them healthy relationship within the family and the community people.

HEALTH STATUS:

)lient is a healthy boy but only his two legs was affected, he is a disable person.

HOME CONDITIONF

)lients family live in the own house made of semi concrete which also light materials, they also have one room duple$. They use firewood for cooking and one radio.

)lients :anilo Arias, the sub"ect of this case study report is disabled person and needs a wheelchair so that he can be brought onside the house and be e$posed to sunlight and can view other places in vicinity. 6e is now +. years old, his mother find him so heavy to carry so he can go out the house.
