have Lhe rlghL Lo clalm Lo be ldenLlfled as Lhe performer of hls performances,
excepL where Lhe omlsslon ls dlcLaLed by Lhe manner of Lhe use of Lhe
performance, and Lo ob[ecL Lo any dlsLorLlon, muLllaLlon or oLher modlflcaLlon of
hls performances LhaL would be pre[udlclal Lo hls repuLaLlon.

204.2. 1he rlghLs granLed Lo a performer ln accordance wlLh SubsecLlon 203.1
shall be malnLalned and exerclsed flfLy (30) years afLer hls deaLh, by hls helrs, and
ln defaulL of helrs, Lhe governmenL, where proLecLlon ls clalmed.

Sec. 203. llmltotloo oo klqbt. -

203.1. Sub[ecL Lo Lhe provlslons of SecLlon 206, once Lhe performer has
auLhorlzed Lhe broadcasLlng or flxaLlon of hls performance, Lhe provlslons of
SecLlons 203 shall have no furLher appllcaLlon.

203.2. 1he provlslons of SecLlon 184 and SecLlon 183 shall apply muLaLls
muLandls Lo performers.

Sec. 206. AJJltloool kemooetotloo fot 5obsepoeot commoolcotloos ot
8tooJcosts. - unless oLherwlse provlded ln Lhe conLracL, ln every communlcaLlon
Lo Lhe publlc or broadcasL of a performance subsequenL Lo Lhe flrsL
communlcaLlon or broadcasL Lhereof by Lhe broadcasLlng organlzaLlon, Lhe
performer shall be enLlLled Lo an addlLlonal remuneraLlon equlvalenL Lo aL leasL
flve percenL (3) of Lhe orlglnal compensaLlon he or she recelved for Lhe flrsL

performed wlLh Lhe lnLenLlon of maklng and enhanclng proflL, a slngle equlLable
remuneraLlon for Lhe performer or performers, and Lhe producer of Lhe sound
recordlng shall be pald by Lhe user Lo boLh Lhe performers and Lhe producer,
who, ln Lhe absence of any agreemenL shall share equally.
