 Replayed all mails through Outlook Express and coordinated

with service and delivery issues.

 56 units FGTD23V6 cleared and identified 1 damage unit.

 Received mail from Dubai Mall PLUG INS regarding the

display stock and the Merchandiser details, replayed with all
the relevant documents.

 Coordinated with Sales Outlets and Merchandisers for the

stock status.

 Morning we started work at 8.30am, arranged all deliveries

as per the LPO’s from various Sales Outlets, it includes the
new display stock for Dubai Mall PLUG INS.

 Replayed all mails through Outlook Express and coordinated

with service and delivery issues.

 Submitted invoices for DMI, cheque will be ready after 3

days.

 Mr.Pradeep (Maitha General Trading), asked about the

delivery status of 53pcs of MWS/MER

 Sharaf DG made a complaint regarding the price difference

in FFF334FC between Sharaf DG selling DHS 2149 and
Carrefour DCC selling DHS 2090 , Sharaf DG asked the
credit note for the difference amount, but it was not
acceptable.

 As usual we started, arranged all the deliveries as per the

LPO details.

 Issues from Union Co-op –

o Issues for the display stock payment, Needs to confirm

the display is consignment or paid stock.

o As per the information from Union Co-op display should

return whether it is out of stock for more than 2 months
- Asked the stock position of TDC950 from union co-op
Aweer.
  Enquiry from Gulf Favorite Food stuff Co., Sharjah -
requirements for the house hold appliances for their catering
unit – contact Mr.Reaz (Purchase Officer), 050 7064268

 Enquiry for 12kg front load Washer (ATF705BZHS) from MIT,

Dubai - needs quotation for the alternate models which we
have at present. Contact Mr.Sunil – 04 2987444, Fax -04
2987220

 Mr. Pradeep (Maitha General Trading Co., Dubai) called again

to confirm the 53 Pcs(MWS/MER), we passed the information,
it will be delivered within 2 days time.

delivery.
 Mail from Carrefour Century Mall regarding the gifts for the
Carrefour anniversary.

 Mr.Mark Arabi collected all the relevant documents to submit

in PLUG INS Dubai Mall.

 Confirmed delivery with Mr.Manjunad (Section Manager

HHH), regarding the Customer delivery of FAC185AHD, which
is cancelled a day before.

 Enquiry for FAC185AHD from UAE EXCHANGE, Dubai -

quotation faxed as per the requirements, contact Mr.Yusef
04 – 3535378.

 Message passed to Mr.Madukar to quote our best prices for

the FWL30SA4 spare parts as per the requirements of
MIT,Dubai .

 Cheque collected from Dubai Marketing Intl.

 Day started with LPOs and mails for the delivery and
services to ensure complete satisfaction.

 Issues from Union Co-op (Aweer) - to return the display

stock of TDC950, we submitted all the consignment
documents and collected the stock.

 Issues from Burjuman Rottana Hotel – Needs to know when

will be the delivery of Frigidaire Freezers , I promised him to
be delivered within two days, contact Mr. Rahul(
0502263943).

 Received a Fax message from GULF FAVORATE FOODSTUFF

EST Purchase department to fix an appointment for the
further discussion. Needs to follow up as soon as possible.

 Considered necessary to follow up MIT, Dubai - to get a

chance for the further discussion and to gather more about
their requirements.

 Coordinated with all the Sales Outlets and Merchandisers.
