Proficiency badges and keep a record of your involvement over a period of at
least six months.

Or:

Make a collection or study of objects over at least six months (for example,
stamps, metal badges, teaspoons or bookmarks).

Demonstrate your knowledge and interest in the subject by discussing the reason
for your choice with the examiner.
