STEPS HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

Register your request for advance reservation by filling ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. Applicant can select any Booking agency (from the available given choices) as per his convenience. After pressing the SUBMIT Button, take a print of the application form generated by the computer system. Copy of the applicant form c a n also be generated from the button available in CHECK STATUS section. Printout of the screen generated through PRINTSCREEN Command (even though verified by office) are not acceptable as valid Application form. Sign the application form. Get it verified/forwarded from the Administrative Divn. of applicant's office (Retired Government employees should enclose SELF ATTESTED copy of the PPO/Pensioner ID. Card. Verification by office is not necessary). Pay order / Demand Drafts Annex Pay Order/Demand draft for the full amount of room charges. Excess amount, if any, cannot be refunded.

Despatch the HARD COPY of the verified application form [with Demand Draft/pay order for the full amount] to the concerned Allotting Authority. Allotting Authoritys name is also mentioned at the bottom of application form [generated by the computer on pressing SUBMIT Button.] You can check your booking status online by quoting BOOKING REQUEST ID and ID CARD NO. If it shows status as ALLOTTED, pl. take a print of the confirmation letter (by pressing a button given at the bottom of this screen.

a) Unconfirmed applications : DD/Pay Order received with application which could not be confirmed for any reason will be returned by post. Pl attach self correct address envelope along with requisite postal stamps. b) Retired Central government employees can apply 15 days in advance. The employees of State Govts./ UT Admn. / PSUs / Semi Govt. organisations can apply seven days in advance only. Such applications will however, be considered only after meeting the requirement of serving Central Government employees, who are to be given priority in matter of booking.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1) Only online applications shall be entertained for advance reservation for holiday homes where online facility has been commenced. Offline requests for advance reservation in such holiday homes will be summarily rejected. 2) Serving Central Government officers can apply online within 6 0 days f r o m t h e C h e c k - i n - d a t e . S uch application will be considered for confirmation ONLY AFTER receipt of hard copy with requisite Demand draft/Pay order, complete in all respects within 10 days from the date of submission of application online. Incomplete/unverified applications w i l l not be entertained. Confirmation will be subject to availability. 3) Applications received after 10 days (including holidays) from the date of registration are to b e r e j e c t e d / re m o v e d f r o m t h e p e n d i n g l i s t f o r c o n f i r m a t i o n . 4) Applications made under the category to which the applicant does not belong, will be summarily rejected.

5) Requests for Refunds/postponements after confirmation of booking, shall not be entertained. 6) For booking at other cities, send applications direct to the Allotting authorities as mentioned in the COMPLETE LIST section. 7) Variation in DD No./Pay Order with date as mentioned in the online application from the actual DD/Pay order received by the allotting authority would lead to be rejected summarily by the system.
