STRESS MANAGEMENT & CONFLICT HANDLING TRAINING


The training is aimed at imparting knowledge, skills & ability, on how to deal with conflict & stress at work. The overall objective of this training is aimed at equipping participants with the know-how on stress & conflict handling, which will translate into reduced absenteeism while improving employees morale and productivity.

COURSE CONTENTS 1. STRESS MANAGEMENT


Upon completion, participants should be able to: Describe their understanding of stress. Outline the different types of stress Identify possible factors that lead to stress. Name the effects of stress on the body and mind. Learn how to abolish stress know how to manage and or avoid stress

Upon completion, participants should be able to: Differentiate between normal anxiety and anxiety disorders. Name the likely causes of anxiety disorders. Name two types of treatments.

Upon completion, participants should be able to: -Define conflict. -Gain an understanding on the types of conflict, sources and the causes. -Understand & anticipate conflict in Teams. -Identify the different types of conflict resolution techniques. - Know how to deal with conflicts. -Learn to apply the conflict resolution process to different types of conflicts.
