SUGGESTIONS
They should purchase raw material from Mathak behalf of Madhupura. Mathak means where chilies crop grows. Like From Farm. Because their prices is lesser than madhupura market. So it is beneficial to business. They should adopt marketing activities for expansion of the business. By that they can reach to all retailers in Gujarat. And they also can attract to customer for their products. They also prefer to buy miller machine for milling the raw materials. Because it is one time investment and by that they can reduce the factory milling expenses and they also can reduce cost price by using this way. As we have studied that at sanghvi traders there are some unnecessary cost due to which the selling price of the final product was high so we here have made cost sheet to less down the unnecessary expenses.
