INTERNATIONAL NOTICE TO THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE UPU INTERNATIONAL BUREAU

Attention: Bishar Hussein: Director General of the UPU International Bureau pro tempore, The office of the Governor for The United States of America is placing t the General of the UPU International Bureau pro tempore (hereinafter Director General) under International Notice of the intentions of The United States of America to remove itself from the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874. Whereas, , the United States incorportated of 1871 never signed the General Postal Union Treaty. In fact, it was a two two year law student that signed uninvited, to the signing of the General Postal Union Treaty under the direction of Lewis Cass Peyseur that started t the federal reserve under the Central Bank of New York. The fraudulent signing of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874 by JOSEPH H.

BEACKFAN by misrepresentation, misrepresentation caused an assumed and presumed power of attorney for The United States of America that has never existed. These facts were sent to the UPU on September 9th, 2012, before the election election, and therefore, The United States of America nor any of its representatives ever voted for the Director General, therefore the office of Director General is being held pro tempore until a lawful election can be held.
The Representatives of The United States of America have attempted to contact the UPU several times and those attempts have been ignored by the Directo Director General. The Director General has failed to stop and correct a serious violation of the International Law of Treaties of which has made all parties of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874 liable. The general post office for The United States of America has only succeeded in establishing a Community nity ID# ZZGPO20132 for a .post domain known as generalpost.post. Any attempts to pay for the domain by The United States of America have fallen on deaf ears while The United States of America is still till being be held responsible for the obligations of the UP UPU Treaty. In fact, The United States of America is liable for the UPU Treaty without any vote nor valid representation. Therefore, the Director General has 72 hours to resolve the current tort(s) or The United States of America will send a Letter, removing g The United States of America from the original General Postal Union n Treaty of 1874, furthermore, any and all damage claimed by the UPU and its permanent Members against The United States of America can be paid by the purported representative of The United States of America and the Director General for the International crimes committed by the interfering party and the Director General failing to stop and correct correct. 1 Intellectual llectual Property Copyright2013
