FIELDWORK/OTA CLINIC EXPERIENCE: Three 30-hour fieldwork I rotations; Phys Dys at Aspen Ridge, Peds at Kids on the Move, and Geri/Psych at the Utah State Hospital. Excited to begin fieldwork II rotations for 8-weeks (40 hours per week) each beginning in January 2014 at Riverton Transitional Care and Intermountain Medical Center. Involved in designing treatment planning, implementing treatment, and writing up SOAP notes after treatment sessions in Salt Lake Community College OTA Clinic for over 17 treatment sessions while progressing through the OTA Program at SLCC.
