纽约！这个名字肯定不陌生。 《北京人在纽约》这部电影，很多人都看过。中 国
人对纽约，似乎有一种特殊的情感。今天，我们就来看看纽约这座城市。
New York! The name is not strange for Chinese, because many Chinese have watched
the movie A Native Of Beijing In New York. It seems that Chinese people cherish a
special feeling for New York. Now, let’s take a look at the city of New York.
我们都知道，国家是由一座座城市构成的。站在整个国家的高度上看，每座
城市扮演着不同角色，担当着不同重任。美国各座城市的分工尤为明显。华盛顿
是美国的首都，是美国的政治中心。纽约是美国的经济、金融中心。波士顿是美国
的文教之都，美国的文昌位位于波士顿。洛杉矶是美国的娱乐中心，好莱坞的星
光大道让这里星光灿烂。旧金山是美国的科技中心，硅谷就坐落于此……这些城
市之所以能够扮演不同的角色，绝非人们刻意营造的结果，而是由城市自身因
素决定，包括它的山水格局、地理环境、城市布局，建筑构造等。
It is well known that a country consists of many cities. Viewed from the angle of a
whole country, each city plays different character and assumes various task,
particularly when it comes to American cities. E.g. as the capital of USA, Washington
city is the political center of USA. New York is the economic and financial center of
USA. Boston is the culture and education center of USA. Los Angeles is the
entertainment center of USA, the Hollywood Walk of Fame makes the city splendid.
San Francisco is the science and technology center of USA, and the famous Silicon
Valley is located in this city… It is not intentional artificial construction that decides
the roles of these cities, but the inner characters of these cities, including their
landscape pattern, geographical location, layout and conformation etc.

二战后，美国一跃成为世界经济霸主。50 年代中期，全球 50%以上的商品

都是美国生产的。70 年代初，美国经济进入了发展的“黄金时期”。经历了 75 年

的经济“滞胀”后，80 年代，美国政府调整政策，经济颓势得以扭转，到了 90
年代，在克林顿总统任职时期，美国经济再度呈现繁荣景象……只有二百多年
历史的美国，今天却发展成了世界第一经济强国。
After World War II, USA became the economic overlord of the world. In 1950s, more
than 50% of commodities in the world were produced by USA. In the beginning of
1970s, the economy of USA entered a “Golden developing period”. After
experiencing the economic “downfall” in 1975, the government of USA adjusted its
policy and its economy recovers; in 1990s, when Bill Clinton was the president of
USA, American economy became flourishing again…. With a history of just more
than 200 years, USA develops into the No. 1 economically developed country of the
world.
美国不仅是头号经济强国，更是金融霸主，掌握着世界的金融霸权。美国还
利用自身的金融霸主地位，频频挥舞金融大棒，对他国实行金融制裁。2005 年 6
月底，美国第一次对朝鲜实施金融制裁。总统布什签署总统令，以涉嫌参与大规
模杀伤性武器扩散为由，冻结了 3 家朝鲜公司在美的资产，金额高达 3170 万美

元。10 月，又有 8 家朝鲜公司在美国的账户和金融资产被全面冻结。12 月 27 日，

美国国务院又发出了制裁“向伊朗出售武器和技术”公司的信号，其中包括 6

家中国公司、2 家印度公司和 1 家奥地利公司……美国之所以能够 对伊朗、朝鲜

等国实施金融围剿，就是因为美国掌握着世界金融霸权，是美国的金融强势赋
予美国的霸气。
USA is not only the No 1 economically developed country, but also the financial
overlord of the world, controlling the financial hegemony of the world; thus USA is
able to implement financial sanction against other counties. e.g. in the end of July,
2005, USA implemented financial sanction against the Democratic People's Republic
of Korea (DPRK), then president George W Bush signed presidential decree to freeze
the assets of 3 DPRK companies in USA with the excuse of being suspected of
supporting the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the amount was as high
as UD$ 31.70 million. In October, accounts and assets of 8 more DPRK companies in
USA were completely frozen. On December 27, the United States Department of State
released a signal to crack down on companies “selling weapons and technology to
Iran”, including 6 Chinese companies, 2 Indian companies and 1 Austrian company…
the reason that USA is able to implement financial sanction on countries such as
DPRK and Iran is that USA controls the financial hegemony of the world.
美国之所以称霸世界，最关键的就是来源于自身的经济与金融强势。纽约是
美国的经济、金融中心。这座城市的一举一动直接牵动着整个美国的经济与金融，
甚至关系着整个世界的命运。纽约凭何成为美国的经济、金融中心？国父华盛顿
“一梦定首都”，这是上天的抉择。纽约能成为美国的经济、金融中心也是天决
定的。
The key reason for USA controlling hegemony of the world derives from its powerful
economic and financial strength. Since New York is the economic and financial center
of USA, each action of the city influences the whole economy and finance of the
whole country, even the fate of the world. Why did New York become the economic
and financial center of USA, “A dream of George Washington decides the capital”,
which is the choice of God. New York became the economic and financial center of
USA, which is also a choice of the God.
如果说，“一梦定首都”是最离奇却最直观地折射出了天人合一；那么纽
约能成为美国的经济、金融中心，则是最复杂、最深刻且最真实地反映出了天人
合一。美国人奉天承运，遵守天人合一，利用中国传统文化与精到的风水学，深
掘纽约历史积淀下来的文化精髓及各种力量，重新布置、架构了纽约这座城市，
最终让它成了美国的经济、金融中心。所以，纽约能成为美国的经济、金融中心是
必然结果。
If “A dream of George Washington decides the capital” reflects the concept of
combining people and the God as oneness in a most unexpected and most direct way,
New York became the economic and financial center of USA reflect the above
concept in a most complicated, most profound and real way. Americans followed the
rule of combining people and the God as oneness, utilized traditional Chinese culture
and profound Fengshui science, picked up the cultural essence and all kinds of power
accumulated in New York in history, rearranged and built the city of New York, and
turned it into the economic and financial center of USA finally. So, it is inevitable for
New York to become the economic and financial center of USA.
既是如此，要了解真实的纽约，就必须重回天人合一，沿着美国人布署纽
约时的方法来观察它、分析它。这个方法就是中国的风水学。人体工程学是风水学
的最高运用与最大发挥。
That being the case, to learn a true New York, we must return to the concept of
combining people and the God as oneness, study and analyze the New York with the
method by which Americans arranged the city. This method is exactly Chinese
Fengshui science. Human engineering is the maximum utilization and exertion of
Fengshui science.
下面就请随我一起走进纽约。运用风水学的理论与人体工程学的研究方法，

当然，在这本书中不乏我从美国民间搜集来的故事传说，也不乏我的大胆
想象，更有我日夜考察、测量、推论而出的结论。但我坚信，读罢此书，你会忍不
住惊诧：哦，纽约原来是这样的！
Of course, there are many folk stories I collected in this book, and my bold
imagination, as well as conclusions which I had drawn after painstaking research,
measurement and deduction. I’m sure you will become joyous and amazed after
reading this book: wow, New York is originally like this!

Overview

今天我们对纽约进行一个整体的分析。分析什么呢？分析它的地理，分析它
的风土人情，分析它在整个世界上的地位。纽约是整个世界的金融中心，因为那
里有一条神秘的街——华尔街，从外汇的买卖到证券股票的上市，从纳斯达克
的管理到石油的变革，再到数不尽的珠宝……它让纽约成了当之无愧的世界金
融中心。走到纽约，我们还可以观看层出不穷的服装走秀，欣赏百老汇上空飘荡
着的音乐剧……纽约也是世界的文化之都、艺术圣殿，更是全世界移民的天堂。
总之，不管给纽约冠上什么名堂，戴上何种桂冠，它都担当得起。所以，很多人
一走到这个城市，就能感受到一种光怪陆离，更准确地讲是一种魔幻的感觉。可
以说，到了纽约，你才知道什么叫大都市；到了纽约，你才知道自己赚钱的多
少；到了纽约，你才能知道什么叫做黄金地段。
Let’s carry out a general analysis of New York today. What will we analyze? We will
analyze its geography, its natural conditions and social customs and its status in the
world. New York is the financial center of the world, because there is a mysterious
street in New York——Wall Street, from trade of foreign exchange to coming into the
market of securities and stocks, from the management of NASDAQ to innovation in
oil field, as well as countless jewelry… it makes New York become totally worthy of
its reputation of financial center of the world. In New York, we can also watch
numerous costume shows, or appreciate the music drama flowing above Broadway…
New York is also a cultural capital and holy artistic palace of the world, and the
heaven for immigrants of the world. To conclude, no matter what laurel you put on
New York, the city is worthy of it. So, after setting foot into this city, many people
have a bizarre, or magic to be exact, feeling. It’s not exaggerate to say only after
arriving in New York, you know what a metropolis is; only after arriving in New
York, you know how few money you make; an only after arriving in New York, you
know what a golden area is.
第一次去纽约，我也有一种如同不是在地球上一般的神秘感，非常奇妙。所
以，一直以来，很多去过纽约的人都试图写出自己眼中的纽约。可是，眼见不一
定为实。真实的纽约什么样？几乎没有人去深层次地探讨。难道是不想知道吗？
当然不是这样。恐怕是没有人能够揭开纽约的表层，去透视它的真实面目罢了。
When I set my foot on New York, I had a strange and mysterious feeling, as if I was
not on the planet of earth. So, people having been to New York always want to write
down their own feeling about New York. However, what you had seen is not always
true. What is the true New York like? There are hardly any people who will explore
the question in a deep level. Is it because they don’t want to know it? Of course not! It
is because there are few people who are able to peel the surface layer of New York to
check its true appearance.
在我还未到美国时，内心就想着：到了美国，我一定要先把纽约这个奇怪
的城市搞清楚。或许有人会纳闷：你为什么如此执着于这些事情呢？我也说不出
个缘由来。刚开始，总认为这是一种职业使命感——是我的人体工程学让我必须
这么做。不过，随着时间的慢慢推移，我越来越确信，这是一种冥冥之中的神秘
力量促使我这么想、这么做，而且每次我都能获得这种神秘力量的帮助，让我得
到一些无人知道的信息，揭开一个天大的谜团。纽约这本书，就是在这种神秘力
量的促使下写成的。此外，我把此书中的众多内容都采用了魔幻的手法来表达。
我想，这或许是最好地揭示纽约真相的方法了。
Before I arrived in USA, I had thought of this question: after arriving in USA, I must
make clear the strange city of New York. Maybe someone is wondering: why were
you insisted on such matters? To be frank, I don’t the answer myself. At the very
beginning, I thought it’s because of my occupation —— my human engineering drove
me to do it. However, with the time went by slowly, I was more and more convinced
that it was a mysterious power that drove me to do it; and I have been assisted by this
mysterious power for many times in acquiring some information never known to
others, and let me solve a thumping riddle. It is under the urge of this mysterious
power that I write this book. In addition, I express many content in this book with
mysterious and magic technique. In my opinion, maybe this is the best way to reveal
the straight goods of New York.
纽约不像首都华盛顿那般单调的，它的历史虽然短暂，却无比丰富，历过
了印第安人、荷兰人、英国人以及新生美国主人的经营。纽约的中心在曼哈顿，而
曼哈顿的中心却在华尔街。因此，纽约的核心就是华尔街。可以说，整个纽约，
就是从华尔街发展而来的。也正是如此，在金融中心、文化之都、艺术圣殿、世界
移民集中营等这么多的头衔中，纽约最应该摘取的就是金融中心这顶桂冠。
Not like Washington city, the capital of USA, New York is not monotonous. Although
with a short history, New York has experienced so much, it once was managed by
Indian, Netherlander, Englishman and American. The center of New York is
Manhattan, and the center of Manhattan is Wall Street, so, the core of New York is
Wall Street. It is not exaggerated to say that the whole city of New York derives from
Wall Street. So, among all titles such as financial center, culture capital, holy artistic
palace, concentration camp of immigrants of the world, the first title of New York is
the laurel of financial center.
今天的华尔街，在印第安人以及最初的荷兰人那里被称之为“不死之地”。
原因何在？不论什么东西，埋在这里都可以获得永生。为了安息于这块不死之地，
无数的神秘力量进行了变幻莫测的斗争。荷兰人彼得 ·米纽特伊就是在这些神秘

力量的促使下，来到了曼哈顿，最终以价值 24 美元的一串珍珠买下了小岛曼哈

顿，并在那里安葬了一些神秘的力量——郁金香、不死鸟以及神秘朋友约翰 ·菲
尔加卡。正是因为这些神秘力量，才成就了日后华尔街浓厚的金融能量场与投机
气息。原因何在呢？因为郁金香来自彼得 ·米纽特伊的故乡荷兰，带着浓重的金
融、投机的能量场。其实，世界上第一次经济泡沫就是发生在荷兰的“郁金香泡
沫”，是荷兰人投机郁金香造成的。所以说，在不死之地埋下了郁金香，也就相
当于埋下了投机的种子。今天华尔街的投机能量场，就是当年彼得 ·米纽特伊埋
下的郁金香所释放出来的场能。不死鸟呢？它来自遥远的古埃及。美国在获得独
立的过程中，很大程度上依赖了不死鸟的力量。建功立业的不死鸟留在了美国的
国徽上，印在了美国的货币美元上。在国徽的照耀下，不死鸟熠熠生辉；在美元
的流通中，不死鸟获得了生生不息的能量。所以，如果说郁金香成就了美国的金
融大亨，那么不死鸟则铸就了美国的政治，成为美国总统的有力靠山。想不到的
是，当年彼得·米纽特伊一手葬下的这两大神秘力量却“各自为政”，相互争吵，
让华尔街成了它们斗争的场地，最终造成了美国的金融与政治的不协调，更使
得美国金融大亨与美国总统之间的矛盾不可调和、斗争连连不断。此外，不死鸟
埋在这片土地上，还同中国的阴宅风水观不谋而合。到底是华尔街学中国呢？还
是不死鸟本该就属于曼哈顿呢？不管怎样，葬在华尔街下的不死鸟确实起到了
化阴助阳的作用。所不同的是，中国阴宅风水中的化阴助阳助的是一个家族，而
不死鸟助的是整个国家——美国。
Present Wall Street was called “secular land” by Indian and Netherlander at the
beginning, because whatever being buried in this land will become secular. In or to
scramble for this secular land, numerous mysterious power of various sides carried
out capricious struggle. Urged by those mysterious power, Peter Minuet came to
Manhattan and finally purchased the small island Manhattan with a string of pearl
with the value of 24 US$, and buried some mysterious power in Manhattan ——
tulip, the secular bird and a mysterious friend John Philgaca. It is this kind of
mysterious power that creates the current financial energy field and speculation
atmosphere in Wall Street, because the tulip was from Holland, the hometown of Peter
Minuet, and brought a dense financial and speculating energy field. In fact, the first
economic bubble of the world is a “Tulip bubble” in Holland, which is caused by the
speculating tulip of the Netherlanders. So, burying tulip in the secular land equals
burying the seeds of speculation. The speculating energy filed in current Wall Street
was caused by the energy released by the tulip buried by Peter Minuet. Then what
about the secular bird? It was from the remote ancient Egypt. During the process of
acquiring independence, USA depended on the energy of the secular bird to a large
extent. The secular bird with great accomplishment was then put into the national
emblem AND currency of USA. Irradiated by national emblem, the secular bird
twinkles; with the circulation of US dollars, the secular bird acquires ceaseless energy.
So, if tulip creates big financial shots of USA, the secular bird builds the politics of
USA and becomes a powerful backer for the presidents of USA. Unexpectedly, the
two mysterious powers buried by Peter Minuet do things in their own way, wrangle
with each other, and turn Wall Street into their fighting ground, which finally leads to
the inconsonance between the finance and politics of USA, and makes the
contradiction between the big financial shot and president of USA irreconcilable. In
addition, burying the secular bird in this land happens to have the same view with
Chinese Fengshui Science. Does Wall Street learn from China? Or the secular bird
belongs to Manhattan initially? Whether or no, the secular bird buried under Wall
Street does assist the development of the street. The difference between Chinese
Fengshui and American secular bird is that Chinese Fengshui assists only a family
rather than a whole country——USA.

后来,荷兰另一外驻纽约首席长官彼得·斯度文森又在不死之地建起了一堵墙，
也就是华尔街的前身。墙的修筑没有抵挡住英军占领曼哈顿的步伐，却拔起了不
死之地的气脉，让荷兰人的商业气永恒地留在了华尔街。所以说，今天纽约的商
业气息以及华尔街的世界金融中心地位，都在于这堵墙的修筑。英国人占领纽约
之后，拆除了荷兰人修筑的这堵墙，并在四周驻军。这就破坏了纽约的气场，更
给自己带来了无穷无尽的恶果——丧失纽约、丧失美国，更丧失了伦敦的金融中
心的地位。不过，英国人的挫败，却成就了美国人。
Afterwards, Peter Stuwson, another Holland chief official in New York built a wall on
the secular land, i.e. the antecedent of Wall Street. The wall didn’t withstand the steps
of British army, while it enhanced the pulse of the secular land, and kept the
commercial energy of the Netherlander on Wall Street forever. So, current commercial
flavor and the status of world financial center of Wall Street lie in the construction of
this wall. After occupying New York, the Englishmen destroyed the wall and set their
army throughout the city, which broke the energy field of New York, and brought
endless evil consequence for themselves —— losing New York, losing USA, and
losing their status of world financial center of London. However, the frustration of the
Englishmen did a great favor for Americans.
美国独立之后，美国人根据自己所学到的知识，精心地布置纽约这座城市，
先是从南到北、从东到西，将整个曼哈顿布置成天体形成时的“大十字”格局，
随后又不断完善第五大道、百老汇大街，一直到中央公园的修建。这一切修葺改
善，最终把当年英国人对纽约能量场的破坏给扭转过来。
When USA became independent, with the knowledge they had learned, Americans
reconstructed New York exquisitely from south to north, and then from east to west,
and arranged Manhattan into a natural “Giant Cross” pattern. Then, the 5th Avenue,
Broadway and central park was consummated. After all this reconstruction and repair,
the energy field of New York once destroyed by Englishmen was finally turned back.
大十字架的城市格局让英国人破坏掉的商业金融气脉逐步贯通起来，并汇
聚到了不死之地华尔街。第五大道与百老汇如同两条大动脉，不仅把不死之地的
气脉源源不断地疏通到纽约的中部﹑北部，更成就了自身独特的场能。第五大道
成了世界最著名的商业街；百老汇是全世界的戏剧中心；中央公园则是一个有

He had been sick and slept for about five years in bed. His family thought he would
never wake up again, but they didn’t bury him because he had been breathing all the
time. But, unexpectedly at all, in that morning, when Peter Minuet’s wife came into
the house to take some thing, she found someone was sitting on the edge of the bed;
After taking a close look, she found it was her husband. She was very surprised.
However, there were other things that make her feel more surprised.

After waking up, Peter Minuet is aglow with health and tell his family a strange story.

and wandered around the new continent. After three days and three nights, he came to
a river at evening. Under the light of the setting sun, the surface of the river glittered
like gold. “Gorgeous, this is wonderful!”, looking at the natural beautiful scene, Peter
Minuet couldn’t help uttering such an exclamation. After a while, the sun disappeared
and the night started.

sung after a while. Peter Minuet was fastened to a stick and hanged. Although not far
from the ground, Peter Minuet couldn’t move at all, because all of his body was
bound. He yelled and shouted in great fear, because he finally understood his
dangerous situation—— he might be killed alive by these Indians. He had learned
from his predecessor that Indians has the custom of eating people. “My god, I’m
thinking of making a pile in dream. Now I become food of these barbarians when I
wake up! Oh, my god, please help me!”

when the man holding the burning stick towards him. He didn’t cherish any hope
about his life, closed his eyes quietly and wait for the befell of Azrael.

After a while, they came to Hudson River west to Manhattan—— of course, the river
wasn’t called Hudson at that time. When came to the side of the river, Peter Minuet
had been breathless; and he was pushed into the river by John Philgaca before he was
ready. This river was not the same to East River which Peter Minuet saw at the
beginning. located to the east of Manhattan, East River was beautiful and gentle, like
a stream. While Hudson River located to the west of Manhattan was on the opposite;
the water in Hudson River was torrential and powerful. A spoondrift arrived and
pushed Peter Minuet out for quite some distance. Then Hudson River carried Peter
Minuet away from Manhattan island, and Hudson River disappeared on the horizon in
the end.

是就地搭了一个帐篷，在里面凑合着吃住，等着一个不确定的消息。而在哈得逊
河水中浸泡着的彼得·米纽特伊并没有被巨浪击沉，也没有因为不吃不喝而感到
任何疲惫。相反，他觉得自己越来越有劲，越游越兴奋，就如同有一股巨大而神
奇的力量在帮助他一般。漂浮了一天半的彼得 ·米纽特伊终于发现了一个伟大秘
密，原来给予自己力量的不是别的，竟是这条河流中的水。每次潮起潮落形成的
巨大反差会给他的身体带来不竭的能量，让他精神倍增，力量倍增。“太神奇了，
简直太神奇了！” 彼得·米纽特伊自言自语道。他甚至相信，自己在这条河里即
使一年半载不吃东西也不会死去。就在他自我感叹时，突然发现前方竟然出现了
一条大鱼。这条鱼可不同于一般的鱼，浑身发着金灿灿的光芒。在它猛然回头时，
彼得·米纽特伊发现它嘴里衔着一块硕大的金子。彼得 ·米纽特伊使出浑身的力气，
奋力向前游去，就在马上追到鱼儿的时候，突然听到一个熟悉的声音：“亲爱
的彼得，你终于回来了。”说话者不是别人，就是在岸边一直翘首等待的约翰 ·
菲尔加卡。
Standing at Manhattan island, John Philgaca meditated with his eyes closed. For two
days, he didn’t go back; and he built a simple tent in which he slept and ate to wait for
a uncertain news. While Peter Minuet wasn’t stricken down by the billows in Hudson
River or felt tired because of eating nothing. On the contrary, he felt more and more
refreshed and excited, as if there was a mighty and mysterious power was assisting
him. After floating in the river for one and a half days, Peter Minuet found that it was
the water in Hudson River that gave him the power. The great contrast between the
ascending and descending tides brought him numerous energy and made him feel very
powerful. “Great! it’s amazing! ” Peter Minuet said to himself. He even believed that
won’t die even if he didn’t eat anything in this river. When he was amazed about the
great power he had got, suddenly a giant fish appeared in front of him. The fish was
not a common one, because golden light shone all over its body. When the fish turned
its head, Peter Minuet found that there was a giant piece gold in the month of the fish.
Peter Minuet swam toward the fish as fast as he could, all of a sudden, he heard a
familiar voice: “Dear Peter, you are back finally.” It was John Philgaca, he had been
waiting for Peter Minuet on the bank all the time.

当彼得·米纽特伊上岸之后，约翰 ·菲尔加卡忍不住问他：“你在河水中有没

有发现什么特别的东西？”彼得 ·米纽特伊将自己遇到鱼跟金子的情况告诉了他。

After Peter Minuet came out of the river, John Philgaca asked him: “Did you see
anything special in the river?”. Peter Minuet told John Philgaca he had met a fish with
gold in mouth. After hearing the words of Peter Minuet, John Philgaca smile
mysteriously without delivering any opinion, then he let Peter Minuet eat something
at once.

在约翰·菲尔加卡搭起的小帐子里，彼得 ·米纽特伊美美地吃了一顿。接下来，

他们又向岛的北部进发。当走到今天华尔街的这个位置时，他们停了下来。彼得·
米纽特伊禁不住尖叫起来：“金子！金子！天啊，这里竟然有这么多的金子。”
站在一旁的约翰·菲尔加卡又极为诡秘地笑了。当彼得 ·米纽特伊再定睛注视时，
才发现刚才是自己看花了眼。他有些不相信，于是又用立摸了一把脸，终于确定
眼前这个纵横曼哈顿东西的狭长区域里，长满的是一簇簇金黄色的野花，并不
是金子。“看来是我想金子想疯了，难道刚才看到的那条鱼以及鱼嘴里的金子也
是由于自己眼花所致？”想到这里，彼得 ·米纽特伊又气又惊，“这到底是怎么

回事啊？”他又忍不住去问约翰 ·菲尔加卡：“刚才你一眼就认出这是些野花而

不是金子了吗？” 约翰·菲尔加卡不置可否，只是郑重地拍了一下彼得·米纽特
伊的肩膀。
In the tent built by John Philgaca, Peter Minuet took a great meal. Then, they set out
towards north of the island. When they came to the place where Wall Street is located
currently, they stopped. Suddenly, Peter Minuet couldn’t help screaming: “Gold!
Gold! So much gold here.”, John Philgaca standing beside him smile mysteriously
again. When Peter Minuet fixed his eyes, he found what he saw just now was just a
illusion. He didn’t believe it and wiped his face with his hand, then he finally found
that there were full of golden yellow flowers rather than gold in the long and narrow
area across Manhattan. “It seems that I’m crazy about gold. Is the fish and the gold in
its mouth I saw in Hudson River an illusion too?” thinking of this , Peter Minuet was
angry and surprised. “What’s on earth going on?” he couldn’t help asking John
Philgaca, “Did you found they were yellow flowers rather than gold at the first sight
of them just now?” John Philgaca didn’t answer him, he just gave Peter Minuet a
serious pat on his shoulder.

事情就这样过去了。彼得 ·米纽特伊与约翰·菲尔加卡回到了那个印第安部落

Things passed like this. John Philgaca and Peter Minuet went back to the Indian tribe.
四年之后，他们所在的这个印第安部落与另外一个部落发生了流血冲突。约
翰·菲尔加卡在这场冲突中遭到了敌人的袭击，伤情非常严重。三天之后，约翰 ·

菲尔加卡把彼得·米纽特伊招到了跟前，且让他附上耳朵来，向彼得 ·米纽特伊说
出了自己的临终遗言：“亲爱的彼得，我就要死了。在我死之前，我不得不告诉
你一件事情。你还记得你刚来这里时，我说过你要完成一项撼动乾坤的任务？”
彼得·米纽特伊连忙点头。约翰 ·菲尔加卡接着说：“经过考验，我发现你完全能
够胜任这项任务。当然，这项任务之所以要有你来完成，而不是我，更不是其他
人，原因就是你后背上的那些痣。那是宇宙的奥秘，是宇宙在你身上藏下的一个
重要玄机……” 约翰·菲尔加卡气喘吁吁，看似马上就要死去了。见此情景，彼

得·米纽特伊有些心急，连忙问：“约翰，我的任务是什么呢？”
Four years later, a bloodshed conflict erupted between the Indian tribe they lived in
and another tribe. John Philgaca was injured seriously in the conflict. Three days later,
John Philgaca called in Peter Minuet to his side, and told Peter Minuet his will: “Dear
Peter, I’m dying. I have to told you a thing before I die. Did you remember that I once
told you that you need to finish an important task when you just came here?” Peter
Minuet nodded his head at once, then John Philgaca continued: “After my test, I
found you are complete capable of finishing the task. Of course, the task must be
finished by you instead of me or others, the reason is the black naevi on your back.
That is a great mystery of the universe, which had made an important secret on your
body…” while saying these words, John Philgaca was breathless, it seemed that he
will die in no time. Upon this situation, Peter Minuet was anxious and asked: “John,
what is my task?”

“You need to move Netherlands here, to move Europe here.” John Philgaca said
excitedly.

我不明白。”彼得·米纽特伊看着马上就要闭上眼睛的约翰 ·菲尔加卡，心里非常

着急。可是，不管他怎么着急，约翰 ·菲尔加卡还是闭上了眼睛，彼得 ·米纽特伊

怎样哀求、怎样摇晃他的身体，他都不会再说一句话了。
“To move Netherlands here? to move Europe here? What does it mean? John, I don’t
understand.” Looking at the dying John Philgaca, Peter Minuet was as anxious as an
ant in a hot pan. But, regardless of how anxious he was, John Philgaca closed his
eyes; no matter how hard Peter Minuet shake him, he wouldn’t be able to speak a
word.

彼得·米纽特伊颓然坐在地上，想着约翰 ·菲尔加卡刚才所说的话，但始终想

不明白。突然，一个印第安人走进房间，瞪着彼得·米纽特伊。这让彼得·米纽特伊

Peter Minuet sit on the ground in disappointment, and thought about the words John
Philgaca had said, but he couldn’t figure it out at all. Suddenly, an Indian walked into
the room and stared at Peter Minuet, which made Peter Minuet feel very scared. “I
must leave here”, looking at the Indian, Peter Minuet made up his decision at once.
He knew that John Philgaca had protected him to live in the tribe safely for four years.
Now that John Philgaca had died, he couldn’t live happily here, otherwise the Indians
perhaps will put him onto the gallows for the second time.

第二天，天还没亮，彼得 ·米纽特伊悄悄溜出了印第安人的帐篷，一口气跑
到了曼哈顿岛东侧的河流边。看着静静流淌的河水，他有些发呆，更感到非常无
助。他现在唯一的愿望就是会回家。“上帝啊，帮帮我吧！我要回到我的家乡，
我要见见我的妻子、孩子。我们已经快五年没见面了。”彼得·米纽特伊几乎就要
跪下了。
The next day, Peter Minuet moved out of the Indian tent quietly before dawn and run
to the River east to Manhattan without a stop. Looking at the quietly flowing river, he
was in a daze and felt helpless. His only aspiration at this moment of going home.
“God, help me please! I want to come back to my home, I want to see my wife and
children. I haven’t seen for almost five years.”, Peter Minuet hardly knelt down.

这时，只见一只大鸟从天边飞来。彼得 ·米纽特伊见此情景，赶忙闭上眼睛，
在心里默默祈祷：“上帝，你就让这只鸟宣布您的旨意吧！”
Suddenly, a huge bird flew to him from the horizon. Upon this situation, Peter Minuet
closed his eyes at once, and prayed silently: “God, let the bird declare your order
please! ”
令他吃惊的是，当他睁开双眼时，发现大鸟竟然步履悠闲地围着自己转。看
到这一切，彼得·米纽特伊明白，此鸟定是神鸟，忙开口道：“求您帮忙把我带

回家吧！”大鸟听到他的话，停了下来，双腿一曲，弯下身子，示意让彼得 ·米

纽特伊爬到它的背上。彼得·米纽特伊心领神会，骑上了大鸟。他们一路飘洋过海，
大约经历了半年的时间，终于看到了陆地，见到了袅袅炊烟。
To his surprise, when Peter Minuet opened his eyes, he found that the huge bird was
wandering around him. Look at the bird, understood that the bird must be a divine
one, so he said to the bird: “Please take me to my home”. Hearing his words, the huge
bird stopped and bent his leg and let Peter Minuet climb onto its back. Peter Minuet
then rode on the back of the huge bird. After crossing the sea in about half a year, they
saw the land the kitchen smoke finally.

“That’s it, this is my home.” Peter Minuet can hardly hold the excitement in his heart.
Then the scene at the beginning of the section happened.

2、飘洋过海葬花神
2. Take across the sea to bury flora

世界上最早因投机活动而产生的经济泡沫，就是 17 世纪发生在荷兰的“郁
金香泡沫”，是荷兰人疯狂地投机郁金香引起的。当时，“郁金香泡沫”一夜之
间破灭，导致众多人倾家荡产、痛苦自杀。今天，华尔街上的股票交易、炒作证券
等投机活动，就是从郁金香泡沫发展而来的。其实，二者之间有着直接的联系。
要说清这一点，还要从彼得·米纽特伊说起。因为是他亲自将郁金香送到北美新
大陆的。
The earliest economic bubble produced by speculating activities of the world was the
“Tulip bubble” in Netherlands in the 17th century, which was caused by mad
speculation of the Netherlanders on tulip. At that time, “Tulip bubble” broke over one
night, many families lost their houses, and many people committed suicide. Current
stock and securities transactions derived from tulip bubble. In fact, there is a direct
relation between the two of them. To make this clear, we have to talk from Peter
Minuet, because it was Peter Minuet himself who sent tulip into North America.

当时的荷兰政府官员找上门来，说要请彼得 ·米纽特伊出山，帮助荷兰政府做事。
接下来的就是，从朋友那里买来几株郁金香栽在了后花园中，没想到，一年下
来，郁金香的花香弥漫了彼得 ·米纽特伊的整个院子落。同时，还让他从中发了
一笔小财，因为当时一场郁金香热正在富有投机精神的荷兰大地悄悄酝酿。在这
里，我就来讲一下历史上的这一场郁金香热。
After waking up, Peter Minuet became very luck, as if being protected by a special
kind of energy. First of all, some officials of Holland asked him to do something for
the government of Holland. Then, he bought several tulips and planted them in his
garden; unexpectedly, the whole of his courtyard was pervaded with the fragrance of
tulips a year later, and he made some money out of it, because tulips became more
and more popular in Holland. At this moment, I’d like to talk about the tulip fever in
history.

说起这场郁金香热，还要从 16 世纪说起。当时，在维也纳皇家花园当园丁
的荷兰人克卢修斯，千方百计从出使土耳其的奥地利大使那里得到了原产于亚
洲的郁金香。三个月后，克卢修斯就让孙子将郁金香带到了祖国荷兰。美丽的郁
金香一到荷兰，就引来了达官贵人们的欣赏。甚至有一个富太太说，自己在梦里
看到了郁金香花神给自己带来了更多的荣耀与幸福。没想到，这位富太太的话一
出口，就有更多的达官贵人附和说，自己在梦里也看到了郁金香花神与自己相
会。
At the mention of the tulip fever, I have to talk about it from the 16 th century. At that
time, Clucius, a Netherlander gardener working at the royal garden of Vienna,
painstakingly acquired some tulips originally produced in Asia from an Austria
ambassador dispatched to Turkey. Three months later, Clucius let his grandson send
the tulips to his motherland Holland. At the time of arriving in Holland, the tulips
catch the attention of local dignitaries. A rich lady even said she saw the goddess of
tulips brought her more glory and happiness in her dreams. Unexpectedly, no sooner
had the rich lady finished her words than the other dignitaries said they had made the
same dream too.
霎时间，郁金香成了花神与富贵的象征，每一位荷兰人都希望拥有一些郁
金香，每一个人都希望在梦里与郁金香花神相会。将近半个世纪过去了，关于郁
金香的传说越来越多，越来越离奇。此时，也有很多商人加入了这个行列。浓厚
的商业气息与郁金香美丽的传说在荷兰的上空越来越浓重，商人们通过大量地
贩卖郁金香赚了大把大把的钱。一个偶的机会，彼得 ·米纽特伊从朋友那里得到
了几株郁金香。他天性爱花，于是就将这几株郁金香栽在了自己的后花园中。没
想到，爱花的天性不仅让他过足了花瘾，更让他发了一笔意外之财。可是有天夜
里的一场梦，让彼得·米纽特伊彻底改变了贩卖郁金香赚钱的做法。
All of a sudden, tulips became the symbol of Flora and nobleness in Holland, each
and every Netherlander wanted to have some tulips, each and every Netherlander
wanted to meet the goddess of tulips in their dreams. In half a century, there were
more and more bizarre the legend about tulips. During this period, many merchants
joined the activity. The commercial flavor about legend of tulips become thicker and
thicker, and merchants made great fortune by selling tulips. Occasionally, Peter
Minuet got several tulips from his friends. He planted the tulips in his garden because
he loved flowers very much. Unexpectedly, he made some money out of his tulips.
However, Peter Minuet had a dream one night, and then he gave up the idea of
making money with tulips.
在梦中，他终于遇到了盼望已久的郁金香花神。花神对他说：“彼得，我们
姐妹们不希望看到你失败。然而，现在你的这种行为却正在引导你走向破产与失
败。”美丽的郁金香花神裹着白色的头巾，如同高贵的伊斯兰少妇。
In the dream, he finally met the goddess of tulip whom he had been looking forward
to meet for a long time. The goddess of tulip was in a white kerchief, like an noble
Islamic young lady. Then the goddess of tulip told him: “Peter, we don’t want to see
you lose. However, your current action are leading you to bankruptcy and failure.”
“高贵的花神，我现在的行为怎么可能会让我走向破产与失败呢？我正在赚

大把大把的钱。当然，还应当感谢你们。如果没有你们，我恐怕一辈子都无法改
变穷困的处境。难道，我的赚钱方法触犯了你们吗？”彼得 ·米纽特伊没想到，
美丽的花神给自己带来的不是祝福，而是警告。他十分纳闷，甚至有些痛苦。
“Noble Flora, how will my current action lead me to bankruptcy and failure? I’m
making a great fortune. Of course, I have to thank you for you. If it is not because of
you, I won’t change my poor situation in my life. Did my way of making money
offend you?” Peter Minuet never expected that what the Flora brought him was
warning rather than blessing. He felt confused and even sorrowful.
“彼得，关于这一点，我不能告诉你太多。我这次来，是受了约翰·菲尔加卡

先生的嘱托。他要我帮你逃过这一劫。不久之后，一场大的灾难就要降临了。对了，

“Peter, I can’t tell you much about it. I came this time with the entrustment of John
Philgaca, who asked me to help you escape from this disaster. There will be a disaster

一觉醒来之后，彼得 ·米纽特伊揉揉了双眼，简直不敢相信这是真的。他跑
到后花园中，看到那片郁金香依旧那么娇艳欲滴。当他把脸凑近郁金香时，终于
确定夜里碰到的就是郁金香花神。为什么这么说呢？因为每一株郁金香的模样都
如同一位包着头巾的伊斯兰教少女。
After waking up, Peter Minuet kneaded his eyes and could hardly believe what he had
dreamed. When he went to his garden, he found the tulips were still lovely and
charming. When he put his face close to the tulips, he confirmed that he really met the
goddess of tulip last night. Why? Because the shape of each tulip was really alike to
an Islamic girl in a white kerchief.

一个月后，彼得·米纽特伊成功说服了荷兰政府，携带妻儿老母，踏上了驶
往美洲新大陆的货船。浩瀚的大西洋，一望无际。他们所乘的这条船如同脱了线
的风筝，飘摇不定。随船同行的还有彼得 ·米纽特伊后花园里的那些郁金香——

他用花盆一颗颗地把郁金香培植了出来。彼得 ·米纽特伊用坚定的目光遥望着大
洋彼岸，他要把郁金香花神带到新大陆，让花神在那里找到最终的归宿。
A month later, Peter Minuet successfully persuade the government of Holland, and
stepped into a cargo ship heading to the new continent America with his family. The
vast Atlantic stretched to the horizon. Like a kite breaking off from its line, the ship
holding them shook and swayed in the ocean. In this journey, Peter Minuet also
brought the tulips in his garden. Peter Minuet looked firmly towards the other bank of
the ocean, he would bring tulips to the new continent of America, and let the Flora
find her ultimate destination.

经过半年多的漂泊，彼得 ·米纽特伊所乘的船舶终于靠岸了，所停泊的地方

就是今天的纽约港，当时由被荷兰人控制着。不过，非常不幸的是，彼得 ·米纽
特伊的妻儿老母经受不住折磨，在这次伟大的海洋穿越中病逝了。而他所培植的
那一株株郁金香倒是越活越精神。彼得 ·米纽特伊与一同到来的十几个荷兰官员
上了岸，住在了荷兰政府提前为他们安排一个定居所中。
After more and half of year of vagrancy on the ocean, the ship Peter Minuet aboard
made a landing finally, the ship anchored at today’s New York harbor, controlled by
Holland at that time. However, unfortunately, the family members of Peter Minuet can
bear the pain and passed away during the journey. While the tulips cultivated by Peter
Minuet was very flourishing. Together with a score of Holland officials coming with
him, disembarked and lived settled down at a house which the government of Holland
had arranged for them in advance.

住下来没过多久，彼得 ·米纽特伊又鬼使神差地先后重游了哈德逊河与今天
华尔街的位置。当他纵身跳进哈德逊河中时，他终于找回了五年前在那次神游曼
哈顿的感觉。哈德逊河水与浩瀚的大西洋联为一体，潮起潮落，生发出无限的能
量。彼得·米纽特伊在这里尽情地游着。突然，他想起了一个前辈曾给自己讲的故
事。那还是他很小的时候，家里很穷。一位前辈告诉他，如果你能够把一粒金子
丢进海洋里，它就会生出无数的金子，因为海水每一次潮起潮落都有无限的能
量，这种能量可以让金子再生金子，让财富变得越来越多。当彼得 ·米纽特伊问
这位前辈其中的奥秘时，他只是笑笑说：孩子，当你真正遇到了这样幸运的事
情时，自然就明白了。不知道为什么，哈德逊竟然想起了这位前辈的话。可惜现
在他没有金子。即使有金子，他也不可能把它们丢进海洋，因为那样，金子即使
生出无数的小金子，也不可能属于他，而是完全沉没到海底中了。
Soon after settling down, revisited Hudson river and the place where today’s Wall
Street was located. After jumping into Hudson river, Peter Minuet finally resumed the
feeling when he swam in Hudson river five years ago. The water in Hudson river
combined with the vast Atlantic, with the ebb and flow of the tides, infinite energy
was generated out of it. Peter Minuet swam in the river to the top of his bent.
Suddenly, he thought of a story which a predecessor once told him. He was a little boy
and his family was very poor at that time. The predecessor told him, if you put a gold
into the ocean, it will produce numerous gold, because each ebb and flow of the tides
contained numerous energy, which would make gold produce gold, thus made your
wealth produce more wealth. When he asked the predecessor the mystery in it, the
predecessor just smiled and said: son, you would understand it when you really
encounter such an fortunate thing. For no reason at all, Peter Minuet thought of the
words of the predecessor. It was a pity that he didn’t have any gold. Even if he did
have gold, he wouldn’t throw them into the sea, because even if the gold produced
more gold, they would sink into the sea rather than become his wealth.
从哈德逊河回来之后，他又被一种无形的力量驱使到了今天华尔街这个位
置。他边走边想：“五年前的那次神游，我在这里曾恍惚看见过满山遍野的金子，
后来就变成了一朵朵黄色野花。我现在要去看个究竟，看看是不是像神游遇到的
那样，是真的还是假的。如果是真的，我一定要帮助约翰·菲尔加卡买下这座岛。
”
Back from Hudson river, Peter Minuet came to the place where today’s Wall Street is
located while being driven by some intangible energy. He thought while walking
forward: “When I visited this place five years ago, I once saw numerous gold all over
the island, then the gold turned into pieces of yellow flowers. I’d to check them again.
If they are really gold, if will manage to purchase this island for John Philgaca ”
他不断地走着，可是始终没有看到什么灿灿的黄金，也没有看到一望无尽
的黄色野花。他禁不住有些怀疑：“现在应该是到了那个位置了，怎么还不见黄
色的野花或者金子？上帝，请您显灵吧！求您了！”就在彼得 ·米纽特伊闭上眼
睛默默祈祷时，他的四周突然飘起朵朵祥云，只见一个个头上缠着白色头巾的
伊斯兰少妇带着笑靥望着他。他睁开眼睛，看到这一切，简直不敢相信自己的眼
睛。每一位少妇就跟他曾经梦到的那位郁金香花神一模一样。
Peter Minuet kept walking forward, but he didn’t find any gold or yellow flowers all
the time. He couldn’t help to doubt himself: “Now I’m at the place, why can’t I see
any yellow flower or gold? God, help me, please!” When Peter Minuet was praying
with his eyes closed, a lot of auspicious clouds appeared around him, many Islamic
young ladies with white kerchief on head were smiling at him. When Peter Minuet
opened his eyes and saw them, he could hardly believe in his eyes. The Islamic young
ladies were identical to the tulip Flora that he had seen in his dream.
“这到底是怎么回事？你们都是郁金香花神吗？你们为什么在这里？你们回

答我好吗？我现在不知道该怎么办？”彼得 ·米纽特伊非常着急，他渴望花神的
帮助。
“What’s going on here? Are you all tulip Floras? Why are you here? Will you answer
me? What should I do now?” Peter Minuet was very anxious and thirsty of the
assistance of the Floras.

purchased this island. ” after speaking this words, the Flora disappeared. Peter Minuet
kneaded his eyes with power, he could hardly believe what he had seen. Five years
ago, he saw yellow flowers here and took them as gold. Now, he saw the Floras of
tulip.

Afterwards, Peter Minuet returned the place he lived in a trance. However, he didn’t
enter the house in a hurry, instead, he walked into the courtyard. The scene in front of
him make him dumbfounded, because all of his tulips were withered. “My goodness,
what’s going? Who had led to this?”

看到自己心爱的郁金香马上就要死了，彼得 ·米纽特伊气急败坏地走进那几
位同胞的房间里，质问他们为何要拿他的郁金香寻开心，将它们全都弄死。那几
位同胞看到彼得·米纽特伊怒火冲天的样子，吓坏了。他们根本就没有拿郁金香

寻开心，因为他们知道这些花是彼得 ·米纽特伊的心肝宝贝，再说现在故乡荷兰
还正在大肆炒作郁金香，他们还想如果有一天能够回国，说不定偷偷带上这些
花，能够赚一大笔。所以说，无论从哪一方面来说，他们都不能把彼得 ·米纽特

伊的郁金香弄死的。渐渐消了气的彼得 ·米纽特伊知道这不是同胞们干的，也就
不再说什么了。“或许，这是上帝的意思！我要把小岛买下来，让我的花神们在
那里安息。”
Finding that his beloved tulips was going to perish, Peter Minuet walked into the
rooms of his compatriots angrily, and interrogated why they treated the tulips like
that. Looking at the furious Peter Minuet, the compatriots were scared. They didn’t do
anything to the tulips, because they knew Peter Minuet loved them very much; in
addition, tulips were very popular in their homeland, they once thought of stealing
some of the tulips when they went back home to make some money. So, there was no
reason for them to kill the tulips. Gradually, Peter Minuet became calm because he
knew it wasn’t done by his compatriots. “Maybe it’s the intention of the God! I will
purchase the island to bury my Floras there.”

自己招手，看到了曾经帮助过的那只大鸟，它们正用期待的眼神看着自己。他也

鱼嘴里果然叼着一块金子。他还看到，鱼嘴里的金子最后掉到了大海里，每一次
潮起潮落之后，掉到海底的金子果真能够生出无数的小金子……
In that night, Peter Minuet had a long dream. In the dream, he found that the Flora
was beckon him to come closer, and the huge bird that once helped him, they are
looking at him expectation. He also saw the billowing Hudson river, and the golden
fish with a piece of gold in mouth which he had seen in another dream. Moreover, he
saw the gold in the mouth of the fish fall into the sea, with each flow of the tide, the
gold falling into the sea produce numerous gold….

3、 24 美元买下曼哈顿，意外得神符
3. Purchased Manhattan with US$ 24 and
acquired a hierogram unexpectedly

第二天一早，彼得 ·米纽特伊就在当地一位印第安人的带领下，来到了这个
小岛主人的帐篷里。这个小岛是属于印第安人的。当然，这个小岛还算十分安静，
并没有像五年前他神游到此看到的那样——各个部落之间不停的争斗、冲突。在
这个印第安人的帐篷里，他见到了部落酋长。或许由于这位部落酋长长期与外国
人交往，所以他的英语说得还过得去。所以，语言没有成为他们的障碍。
In the early morning of next day, led by an aboriginal Indian, Peter Minuet came to
the tent of the owner of the island. The island belonged to an Indian. Of course, the
island was fairly quiet, not like what he had seen five years ago —— the tribe kept
fighting with each other. In the tent of the Indian, he saw the chieftain of the tribe. The
chieftain can speak English, perhaps because he often did business with foreigners.
So, there wasn’t language barrier between them.

彼得·米纽特伊开门见山说道：“伟大的酋长，我想我有可能会冒犯您。不
过，在我提出要求之前请您先保证，无论我说什么，您都别生气。当然，我希望

Peter Minuet said directly: “great chieftain, perhaps I will offend you. But, before I
made my requirement, you have to promise that you won’t be angry no matter what I
day. Of course, I hope that our cooperation will be successful. ”

The chieftain was fairly nice, he agreed on the request of Peter Minuet. “Go ahead!

的颤抖。可是，因为他已经答应了彼得 ·米纽特伊不能惩罚他，所以，只是愤怒

地告诉彼得·米纽特伊：“对不起，在这片土地上，我们祖祖辈辈生活了那么长
时间，我是不会任何人夺走我们的土地。再说，即使我答应了，我的子民也不会
答应。请您还是别在这上面打主意了，赶快离开这里吧。不然，其他人听到你说
的话，会立马杀了你。”
After hearing the request of Peter Minuet, the chieftain became so furious that the
feather on his head trembling ceaselessly. But, since he had promised Peter Minuet
that he won’t punish Peter Minuet, he just told Peter Minuet angrily: “I’m sorry, we
have lived in this land for generations, we won’t let others deprive it from us. In
addition, even if I agreed, my civilians won’t agree. Stop thinking about it and leave
at once. Otherwise my civilians will kill you if they hear about your request.”

彼得·米纽特伊对自己的这场交易很自信。他认为这是神想让他买下这座岛，神

“Chieftain, this the demand of the God. I think the God will make you agree with me.
I will come back three days later. I hope you will give me another answer by then. I
will purchase the island at a high price, you won’t lose anything.” Peter Minuet was
confident about the trade, because he thought it was the God how let him purchase
this island. The God had told me about it five years ago, and the God is sure to help
him now.

彼得·米纽特伊虽然这么想，可是回到住所之后，他也一直很担心。如果那
位酋长就是不答应他该怎么办呢？难道还要动用荷兰政府的力量，对他们实行
报复，把它们赶走？一天过去了，彼得 ·米纽特伊感到十分苦恼：说不定我的话
已经触犯了这些印第安人，他们正计划着实施报复呢。我们这伙人可对付不了他
们，同胞们肯定会责备他的，荷兰政府肯定也会对他进行严厉的惩罚。哎！神鸟
和花神怎么一点反应也没有？难道以前是我出现了幻觉吗？根本就不存在什么
花神？”彼得·米纽特伊想着想着，走向了后院中，看到那些郁金香已经完全枯
萎了，他伤心极了。
Although thinking like this, Peter Minuet was worried when he returned. What shall
he do if the chieftain won’t agree to sell the island? Will he use the power of the
government of Holland to take a revenge on them and force them to leave? The next
day, Peter Minuet became distressed: maybe my words had offended the Indian, and
they were planning a revenge. The gang of us won’t be able to defeat them, my
compatriots will blame and the government of Holland will punish me seriously. Why
didn’t the holy bird and the Flora do anything about it? Or what I saw before was just
an illusion? There wasn’t any Flora at all? Thinking about this questions, Peter Minuet
walked into the courtyard and found that all the tulips had perished complete, he felt

Something wonderful happened. The next day, an uncombed Indian stood in front of
their courtyard. Getting closer, Peter Minuet found that he was the Indian chieftain he
met the other day. After seeing Peter Minuet, the chieftain said : “I’m the chieftain,
you said you wanted to purchase our island; we have talked about it, now I agree to
give the island to you.” After hearing the words of the chieftain, Peter Minuet was
both astonished and pleased: “Is it true? Chieftain! You are so kind. I have said I will
purchase the island at high price, I won’t break my promise. Let’s talk about it in the
house!”
“不了。我们不要任何钱。我希望您不要给我任何钱。我们很快就会从这里搬

“No, we don’t charge any money abut it. You don’t need to pay a penny about it. We
will move out of here soon. Please tell the great God!”

“What? God? Have you seen the God?” felt amazed.

leaving this land is the decision of the God, who don’t want us to live here any longer.
We must move away. Nonetheless, please promise me one thing before we leave.”

“What is it?”
“请您千万要保护好我们祖先的尸骨，他们就埋在离这里不远处的一片狭长

区域里。呆会儿，我领你去。”酋长甚至是在恳求彼得·米纽特伊了。
“Please carefully preserve the bones of our ancestors, who were buried in a long and
narrow area not far from here. I will take you there later. ” the chieftain was almost
begging to.
“好吧。不过，您怎么能够不要任何钱呢？我觉得，这样的话，就显得我们

荷兰人很不道德。这样吧，我给您这个，就算留作纪念吧！” 彼得·米纽特伊进

屋拿出一串珠子，递给了酋长。这也就是历史上所说的那价值 24 美元的珠子，

彼得·米纽特伊就用这串珠子换来了整个曼哈顿岛。这是一个奇迹！在当时的彼

得·米纽特伊看来，也完全是一个奇迹。这是神在帮助荷兰人。
“All right. But, how can you don’t charge any money about it? In that case, it seems
that we Netherlanders immoral. I’d like to give this as a souvenir!” Peter Minuet
enterer the house and a string of pearls was in his hand when he came out, then he
presented the pearl to the chieftain. This was the pearls worth US$ 24 in history. Peter

place as their resting place. Nonetheless, it made Peter Minuet be more convinced: the
place is of great value, because even the Indians knew to bury their ancestors here.

以要买下曼哈顿岛，很大一个原因就是冲着这里来的。”接下来，彼得 ·米纽特

Peter Minuet had no choice but to tell the chieftain the truth: “Great chieftain, to tell
the truth, I purchase Manhattan mainly because of this place”. Then, Peter Minuet told
the chieftain what had happened to him.

bury your tulips here, please soak the hierogram in water, then splash the water on the
cemetery, thus both of us will be safe. Remember, don’t touch this cemetery unless it
is absolutely necessary. ”

 随后，彼得·米纽特伊跟着酋长来到了帐篷前。酋长向彼得 ·米纽特伊连连叩
首：“您是神派来了的。我相信了。您看，我的孩子们全都精神起来了。您知道吗？
今天早晨，在我到您那里之前，他们都受到了神的惩罚，失去了精神。现在，他
们都好起来了。我代我的孩子们谢谢您。”
Then, following the chieftain, Peter Minuet went to the front of his tent. The Chieftain
knelt down to Peter Minuet again and again: “You are dispatched by the God, now I
believe it. Look, my kids become refreshed again. Do you know it? This morning,
before I came to you, they were very sick because the God was punishing them. Now,
they recovered. I’d like to thank you on behalf of my kids. ”

With the hierogram in hand, Peter Minuet couldn’t help to ask the chieftain:
“chieftain, you told me that I need to soak the hierogram in water before I use it, then
splash the water onto the cemetery of your ancestor. But, it seems that the hierogram
will be damaged in water, i.e. it can only be used for one time. If someone want to do
something on the cemetery, will is become impossible? Otherwise, he will be cursed.
”
酋长神秘地一笑，立马解释说：“不！不！这张符是非常神秘的。如果你们
所做的事情是神允许的，那么这张符被浸泡用过以后，还会恢复到原样。当然，
如果你们所做的事情违背了神的旨意，那么这张符浸泡之后，自然也就再也不
会恢复了，会永远地消失。”
With a mysterious smile, the chieftain explained at once: “No! No! the hierogram is
very mysterious. If the thing you did is allowable to the God, the hierogram will
resume its original shape after being soaked; otherwise the hierogram will disappear
forever.”

4、不死之地埋下未来美国的看护神：花神与不死鸟
4. Bury future guardian of USA in immortal land:
flora and the secular bird

回到住所之后，彼得 ·米纽特伊匆匆将郁金香的枯枝及其凋零的花瓣打成一
个小包，带着它们向不死之地赶去。
After returning to his residence, Peter Minuet packed the perished tulips and their
leaves into a packet in a hurry, then he walked toward the secular land.

夜晚的月亮格外明亮。彼得·米纽特伊踏着月色，奔向了那个神秘的地方。快

要到时，彼得·米纽特听到铁锹挖地的声音。走进一看，原来一群人正在这里挖
地。“坏了！他们万万不可动了印第安人祖先的墓地，否则我们都不得好死。”
想到这里，彼得·米纽特伊赶紧上前阻止，“喂！请你们不要动，不然我们会遭

报应的！”大伙听到他的声音，立刻听了下来。不过，墓室基本挖开了。彼得·米
纽特伊简直吓坏了。
The moon was very bright that night. In the moonlight, Peter Minuet walked toward
that mysterious place. When he was about to reach the place, Peter Minuet heard the
sound of shovel digging on the ground. When he got closer, he found that a group of
people was digging on the ground. “Damn it! They can’t dig the cemetery of the
ancestor of the Indian, otherwise all of us will be cursed.” Thinking of this, Peter
Minuet walked forward to stop them at once, “Hey! Please don’t dig the land, other
we will be cursed!” Hearing of his voice, the group of people stopped. However, the
cemetery had hardly be dug out. Peter Minuet felt very frightened.

“Do you still remember me, dear Peter?” a voice came from the crowd. Peter Minuet
raised his head with a rush and he recognized the group of people finally. Isn’t the one
speaking to him John Philgaca who saved him five years ago in his dream? When he
looked around, Peter Minuet was dumbfounded, because there was a huge bird in the
crowd, “Isn’t it the divine bird that sent him home across the sea? ”

“Sure!” no sooner had John Philgaca finished his word than a strand of cold black
wind burst out of the cemetery that hadn’t be completely opened. The wind was very
fierce and rushed to Peter Minuet directly. John Philgaca tried to block it by the light
of nature, but he was stricken away. Peter Minuet thought of the hierogram which the
Indian chieftain gave him at once, then soak it in the water bottle he had brought with
him, and the clear turned yellow immediately. With all of his strength, Peter Minuet
threw the hierogram toward the black wind. The black wind rushed away with the
soaked hierogram, splashed throughout the secular land, then disappeared gradually.

看到黑风消失了，约翰 ·菲尔加卡命令大家赶快把墓室打开。随着吱嘎一声，

Seeing that the black wind had disappeared, John Philgaca order the crowd to open
the cemetery at once. With a crispy sound, the cemetery of the Indian ancestor was
opened. With the bright moonlight, the crowd saw the corpses in the cemetery. The
corpses in the cemetery was persevered so well that they seemed to be sleeping
persons, a thousand times better than the mummies in the pyramids. Looking at the
scene, Peter Minuet was dumbfounded. He had to believe in what John Philgaca had
said just now: the place was really a secular land.

As if thought of something, Peter Minuet took out of his beloved tulip and was about
to bury them there. John Philgaca nodded his head to Peter Minuet. At the moment,
the secular bird standing aside broke the silence suddenly: “Wait a minute, I think
everyone to be buried here is uncommon. In that case, why don’t your Flora come out
to say hello to the crowd?”
“ 好你个不死鸟，你准备霸占此地吗？没门！”郁金香花神听到不死鸟的

质问，一下子蹦了出来。这可把老实的彼得吓了一身冷汗。更让彼得与约翰吃惊
的是，郁金香花神与不死鸟原来天生就是死对头，争吵了起来。不死鸟不想让郁
金香花神葬于此地，郁金香花神更不想让讨厌的不死鸟跟自己做邻居。
“What a secular bird, do you wanna occupy the land alone? No way!” at the
interrogation of the secular bird, the Flora of tulip jumped out at a draught, which
frightened the veridical Peter. What astonished Peter and John was that the Flora of
tulip and the secular bird quarreled with each other, because they were natural enemy.
The secular bird didn’t want the Flora of tulip to be buried here, and the Flora of tulip
didn’t want to have a neighbor like the annoying secular bird.

彼得·米纽特伊听得不耐烦了，最后干脆说：“好了！你们不要再争吵了，
神符在我的手里，由我决定怎么安排你们。”没想到郁金香花神、不死鸟一听这
句话，乖乖地变回了原来的模样，再也不出声了。花神变成了枯枝败叶，不死鸟
连鸟也不是了，变成了一个金子塔模样的坚硬小石块。看到这些，好心的彼得 ·

米纽特伊忍不住大生怜悯之情。他又问站在一边的约翰 ·菲尔加卡：“我先让你
安息吧！至于它们俩，我想把它们一个葬在最东头，一个葬在最西端。你看怎么
样？” 约翰·菲尔加卡微笑着点点头，接着也变成了一具尸体，躺在了地上。
Peter Minuet became weary of the quarrel, then he said directly: “All right! Don’t
quarrel any longer, the hierogram was in my hand, and I will decide how to arrange
the two of you.” Hearing such words, unexpectedly, both the Flora of tulip and the
secular bird turned into their original shape and didn’t speak a word. The Flora turned
into perished leaves, and the secular bird turned into a small piece of stone in the
shape of a pyramid. Looking at such a scene, the gentle-hearted Peter Minuet become
very merciful. Then Peter Minuet said to John Philgaca standing aside: “I’d like to
settle you down first! As for the two of them, I will bury one of them at the
easternmost side of the island, and the other at the westernmost side of the island.
What do you think about it? ” John Philgaca nodded his head with a smile, then he
turned into a corpse and laid on the ground.

黄色。彼得·米纽特伊赶忙抱起它们，朝最西端跑去。当他安葬完它们时，不死鸟
身体的某些部分已经开始融化了。“对不起，不死鸟。我希望你能够在此好好安
息。”彼得·米纽特伊终于完成了上天交给自己的任务。
As a result, the first one appeared before him was the Flora of tulip. Peter Minuet
didn’t think about it any more. He took the perished tulips at once and ran towards the
easternmost side of the island. After burying the tulips, Peter Minuet returned
immediately to arrange the secular bird. When he returned, the eastern side of the sky
had been white. When Peter Minuet looked at the secular bird formerly in the shape of
a small pyramid, he found that it had deformed, and the its color had turned into light
yellow from porcelain white. In haste, Peter Minuet took up it and ran toward the
westernmost side of the island. When he finished burying the secular bird, some part
of the body of the secular bird had started to melt. “I’m sorry, secular bird. I hope you
will rest peacefully here”. Thus, Peter Minuet finished the task the God assigned him
finally.
埋下郁金香，就等于把以荷兰为核心的欧洲财富与运势转移到了曼哈顿；
埋下不死鸟，就等于把古老的东方文明传递到了美国。这样，彼得 ·米纽特伊就
为未来的美国安了两尊保护神：一个保财，一个保运。一个管经济，一个管政治。
不过，也由于这两大保护神天生不合，所以也导致了后来美国金融与政治的矛
盾、华尔街金融大亨与白宫总统之间的生死之争。
Burying the tulips meant that transferring European wealth and fortune with Holland
as the center into Manhattan; Burying the secular bird meant bringing ancient oriental
civilization into USA. Thus, Peter Minuet set two guardians for future USA: one in
charge of wealth, the other in charge of fortune; one in charge of economy, the other
in charge of politics. Nonetheless, since the two guardians were natural enemy, which
led to future contradiction between the finance and politics of USA, i.e. the grim
struggle between the big financial shots in Wall Street and the President in the White
House.

In 1625, the next year after Peter Minuet purchased the island, the island was formally
named New Amsterdam, under the administration of the Netherlanders. Several years
later, the “Tulip Bubble” broke out in Holland, numerous Netherlanders went
bankrupt during the disaster, and many committed suicide because of it.

事情是这样的。1635 年，荷兰的“郁金香热”加速升温，投机活动愈演愈

烈。当时，一种叫 Childer 的郁金香品种单株卖到了 1615 弗罗林。弗罗林是荷兰

的货币单位。那么，一株 Childer 的郁金香卖 1615 弗罗林是个什么概念呢？如果

你想搞清楚，只需知道当时 4 头公牛才卖 480 弗罗林，而 1000 磅奶酪只需 120

弗罗林就可以买到。可见，当时的郁金香有多值钱。不过，更为厉害得还在后面。
第二年，一株稀好品种的郁金香身价竟高达 4600 弗罗林。此外，你若想购买，
还需要另外支付一辆崭新的马车、两匹灰马和一套完整的马具。至此，郁金香热
到达了登峰造极的地步。任何投机活动，一旦达到登峰造极的地步，也就到了最
为脆弱的程度。这时，一个无名小卒卖空了手中的郁金香，紧接着一个恐怖的传
闻开始在荷兰上空弥漫——郁金香的价格要大跌。于是，大家一哄而上，不顾一
切地抛售手中的郁金香。郁金香最终变得一文不值了，成千上万的人在这个万劫
不复的大崩溃中倾家荡产。
It happened like this. In 1635, the “Tulip Fever” in Holland developed very quickly,
and speculating activity became more than more serious. Then and there, a piece of
tulip named Childer could be sold at 1615 Florin. What did the price mean? If you
wanna make it clear, you just need to know that 4 bulls was worthy of only 480
Florin, and 1000 pound cheese cost only 120 Florin. Thus, you know how expensive
tulips were at that time. But, Childer tulip wasn’t the most expensive. The next year, a
area kind of tulip was sold at the price of 4600 Florin. In addition, if you wanna
purchase the tulip, you had to pay for a brand new carriage, two gray horses and a
complete set of horse gear. Thus, Tulip Fever reached it peak. For any speculating
activities, when it reached its peak, it is in its most fragile stage. At this moment, a
nobody sold out his tulip, and made a horrible news in Holland—— the price of tulip
will fall enormously. So, all people tried their best to sold their tulips recklessly. And
tulips became worthless finally, hundreds of and thousands of people went bankrupt
during the disaster.

When the news went to New Amsterdam, Peter Minuet felt bittersweet. He felt bitter
because there was disaster in his hometown, and he felt sweet because he had follow
the guidance of the Flora and gone to the new continent of America, thus he not only
escaped the disaster but also made a great fortune, moreover, he become the first chief
of New Amsterdam. Thinking of his, Peter Minuet can’t help folding his hands and
closing his eyes, then he heard a voice from far away: “The fortune of Europe has
rooted at your feet.”

5、生死攸关一堵墙
5. A wall of vital importance

时间又过去了几十年，荷兰政府已在新阿姆斯特丹换了好几任首席长官。这
届正好赶上了一个名叫彼得·斯度文森的人。他长得高大威武，体魄强壮。可是在

1952 年这一年，这个强悍的荷兰人却突然生了一场大病，而且久治不愈。眼看

着首席长官就要不行了，大家心里都有些担心。
三个月后的一天，一个印第安人来到了这里。他披头散发，头顶的羽毛已经
零乱了。一进门，他就跑到了彼得·斯度文森的病床前，用手把着彼得·斯度文森
脉搏。在场的人无不感到奇怪，但又没有谁去阻挡他给首席长官治病。
这位印第安人低声咕哝着无人能听懂的话。不一会儿，彼得·斯度文森慢慢

地睁开了双眼。接下来的几天，印第安人一直留在彼得·斯度文森的身边，大家
也经常看到他总是嘴里不住地咕哝着。当时，所有的人都知道印第安人深谙咒语。
难道印第安人在诅咒彼得·斯度文森吗？显然不是。这几天，彼得·斯度文森身体
的康复以及红光满面的气色，足以说明这位印第安人干了一件好事，他是在帮
助彼得·斯度文森战胜病魔。

又一个星期之后，彼得·斯度文森的身体完全康复了。这时，印第安人突然

开口说起了英语，告诉彼得·斯度文森：“你是否从上任长官那里得到过一张神

符？”彼得·斯度文森点头表示肯定。

接下来，印第安人告诉了彼得·斯度文森那张神符的由头，以及前任首席长

官——彼得·米纽特伊生前的所作所为。尽管彼得·斯度文森零零星星地知道一些
关于米纽特伊的神秘事件，但听到刚才印第安人所说的一切，他还是表示极大
震惊。他万万没有想到彼得·米纽特伊会在这里经历那么多神奇的事情。不过，他
上任了这么长时间了，为何一件类似的神秘事件都没有经历过呢？他又忍不住
问这位印第安人：“你是怎么知道的呢？不会是你编出来骗我的吧？”
印第安人微微一笑，不紧不慢地说：“长官，关于我是怎么知道的，我想
我应该保密。不过我可以告诉你一点，我们印第安人是无所不知的。你应该知道
我们咒语的力量，那么你也应该相信我们探听消息的能力。至于是不是我骗你，
我只想说——信不信由您。还有一件事，你必须立马去做，不然你性命难保。更
为严重的是，你们荷兰人也会彻底从这片土地上消失。”
“什么事情？朋友，我相信你了。你快告诉我吧。其实，我已经感受到你们印

第安人咒语的力量了。我想我现在之所以能够起死回生，应该是您咒语的力量。
您救了我的命，我又怎能不按您指示的做呢？”其实，彼得·斯度文森之所以这
么说，是想让印第安人赶快说出那件需要做的事来。
“赶快修一堵墙吧，你就可以健康地活一辈子了。这个地方需要一堵墙，地

下的花神、不死鸟还有我们印第安人的祖先都需要这堵墙的保护。”
彼得·斯度文森听得莫明其妙，不过，听到自己可以由此健康地活一辈子，
也就决定按照印第安人的吩咐办了，忙问，“我在哪里修呢？不会就在这里吧？
”
“不是，你现在就跟我到那个神秘的地方去吧。”说完之后，印第安人就带

领着彼得·斯度文森来到了不死之地，就是今天的华尔街。此时，在不死之地的
南北两侧，已经零零星星地耸立着一些建筑。这些建筑都是荷兰人建造的。印第
安人指着不死之地对彼得·斯度文森说：“你需要建墙的地方就是这里。在这里

所埋葬的人与物，都将获得永生。这下面安葬着我们的祖先，也曾有彼得·米纽
特伊亲手安葬的神秘力量。你在这片土地上建一堵墙，它将成为这些神秘力量的
保护伞，也可以让我们印第安人少受些苦难。大洋彼岸的‘太阳’与‘月亮’将
永远挂在曼哈顿岛的上空，你也会因替神做事而获得奖赏——病魔将离你而去，
让你健康、幸福地度过神赋予你的生命。”

6、神秘水晶球预测墙上墙下三百年
6. A mysterious crystal ball forecasts the future
in 300 years on and off the wall
 又过了几天，彼得·斯度文森身体完全康复了。本来就大大咧咧、天生粗鲁的
他便开始不把这位印第安人放在眼里了，对印第安人吩咐的事也开始推诿了。印
第安人生气了，他从怀里掏出一个硕大的水晶球，告诉彼得·斯度文森：“这个
水晶球原本是跟你那里的神符在一起的。后来，神符被迫给了你们。当然，那是
神的命令，我们无力扭转。不过，我们拥有水晶球，就可以通过这个水晶球看到
那张神符的一切，包括它将要发挥的作用。它可以预测未来 300 年所发生的事情。
你若不信，请过来瞧瞧吧。”
彼得·斯度文森赶忙走上前去，凑近一看，吃了一惊。只见水晶球中，自己
拿着那到神符，将其浸泡在水中，随后又将水洒在了这片不死之地上。接下来，
又看到自己率领着一些人在这里修筑一堵墙……“太神了！简直不可思议！”
彼得·斯度文森非常惊讶。

“长官大人，接着看，更精彩的还在后面呢？”印第安人提示道。

彼得·斯度文森看到水晶球中又出现了一幅幅画面，只见一群英国兵把他建
的这堵墙拆掉了，这里被夷为了平地，简直成了一条街道，前后还有驻扎的英
国兵。然后又有一个画面，是在夜里。画面显示出：一群戴着面纱的黑衣人运来
了一个个蒙着黑布的大箱子。然后，他们又秘密商议着什么。接着，一个人从手
中拿出了那道神符，如同他做的那样，将神符浸泡于水中，又将水洒在了这片
地上。接下来，他们又开始在这里挖坑，最后将那一个个大箱子埋在了这块不死
之地的下面。
看到这里时，彼得·斯度文森忍不住问：“为什么英国兵把这堵墙拆掉了呢？
既然如此，你为什么还要我修建这堵墙呢？那不是白修吗？还有那些黑衣人，
他们箱子里装的是什么？”
“长官，我也不知道那群黑衣人把什么埋在了地下，但我知道他们是正确地

使用了神符，所以他们的行为是被允许的，也肯定会给这片土地带来好运。至于
那伙英国军为什么要把这堵墙夷为平地，我也不清楚，但是他们肯定会受到惩
罚。后面还有更精彩的，你可以接着看。”印第安人解释道。
彼得·斯度文森又继续把玩着水晶球，继续观看里面一幅幅精彩的画面。只
见一个人站在这块不死之地的最西头，不住地说着什么，如同宣誓一般，周边
还有很多人，看起来十分兴奋的样子。后来，又见这个狭长的地区，被一些高高
的建筑遮挡住了天空，看起来十分阴暗。可是仍有不少的人在这里忙碌着，还看
到地上开满了一株株的郁金香花。那些高大的建筑中还不时闪动着金子的影子，
然而。不一会儿，地上又出现了一具尸体……彼得·斯度文森惊诧极了，忙让印
第安人为自己解释这其中的寓意。
 印第安人回答他说：“其实，我也不太清楚里面的画面。太阳、月亮昼夜不
停地运转，再过几百年之后，世界的模样早已发生了巨大的变化。很多东西，我
们不能用现在的眼光去看。至于那位在此地最西头说话的人，我预测将会是这片
土地未来的主人。至于其他的，我也看不明白。”
其实，作为荷兰人，彼得·斯度文森比印第安人还多看出了一点——他看到
了这块土地上冒出的郁金香与躺在地上的尸体。这两个连在一起，对他来说实在
是太熟悉了。他在荷兰的叔叔就是死于 1638 年那场“郁金香泡沫”中。所以说，
荷兰人是世界的投机先锋。如果没有荷兰人，恐怕世界上还不知道如何炒股、如
何投机。
“这么说，在这片不死之地上也将让可怕的“郁金香”永远不死吗？它可是

让人毁灭的东西。”彼得·斯度文森禁不住问道。
印第安人当然还不太明白郁金香在这位荷兰人心中的阴影，也不知道荷兰
历史上那场“郁金香泡沫”。但他明白一点，就是这个地方不论发生什么事情，
都是上帝允许的，都是不可避免的。就像当初彼得·米纽特伊仅用 24 美元就把这
里买了下来，并在这里葬下了神秘之物一样，这些都是冥冥之中注定的，无力
扭转的。
或许，大家会问这个水晶球中到底预测得准不准呢？历史给出的答案是肯
定的。
首先水晶球中显示的那些黑衣人，其实就是神秘组织共济会的人。他们所抬
的那些蒙着黑布的箱子，里面所装的是无数的金银珠宝。在美国建国初期，这些
金银珠宝帮了很大忙。至于英国人拆墙，他们确实如同印第安人所说的——因拆
墙受到了很大惩罚，他们最终失去了曼哈顿，失去了纽约，更因此失去了殖民
地美国。可以说，如果英国人当初聪明一点，不把荷兰人修的这堵墙拆掉，那么，
他们就不会被赶出美国，恐怕今天的美国仍处于英国人的统治之下。至于彼得·
斯度文森看到的最后一幕，就是现在的华尔街了。今天的华尔街成了全世界的金
融中心，炒股、投机是家常便饭，纸醉金迷与破产自杀更是朝夕相伴。
再说这位首席长官彼得·斯度文森。当他看到这一连串的神奇事情时，简直
不敢相信这是在现实之中。所以，他使劲地掐了一把自己，感觉到疼痛，确认不
是在梦里。巨大的神秘感终于征服了这个强悍的荷兰人。
这天夜里，在那位神秘的印第安人帮助下，彼得·斯度文森拿出了神符，并
按照使用神符的方法，将神符浸泡在水中，然后将水把不死之地洒了个遍。他唯
恐出现什么乱子。
第二天，他便开始酝酿修墙的事情了。刚开始，他利用政治手段，将修墙一
事好一顿宣传、扣帽子。最终，他以荷兰官方的名义，打着爱国、防备英军入侵的
旗号，大张旗鼓地开始修墙。这个世界上，没有比爱国的力量更具有诱惑力、鼓
动性了，新阿姆斯特丹的所有荷兰人都加入了修墙这个浩大的工程中，就是那
些随丈夫一起来的荷兰女性也都成了建筑工人，开始在这里搬石造墙。几个月的
时间，这个庞大而又热情高涨的建筑队就把横贯曼哈顿东西的长墙修了起来。这
就是今天华尔街的前身，也是华尔街之所以称之为华尔街的缘故。（华尔街的英
文名就是 wall street，若是直译的话就是墙街）
这堵墙把不死之地的不死之力高高地拔了起来。
可以这么说：如果当初彼得·米纽特伊没有把郁金香花神葬在这里，今天的

华尔街就不是证券市场的聚集地。如果当初彼得·米纽特伊不把不死鸟葬在这里，

美国也不会独立。如果当初彼得·斯度文森没有在这里修那堵墙，今天纽约的商
业气息就不会这么浓，美国就不可能这么富，更不可能这么快地脱离英国的殖
民统治。是这两位伟大的荷兰人按照上帝的旨意，在这里埋下了神秘的种子，让
花神、不死鸟在不死之地永生，让美国成其为美国，让纽约成其为纽约。
 二、 纽约的山水格局孕育了强大的不死之力

我们常常说“人杰地灵”。其实，应该反过来说，地灵人杰。意思就是，由
于地具有灵性，所以养育出了杰出人才。那么，是什么赋予了地的灵性呢？是此
地周围的山、水格局。在 17 世纪荷兰人的统治下，纽约充满了神秘的色彩，更成
了神秘力量一直期待的（不死鸟、郁金香花神等）安息地。今天的纽约，更是集
经济、金融、文化于一体，成为全美首屈一指的大都市，也是全世界最著名的城
市之一。谁又能说纽约不是一片具有灵性的地方呢？也由此可以推出：纽约的山
水格局确实不一般。

1、让财富汇聚纽约的水格局
——曼哈顿：东富西贵、下富上贵

1609 年，亨利·哈得逊在北美新大陆发现了一条河流。最后，这条河流随了

他的名字，被命名为哈得逊河。它位于曼哈顿岛的东侧，沿着这条河流一直向北
行驶，可以到达纽约州的内陆。它一端连着大西洋，另一端进入了纽约州的内陆。
因此，从地理位置上来看哈得逊河，与其说它是一条河流，倒不如说它是一个

纽约，也就将大西洋及其潮汐中所蕴藏的无穷财富带给了纽约。在第一章的故事
中，彼得·米纽特伊曾两次畅游哈得逊河，亲自感受到了哈得逊河的无穷力量—
—每一次他在其中畅游时都能从中获得能量，以致不用吃饭就可以维持体力。他
也曾经两次在这条河中看到了神奇的金鱼、金币等，这些都是财富的暗示，让他
更加坚定地买下曼哈顿岛。
哈得逊河把大西洋的潮汐引向纽约，实际上就是把大西洋上的商业贸易引
到了纽约，把大西洋彼岸（即欧洲）的人才、财富送到了纽约。正是由于大西洋
的引入，纽约港才后来居上，发展成美国最大的港口，成为世界上移民最多的
城市。这更为纽约在“一战”之后代替伦敦，一举称为世界的金融中心，准备了
先天的优势。从这一点上来说，在美国，也只有纽约才可以胜任金融中心的这一
重要位置。此外，哈得逊河把大西洋的潮汐引入纽约，其实就等于把金融股市的
变化告诉了纽约人。为什么这样说呢？我们知道，海洋的潮汐之变是由月亮运动
引起的，潮起潮落都随着月动而动，月满而潮涨，月落而潮落。我们也知道，太
阳能够照耀大地，散发光与热，是万物生长的必要条件；月亮属于阴性的一面，
它掌管着人的情绪、女性的月经来潮以及经济与金融的微妙变化。所以说，月亮
如同一根纽带，一头牵着海洋的潮汐之变，另一头系着经济与金融的微妙变化。
海洋的潮汐之变与经济与金融的微妙变化，都在月球的掌控之中，同时，又因
为它们受月球的统一调控而发生一致的变化。正因如此，海洋的潮汐之变传到着
经济与金融的微妙变化，经济与金融的微妙变化也能从潮汐之变中反映出来。把
大西洋的潮汐之变引入纽约的哈得逊河，从根本上来说，就是把经济与金融微
妙变化的信息传到了纽约的“耳朵”中，让纽约能够感知经济、金融变化的脉搏，
掌控经济、金融变化规律。所以，哈得逊河带给纽约的不仅是财富，更为纽约引
入了一位守住财富的看护神，让纽约的财富无人能抢。建立在这种基础上的华尔
街，自然就可以随时发号施令，让股市变动影响全世界的经济与金融变化，让
华尔街永远控制世界的经济、金融命脉。
说到这里，大家有可能又产生疑问了：为什么掌控世界经济、金融命脉的是
曼哈顿，是华尔街，而不是纽约其他的地方？比如布鲁克林、里士满，或者纽约
州的首府奥尔巴尼（当初，荷兰人也曾把奥尔巴尼作为贸易站点）？荷兰首任
长官彼得·米纽特伊为何偏偏将相中了哈德逊河东侧的曼哈顿岛？还有郁金香花
神、不死鸟等神秘的力量为何偏偏看中曼哈顿岛的华尔街，希望在此安息呢？这
一切问题的答案，还要从纽约的水格局上来寻找。
纽约从整体上分为五个区，分别是：曼哈顿、布鲁克林、布朗克斯、昆斯和里
士满。在五个区中，曼哈顿的水格局最佳。它的东侧有缓缓的东河缠绕，西侧有
哈德逊河的滋润。在曼哈顿岛的顶端，东河与哈德逊河卿卿我我，缠绵交汇在一
起，完全属于中国风水学中所讲的“两水夹金”的水格局。从这个名称上，大家
可以看出，两水交汇的水格局孕育着财富、权力与地位。中国风水学，一直强调：
两河交汇的地方是一块风水宝地。在《撼龙经》中说：平地二旁寻水势，“二水夹
处”是真龙！正是如此，很多国家的首都都建在两河交汇处。在远古时期，大禹
治好了水，称了帝，之后要选择都城，许多人都提出建议，可是大禹却把他的
首都建在了黄河与渭河交汇点附近的安邑。今天，中国的首都北京就在永定河和
大运河交汇处。俄罗斯首都莫斯科也是位于河流相交的地方，尤其是克里姆林宫
的选址，正好选在了莫斯科河与亚乌楚河及其支流的交汇处。之所以把首都建在
两河交汇处，就是因为两河交汇的地方有大量的生气聚集。其实，美国刚刚独立
之时，即 1783 年—1789 年，也把首都定在了纽约，只是由于美国人为了寻找一
种新生与独立，而纽约则经历了荷兰、英国的殖民统治，带有浓重的殖民色彩，
所以，后来美国人才在一片处女地上建了新的首都——华盛顿。而就连新建的华
盛顿，其格局也是位于两河交汇处，即波托马克河及其支流交汇的地方。
 在纽约的五个区中，只有曼哈顿具有两河夹金的最优水格局。所以，金融中
心就会花落满哈顿，而不是其他四区了。
其实，两水夹金的格局，不仅给了曼哈顿财富，同时也因为这“两水”的
性格不同以及风向的影响，造就了曼哈顿东富西贵的格局。早在荷兰、英国统治
时期，这种东富西贵的格局就尤为明显：西侧是王公贵族的豪宅大院以及教堂
等极具贵气的建筑，东端则是聚集财富的奴隶贸易中心——奴隶从这里被运往
南方的弗吉尼亚和卡罗莱纳。今天看来，曼哈顿东富西贵的格局依然十分明显。
具体来看，靠近东河的曼哈顿东部都是高楼大厦林立，商业气息浓厚，靠近哈
得逊河的曼哈顿西侧则多是政府办公设施，比如市政厅，以及三一教堂等宗教
场所。具体分析东富西贵格局的形成缘由，可以这样来解释：
哈得逊河吸引了略知风水格局的达官贵人。达官贵人往往选择曼哈顿的西侧
居住，获得哈得逊河的滋养，由此形成了曼哈顿的西贵格局。
由于风向的缘故，大西洋驶来的船舶往往喜欢选择进入东河，在曼哈顿的
东边靠泊。根据“就近”原则，这些大西洋上驶来的船舶所载的货物就在曼哈顿
的东侧交易了，自然就在此形成了交易场所。商业气氛浓了，自然就富裕了。
东富西贵的格局还受不死鸟与郁金香的影响。在第一章中我曾讲过，当时彼
得·米纽特伊把不死鸟葬在了华尔街的西侧，把郁金香葬在了东侧。不死鸟代表
着权势与地位，是高贵的象征；郁金香孕育了人类历史上第一次金融泡沫。作为
投机之神，它自然与金钱、财富分不开。在不死鸟与郁金香二者强大场能的作用
下，曼哈顿东富西贵的格局也就在情理之中了。
与东富西贵格局比起来，曼哈顿下富上贵的格局更为明显。今天，大多数纽
约人都选择在上城、中城居住，在下城工作。为什么呢？大家可别忘了，不死之
地华尔街是位于下城的。华尔街给纽约带来的是什么？毫无疑问，那就是财富！
因此，围绕着华尔街，就形成了曼哈顿下城的财富格局。不过，以华尔街为核心
的下城虽然富庶，但却缺乏贵气。这也就是大多数精英选择在华尔街工作却喜好
在曼哈顿上城居住的原因。

曼哈顿
进行完曼哈顿与其他四区的比较之后，我们再来看曼哈顿与奥尔巴尼。曼哈
顿与奥尔巴尼比起来，则更有优势了。优势在何处呢？优势就在曼哈顿岛位于哈
德逊河的东侧，而奥尔巴尼却位于哈德逊河的西侧。我们知道，东方是太阳升起
的地方；西方是太阳落下的地方。前者代表着生命的开始，象征着无限的生机与
活力。后者代表着生命的结束，死亡的到来。所以，只有将财富中心建在河流的
东侧，才能让小财生大财，财源滚滚，财流不息，更能让财富充分发挥自己的
力量，给人类带来好处。相反，若是将世界财富中心建在河流的西侧，不仅会很
快让财富枯竭，而且造成财富枯竭的原因还是由于发挥了财富的邪恶力量，正
所谓“财能让人幸福，也能让人走向毁灭”。相信，当初也是由于这个原因，“
投机之神”郁金香才会选中曼哈顿岛，而不是奥尔巴尼。
另外，整个曼哈顿岛如同一个阳具，在哈德逊河与东河缠绕起来的流水中
沐浴生长，精力旺盛，生生不息。经济、金融是国家强大的根本，掌控经济、金融
的城市就应当选择一个极具阳刚之气的位置，这样才能托起整个国家的运势。美
国很幸运。天地之间汇聚的能量，在美国的东部造就了如同阳具一般的曼哈顿。
同时，无数精英人士又一直青睐曼哈顿，并让它朝着应有的方向发展。所以，在
美国刚刚独立时，曼哈顿这个地方就具有了强大的经济、金融之气。美国独立之
后，美国人又十分注重发挥其潜力，最终让曼哈顿使得其所，成为当今世界的
金融中心。
说完了纽约的局部曼哈顿，再回来看整个的纽约。我们知道，纽约是世界上
最著名的港口城市，纽约港是世界上首屈一指的大港。其实，造就了纽约港的不
仅是长达数英里的海岸线、很深的水位，而且还有通过纳罗斯海峡进入广阔的外
海的天然优势，更为重要的是新泽西的两条河拉里坦河和哈肯赛克河、纽约的哈
德孙河和长岛海峡像漏斗一样将无数船只汇向纽约。如此有利的水格局，纽约港
不兴隆才怪。所以，从地图上看纽约，就觉得纽约如同水中的一个婴儿，一整天
都徜徉在水中，受到水的滋养与呵护。这一点与荷兰的首都阿姆斯特丹极其相似。
阿姆斯特丹也是出于一片河流的包围之中，正是如此如此强势的水格局才让
16、17 世纪的荷兰成为了世界上最强的国家。然而荷兰毕竟是个地域太小的国家，

无法承受这么巨大的能量，所以不能长久持续发展。不过，在 17 世纪，荷兰人
就把自己的精神通过郁金香转移到了新生的美国，得以传承延续下去，最终也
不负当初的那个名字——新阿姆斯特丹，今天的纽约就扮演着当年荷兰凭借商
业精神征服世界的模样，成为全世界财富的指挥中枢。我想这也是当初投机之神
郁金香为何会选择远离荷兰，在新大陆寻找风水宝地开花结果了。只有这里，才
是汇聚世界财富的真正灵地。

2、“一水凿山”凿来生气
2. “A stream running across a mountain” creates prosperity

在美国境内有两座大山脉：一座是位于东部的阿巴拉契亚山脉，另外一座
就是位于西部的落基山脉。这两条山脉把整个美国分成了东、中、西三部分，对美
国产生了不同的影响。下面，我们分别来看一下。
先说位于东部的阿巴拉契亚山脉。它在美国的东部充当了一道天然屏障，如
同母亲温暖的胸口，呵护着美国东部的众多城市，比如纽约、首都华盛顿等。这
道天然屏障，为这些城市遮挡着从西北方侵袭过来的风霜严寒。正是如此，这些
城市的冬天才没有刺骨的严寒。
阿巴拉契亚山脉除了给这些城市带来温暖之外，还有什么影响呢？中国风
水分析“山”的优劣、吉凶时，首先看的是它的走势。从山脉的走势上，可以看
出这座山对一个国家、地区以及周围的城市带来何种影响。阿巴拉契亚山脉的走
势是怎样的呢？它位于大西洋沿岸平原西侧，从东北方向到西南方向延伸着数
条平行山脉，它们共同组成了阿巴拉契亚山脉。从地理位置上来看，阿巴拉契亚
山脉北起纽芬兰岛，经加拿大东南沿海与美国东北部，绵延到亚拉巴马州中部，
全长大概 2600 公里，山体由北向南日渐开阔，其宽度由 130 公里至 560 公里不

等，海拔一般在 1000～1500 米之间。由于阿巴拉契亚山脉地处温带、亚热带，因

此降水量十分丰富，年降水量可达 1000 毫米以上，在蓝岭地区，年降水量则为

1750 毫米。除此之外，阿巴拉契亚山脉还遍布着茂密的森林与名贵的木材，云

杉、铁杉、雪松等名贵植物在此都可在转身间看到。阿巴拉契亚山脉也不乏动物，
黑熊、浣熊、白尾鹿、野猪等都可在此找到他们的踪迹。这里还是蕴藏着丰富的矿
资源，世界最大的石棉矿与美国最大的煤产区都是在这里，此外，这里的铁、铅、
锌、大理石等矿藏也十分丰富。
这样一条气势磅礴、资源丰富的山脉，无疑是美国的一大福气。山上的名贵
植物与珍稀动物，让它拥有了绿色的原始味道。同时，丰富的降水，又使得此处
别样温润。中国对山水的形容有这样两个词，一个是穷山恶水，另一个就是青山
绿水。毫无疑问，阿巴拉契亚山属于后者。在中国风水中，山又称为“龙”。“龙
”又分为吉凶两种。什么是吉龙呢？一般来说，圆润、秀美、雄伟、磅礴、富有气势
的山脉都是吉龙。它能迎气生气。与之相反，那些崩石破碎、歪斜臃肿、势弱力寡、
枝脚瘦小、树木不生的山脉则为凶龙，它所迎接到的气自然不是什么好气。阿巴
拉契亚山是龙中的吉龙。因此，它带给美国东北部的是无限的生气。
与阿巴拉契亚山脉相对的就是位于西部的落基山脉了。落基山脉也是一条青
山，也是一条好“龙”。与阿巴拉契亚山脉相同，落基山脉上也有“cai”。只是

二者的“ cai” 不同，落基山脉是木材之“材”，而阿巴拉契亚山脉其丰富的矿

藏，让它拥有了更多的财富之“财”。“材”与“财”，虽然读音相同，但却具
有不同的场能。二者的品级更是天壤之别。阿巴拉契亚山脉凭借着天然的“财”
场吸引了欧洲大批人才，最终构建起欧洲大陆向美国进军的十三个基点。这十三
个基点就是美国最初在东海岸建立起来的十三个州。这样，美国就形成了以这十
三个州为基础，不断向美洲的其他地方扩展、蔓延的情景，最终发展到现在，成
为了版图面积位居世界第四的地大物博之国。所以，十三这个数字，在美国是非
常吉祥的。在美元上，我们可以看出美国人对 13 的钟情，比如美元上无顶金字

塔是 13 层，鹰的上方是 13 颗星，鹰前面的盾上是 13 道条纹，鹰所握的橄榄枝

上有 13 片叶子，鹰左手握的是 13 支箭……不仅如此，美国人还在在首都华盛

顿开辟出了 13 条斜形大道，以美国最初的 13 个州的名字来命名。可见，13 这个

数字确实有些与众不同，不然美国人会如此爱它呢？我生日后面的那个数也是
13。我有时也会感觉到，冥冥之中就如同有神力助一样，似乎就是生日后面的这

个 13 在起作用。所以说，13 这个数，很可能就是一种“天人合一”的结合点。通

过 13 这个结合点，我们会与“天”相通，获得“天”助。美国以不足 300 年的

历史，就登上了世界霸主的地位，足以说明美国人对 13 这个数字的钟爱是有理
由的。
落基山脉与阿巴拉契亚山脉将整个美国划分成三部分。这两条山脉也将美国
的移民划分成了三六九等。来自亚洲的华人、印度人对美国的贡献不言而喻，同
时他们也在积极的争取自身的政治地位。然而，为何他们始终没有欧洲移民的地
位高呢？原因就在这两条山脉上。我们知道亚洲移民到美国最捷径的路线就是穿
越太平洋，先到达美国的西部。与之相反，欧洲人到达美国的捷径是穿越大西洋，
先到达美国的东部。美国的政治、经济、文化中心在哪里？在东部，而非西部。也
就是说，从欧洲移民登上美国这片土地的那一刻起，就拥有了超过亚洲移民的
先天优势，因为他们到达的是美国的先进地区。那么，这种先天的优势能否被打
破呢？很难。原因就在这两条山脉上。这两条山脉让亚洲移民的生气停留在了西
部，很难在东部形成一股强大的力量。即使今天，一些有钱的华人住在了纽约、
费城等东部大城市，却因没有同伴的支持，显得形单影只、无比淡薄，不能形成
气候。相反，欧洲移民却因先天的优势而形成一个群体，力量得以更加壮大。所
以，在美国的政治舞台上，最耀眼的永远都是带着欧洲血统的美国人。
对位于美国东北部的纽约而言，它不仅受到阿巴拉契亚山脉的滋养，更由于
“一水凿山”的格局接纳了来自美国西部的财富。阿巴拉契亚山脉落在纽约的这
段是它的一条支脉，其中最青灵俊秀的一段山脉，可以说是“吉龙”中的上吉。
不仅如此，这条上乘的吉龙还被一条河流从中凿穿，由此分成南北两端。这条河
流就是莫霍克河。莫霍克河从西流入，在纽约州首府奥尔巴尼与曼哈顿西侧的哈
德逊缓缓融会于一体。被莫霍克河凿穿的山脉，位于北面的一段是阿迪龙达克山
地。位于南边的一段卡茨基尔山地。“一水凿山分南北”的山水格局，让纽约这
座城市既拥有了山脉的呵护，又获取了流水的滋润与养育。同时，所凿出的缺口
对纽约也产生了十分重要的影响。
首先从军事上而言，这个缺口实际上是个易首难攻的关隘。只要守住了此地，
就能够退守自由，达到“一夫当关，万夫莫开”的目的。在美国历史上，纽约州
是殖民时间最长、受英军统治时间最长的一个州，在其他州都已经获得自由、独
立时，纽约州依然被英军占领着。原因何在呢？就在这个关口上。英国人很聪明。
当年，他们一方面凭借强大的海军实力，挡住了来自海上的进攻。另一方面又扼
守此关口，让美国人难以进入纽约。因此，美国历史上若再有战争，纽约定是各
路英雄必争的战略要地。
另一方面，这个缺口更打通了美国东西部的交流。东部的人才、资金通过此
口输送到美国的西部，推助着西进运动，而西部丰富的物产也通过此口源源不
断地流入美国东部，满足东部的需求。纽约作为这个缺口的基地，自然成了交通
要道的载体。东西部人才、物资的交流都会以纽约作为中转站，让纽约在这种交
流、贸易中大发横财。更为重要的是，这个缺口让纽约与北美五大湖直接连接了
起来。这五大湖作为世界上最大的淡水湖群，总面积和英国本土的面积差不多。
五大湖湖水的平均深度近 100 米，超过北海和波罗的海，最深达 406 米。总蓄水

量是全世界淡水总量的 1/5 ，相当于北美洲最大河流密西西比河的年径流量的

40 倍，约占美国湖泊和水库供应的淡水总量的 90％左右。所以，它又被称为“

北美大陆地中海”或“淡水海”。更为神奇的是，这五大湖在分布上各自取势，
形成了伸向四面八方的巨大臂膀，将附近的一些河流和小湖汇入怀抱，构成北
美一个庞大的水系网，更凭借自身的强大的场能，把北美各个方向的精华揽入
怀中。所以，五大湖所具有的能量是无与伦比的。不说别的，单说它对气候的影
响就可以看出来。五大湖对沿岸附近的气候有明显的调节作用，与邻近地区相比，
湖区夏凉冬暖，降水丰富。水能生金，金即财。我想也是这个缘故，美国的中部
地区才得以发展起来。想一下，若没有五大湖，夹在两山（阿巴拉契亚山与落基
山脉）中间的中部地区既不能接受大西洋的滋润，又与太平洋隔绝，在荒芜闭
塞中又如何发展的起来呢？如今却成了今天美国强大的加工业制造区，这又怎
能离得开五大湖能量的施加？
 北美五大湖
在五大湖上还有一个灵动点，在这个灵动点上最终形成了一条文明世界的
大瀑布，这就是尼加拉瓜大瀑布。尼加拉瓜大瀑布上空飘起的彩虹，映红了美国
的上空，让美国红运当头。相传，这条大瀑布飘起的彩虹曾一度出现在首都华盛
顿的上空，帮助当时的规划师廊坊出谋划策，最终选定了今天国会山的这个位
置，让美国的民主、自由源远流长。可以说，正是因为尼加拉瓜大瀑布才让美国
成了整个北美洲的中心，否则北美洲的中心将是尼加拉瓜大瀑布另一侧的加拿
大。因为尼加拉瓜大瀑布如同海底捞月，把加拿大天地的能量与运势统统都捞到
了美国这一边。所以，今天我们看到的是，加拿大仍然没有完全脱离英国的控制，
而英国则常常是唯美国马首是瞻。

“一水凿山分南北”的山水格局所形成的缺口，将纽约与孕藏着无穷生机与

能量的五大湖，还有神秘的尼加拉瓜大瀑布及其飘起的彩虹紧密地连了起来。那
么，这种格局将对纽约产生何种影响呢？如果不做回答，我们是否又可以这样
来猜测：蕴藏着无限能量的五大湖以及尼加拉瓜大瀑布急不可耐地要在美国的
某个地方找个爆发口，让其能量爆发出来，所以不畏山阻路险，才把整整一条
山脉凿穿，让一条河流当作开路先锋，朝着纽约直扑而来。
此外，这一水——莫霍克河在奥尔巴尼亚与哈德逊河相交，无疑延伸了哈
德逊河的流程，更让从大西洋上过来的船只深入地朝着美国的内陆挺进，扩大
了纽约港的辐射范围，为纽约以及整个美国带来了富庶之气。后来，纽约州地州
长克林顿探测到了这个缺口的秘密，最终穿过这一缺口，在奥尔巴尼与伊利湖
之间架起一道运河，此运河就是闻名遐迩的伊利运河。

3、华尔街不死之源：从 “中聚之穴”跃为“帝王之穴”

再说一下华尔街。我可以这么说，今天的纽约就是从一条街慢慢发展起来的，
这条街就是华尔街。
华尔街是凭借何种力量托起了一个城市，且控制了全世界的金融呢？其中
有华尔街下埋葬的神秘力量：不死鸟、花神的作用，不过，其决定作用的还是华
尔街自身的风水走势。
还没有到美国时，我的一位朋友就给我出难题，问我：“你说美国的华尔街
就那么一条小街，甚至有些简陋、破旧。街的东头是坟，西头是河，它怎么就能
控制全球的金融命脉呢？”
 非常简陋的华尔街的路面
我看了一下纽约地图，然后告诉了他答案：“不仅要横着看华尔街，更要
竖着看华尔街。”什么意思呢？所谓横着看，就是我的朋友所说的，华尔街的东
头是坟墓，西头是河流——东河。可竖着看就不一样了。竖着看，就是要横向地
分析华尔街在整个曼哈顿岛所占的位置。可以说，从刚开始到现在，华尔街在曼
哈顿上的位置发生了很大的变化。它从曼哈顿岛的“肚脐”渐渐转移到了“头部
”。同时，伴随着华尔街在曼哈顿岛的空间位置转移，华尔街的金融地位也发生
了根本性的变化——从掌控美国，到掌控整个世界。要解释清楚这个问题，我们
还要从中国的风水理论说起。
在风水中有“相地如相人”的说法。根据这个观念，我们将曼哈顿视为一个
人躯。不过，曼哈顿这个人是一个倒置的人，因为曼哈顿是从下往上发展的。在
刚开始时，华尔街就位于曼哈顿的肚脐处。华尔街如同一条脐带，将曼哈顿这个
还未出世的胎儿缓缓地缠了一圈。华尔街充当曼哈顿肚脐时，纽约还没有摆脱殖
民统治。美国独立后，随着美国人的逐步开发，曼哈顿从一个未出世的胎儿渐渐
长成一个人成熟的青年，其商业、金融能量场也逐步向北扩散。曼哈顿岛的北边
从荒芜中走出来，不仅有了人烟，也有了财富。因此，从这个意义上来看，曼哈
顿的面积扩大了。此时，从风水格局上来看，华尔街就不再是曼哈顿的肚脐了。
它渐渐曼哈顿的头部移去了。与此同时，华尔街的金融地位在美国以及整个世界
也发生了根本性的变化——从默默无闻到超越美国金融之都费城，后来又超越
世界金融之都伦敦，几天已成为世界的金融中心。那么，华尔街在地理空间上的
变化与自身在金融界的变化有没有必然的联系呢？答案是肯定的。
在中国风水中，有这样一句话：上聚之穴，如孩儿头，孩子初生囱门未满，
微有窝者，即山顶穴也；中聚之穴，如人之脐，两手即龙虎也；下聚之穴，如
人之阴囊，两足即龙虎也。什么意思呢？就是说，真正的吉穴分为三种：第一种
在头部，第二种在脐眼，最后一种在阴部。华尔街从一开始的肚脐，即中聚之穴，
渐渐转移到头部，即山顶穴。这种空间位置本身就带有自身的能量场，而空间位
置转移了，能量场自然也就不同了，导致此处的事物也就发生变化了。
那么，华尔街刚开始的位置——肚脐，其场能是怎样的呢？我们知道，脐
眼是人体的一个关键部位。胎儿是在母腹中生长发育的，在母腹中，脐带的一端
与婴儿的肚子连接，另一端与母亲体内的胎盘相连，母亲就是通过这根脐带，
把营养物质和氧气输送到胎儿体内的。当婴儿来到人世间后，那个部位依旧在起
作用，而且很关键。中医上，肚脐为神阙穴，为神硼，内联十二经脉、五脏六腑。
那里有丰富的血管网，对外界的冷、热等气候变化很敏感。以人体工程学看地理，
就可以知道，在这样一个特殊的地方，其微量元素、磁场、电场、重力场对人与环
境都有非常不一般的影响。正是如此，风水中将人体的脐眼比作“中聚之穴”，
此真穴能够源源不断地聚集来自各方的能量，所以风水中将其视作公卿诸侯的
吉祥之穴。当华尔街充当曼哈顿的“中聚之穴”时，华尔街呈现出一连串的纳财
聚势效应，为后来走向世界金融霸主作了充分准备。当华尔街超过伦敦，成为金
融霸主时，华尔街的空间位置也发生了根本变化，从肚脐转为头部，从中聚之
穴跃为“山顶穴”。而“山顶穴”就是帝王之穴，就跟人的头部一样，发挥着控
制、指挥作用，掌控着人体的一切活动。
总之，随着曼哈顿北部的开发，华尔街的空间位置发生了根本性的变化：
一跳跳到了帝王之穴。与此相对应的，华尔街的金融地位也发生了质变，一跃成
了世界金融中心。
可以这么说，从彼得·米纽特伊一开始在华尔街埋下郁金香、不死鸟，到现在，
甚至一直到未来很长一段时间内，只要曼哈顿逐步向北开发，曼哈顿的财富逐
渐向北蔓延，那么华尔街的“帝王之穴”就会愈凸现，华尔街掌控世界金融命
脉的力量就愈强，其世界金融霸主的地位就愈显赫。

4、英军烧纽约无异于太岁头上动土
——大英帝国由此沉沦

华尔街的不死之力是非常强大的。埋葬在华尔街下面的郁金香、不死鸟的力
量更是异常神秘的。几个世纪以来，郁金香、不死鸟的场能渐渐形成一股强大的
力量，共同抵挡着外界邪恶力量的侵入，保护着华尔街场能的完好无损。所以说，
如果有哪位胆大者企图动华尔街的注意，那只能是自作自受、自掘坟墓了。
与华尔街相比，整个纽约的这种不死之力虽然弱了一点。但是，它四周的山
水格局也对它形成了一股保护力量。处在这种保护之下的纽约，轻易动不得，否
则，定会遭到报复。
记得 2005 年，我去哈佛大学开讲座，有个大三的学生就问我：“李教授，
您能用您的观点给我们美国人回答一个问题吗？你们国家的领导人从毛泽东、到
邓小平，一直到江泽民先生，为何能够在自己的宝座上平平安安，一直把江山
坐稳呢？相反，我们国家的一些领导人，比如我们伟大的林肯总统、肯尼迪总统
还有里根总统，为何频频遭到暗杀呢？”
当时，我的回答是这样的：“你应该知道泥石流、山洪暴发的原理，这些灾
难都是人们破坏环境，自食其果。这就是我所说的环境对人的影响。只不过，有
些环境对人的影响明显或快速，有些比较隐蔽或缓慢。在你们首都华盛顿的内在
环境里，存在很多对总统不利、甚至有生命威胁的暗箭。这些暗箭是先天设计上
的不足，而后人又没有很好地去修缮、改正它，这就使得生活在其中的总统们处
在重重杀机中，常常被刺杀。在中国，人们很注意去改善这一点。整个北京城的
设计，几乎缔造了人类史上绝无仅有的完美风水。此外，很多领导人还注意改善
它，曾经的江泽民先生就非常注重这一点。比如天安门广场是中国的一个政治广
场，也是整个中国、世界的一个灵动点。随着中国改革开放的不断发展和天安门
广场的扩大，其中的很多建筑等，布局也要进行调整，以适应变化。江泽民先生
不但调整了天安门前的旗杆，而且对中南海进行了清淤工作，做到了与时俱进，
所以，他自然就会平平安安地做稳江山了。”今天的胡锦涛主席不仅对中南海进
行了清淤，而且将整个中南海修葺一新。从这一点上，我就可以预测到，他不仅
能够做稳江山，而且江山在他的手中还会焕然一新。
我所以提这件事情，就是要告诉大家，环境对人类的影响远远超出我们的
想象，尤其是一些蕴藏着超强能量场的环境，我们一旦对它造成了破坏，那么
它就会疯狂地进行报复行为。纽约，尤其是不死之地华尔街，就属于这类。当初，
英国人两把火烧了纽约的财富与华贵，将矗立在不死之地上的墙彻底拆除。这一
大大破坏风水的行为，最终只能让他们自食其果——被迫撤出纽约，撤出美国。
当然，这个秘密，我也是意外获得的。
2001 年的一天，我的一个朋友从香港来美国看望我，顺便给我带来了一摞

他刚刚翻译出来的资料——顺便说一下，这个朋友是我以前的私人秘书。后来，
因为婚姻的缘故，不得不定居在香港。一直到现在，他都在香港从事出版事业，
业余时间也利用自己的特长，翻译一些英文书籍及一些有价值的资料。
我们一见面，他就说：“李教授，这次我给你一个惊喜。”边说，便把手中是
的资料给了我，说是送给我的礼物。一看是资料，我的心禁不住一颤。我知道，
我的这位朋友是最知晓我需要什么。所以，当时我就猜测：这摞资料中肯定有一
个重大的秘密。果然不出所料。当时我非常急切地翻阅起那些资料来，一段用红
笔标出来的字迹非常醒目，让我一眼就看到了。上面写道：
“当初，我们英国人真不该把新约克的那堵墙拆除。不知道为什么，自从拆
除那堵墙之后，我们就如同遭了魔咒一般，是非不断。真是罪过。或许，真得如
同很多印第安人传出来的那样，在那堵墙的下面埋着咒语，不然，我们怎么会
败在一群无知而疯狂的流氓与罪犯手中呢……更为可恨的是，当年大英帝国还
干了件傻事，先后两次纵火焚烧新约克，两场大火不但没有烧死新约克，反而
烧着了大英帝国……”

后来，我经过查阅发现，我朋友翻译的这份资料来自英国 18 世纪中期一位高
贵的皮博伯爵那里，是他写的回忆录。史料显示，这位皮博伯爵后来因为自己的
回忆录揭露了一些不可告知的秘密，最终被谋杀，而回忆录手稿被没收，流向
不明。我不知道朋友是怎么得到这些东西的，但那份的回忆录中，我可以看出，
皮博伯爵确实敏锐地感知到了一些历史真相。不过，他只是感知，或者说是建立
在感知基础上的猜测，因此也就无法完全揭露历史真相。
回忆录中提到的“墙”，就是当年荷兰驻纽约的首席长官彼得·斯度文森在
不死之地建的那堵墙，即华尔街的前身。前一节，我分析过这堵墙在英国统治时
期所处的位置——它位于曼哈顿的肚脐处，就同胎儿的脐带，能够从母腹中获
取远远不断的能量。可是，英国人却不顾一些践踏了这条运输营养的脐带。尤其
是在不死之地驻军，让这个能量强大且感应力强的地方整日处于震荡之中，不
得安宁。这种做法无疑是在太岁头上动土。
更为致命的是，英国人两次纵火焚烧纽约，纽约两度火光冲天。第一场发生
在 1776 年 9 月 21 日，大火从宽街的东端烧起，毫无遮拦地燃烧到曼哈顿岛的

西端，将大约 1/3 的发达地区烧成一片废墟。无数商业建筑被烧毁，同时被毁的

还有 493 幢房子和第一座三一教堂。那里在此后的 15 年内都是一片黑色的废墟。

第二场大火发生于 1778 年 8 月 3 日，烧毁了在克鲁格斯码头（东河边繁华的商

业区）64 幢以上的大楼。如果说，拆墙驻军只会让英国人在纽约日益困顿（或
许还有弥补措施），那么，两次纵火则是让英国人彻底丧失了纽约以及整个美
国。也许正是这两场大火才给处于困顿中的华盛顿带领的大陆军带来了运气，美
国的独立战争才能在一个个奇迹中以少胜多、以弱胜强，最终在八年之后彻底把
殖民力量驱除出新大陆，迎来了新生。所以说，英国人在纽约的两次纵火，烧灭
了自己的势，却烧旺了纽约与美国的势，让皮博伯爵回忆录中的所说那群“流
氓与罪犯”成为新大陆的真正主人，让昨日的大英帝国不得不在今日唯美国马
首是瞻。
至于保留英国人给这个地方起的名字——纽约，或许有人会质疑：这不是
英国人留下的吗？可我要说到的是，如果这个要算英国人留给这片土地的话，
那只能说英国人留下了一大不利于自己的败笔。这是美国人保护自己、制约英国
的一个秘密。如果这个名字不改，那么英国在与美国的商业贸易中将永远处于不
利地位。
纽约这个名字是怎么来的呢？其实，纽约的英文意思是“新约克”。英国人
攻下新阿姆斯特丹，然后将其改名为纽约，把这个地方当作一份生日礼物送给
了当时英国约克郡的公爵詹姆士——这片土地从此由新阿姆斯特丹改为这位公
爵詹姆士所在郡的名称——新约克了。这么一片充满了神秘力量的土地怎能甘当
生日礼物，被送与一位公爵呢？再说，还被命名为英国一个小小的郡的名称。在
此之前，它被荷兰人高高捧起，被视为掌上明珠，与荷兰的首都旗鼓相当，被
冠之为高贵的新阿姆斯特丹。
与荷兰人的统治比起来，英国人无疑是践踏了这片神灵土地。这片土地怎堪
忍受如此的侮辱呢？所以，从一开始，它对英国人的这种做法就充满了不满。英
国政府在新大陆又怎能有好日子过呢？英国人虽然在近两个世纪的时间里开发
了这片新大陆，但最终还是被赶了出去。原因何在？一个最大的因素就是它没有
善待纽约这片土地。而恰巧纽约又是美国所有土地中最具灵气、最神秘的一片土
地。由此可见，英国人失去新大陆也是意料之中的事情。
既然如此，美国独立以后，为什么还要使用这个名字呢？这就是美国人的
聪明了。其实，只要看美国一些州、城市的命名，我们就会发现，美国人在这方
面非常谨慎，继续沿用了很多以前殖民地时期，甚至印第安人时期的一些命名。
远的不说，就说纽约，还有纽约的核心部分——曼哈顿，一个是英国人起的名
字，一个是印第安人给的称号。美国人一点都没动，继续保留——美国人在没有
弄清楚一个问题之前，是从不会随意乱行动的，他们早已从英国人的身上吸取
了教训。再说，继续保留纽约这个名字，对美国人有百益而无一害，损害的只是
英国人，因为这个名字是英国人起的，后果自然会有英国人来承担。
但这片神秘之地又怎能轻易放过当年英国人对自己的践踏以及侮辱呢？所
以，它才助美国一臂之力，在独立战争中，让美国人巧得天机，反败为胜，在
接下来的发展中不断挺进，从独立战争到第一次世界大战，在不到百年的时间
里，就赶上了英国引领的欧洲。到第二次世界大战，美国就已将英国远远抛在了
后面，并一跃成为世界第一大霸主。另外，纽约作为一个港口城市更是蒸蒸日上，
一路过关斩将，先后超越查尔斯顿、波士顿、费城成为第一大港、第一大城，为美
国经济贸易发展增添了源源不断的助力。当年的日不落大英帝国又去哪里了呢？
纽约对英国的报复是否已经足够了呢？未来的世界会向我们解答这个问题。

三、新美国 ·新纽约
III. New USA · new New York

中国风水中所说的“相地如相人”怎么理解？很多人都理解偏了，以为在
考察时把地当人看就可以了。其实，这不是根本，更不是目的。对地而言，不仅
在“相”时要遵守天地人合一的原则，在布置地、规划时，更应当遵循天人合一
原则。英国人在新大陆上大动干戈、纵火焚烧，最终为新大陆所弃，被赶了出去。
这就是英国人悖天人合一而行的结果。与英国人比起来，美国人似乎聪明得多。
美国一诞生，美国人就开始按照“地法人、人法天、天法自然”之道来布局新大
陆了，尤其是对纽约，美国人不仅进行了重新调整、布局、修葺，让纽约焕然一
新，更为重要的是，在格局的布置中充分调动起纽约特有的山水格局的能量，
赋予了这个城市更加强大的能量场，让纽约在未来的发展中路子更宽、更长。从
大十字与大三角城市的规划，到布鲁克林大桥等天桥的设计，再到伊利运河开
通、大西洋海底电缆的竣工，这一个个天人合一、鬼斧神工的设计构造，都是美
国人缔造世界霸主的一部分。

1、大十字与大三角重构新纽约
——消灭 42 街色情业的秘密武器

天体的形成有两种形式：一种是大十字形，另一种就是大三角形。美国人可
谓巧得天机，按照天人合一，将大十字与大三角这两种天体形态应用到了城市
的规划中。其中，首都华盛顿与金融中心纽约是这一方面的两个代表。不过，首
都华盛顿在这方面突出的是——建筑之间的布局。比如国会山、联邦法院与白宫，
三者共构天体大三角，同时，立体化的建筑，又让这个大三角形有了立体化的
三维空间，最终形成一个完美的金字塔形，具有了强大的金字塔能。正是如此，
才构筑了稳固的三权分立的格局。与首都华盛顿不同的是，纽约的大十字与大三
角都是通过道路之间的交织体现出来的。在纽约的五个区中，道路布局上的大十
字与大三角形最突出的是中心区曼哈顿。
先说曼哈顿布局上的大十字。是何方神圣把曼哈顿布置成大十字形的呢？事
情确实是这样的。
1807 年 4 月 3 日，纽约州议会委任政客兼商人莫瑞斯、律师卢瑟福和纽约州

总测绘师德维特三人为“纽约市街巷与道路专员”，全权负责街道和公共广场
的布局，对曼哈顿岛进行全盘规划。这个三人委员会正是曼哈顿格网的主要设计
师，他们决定了曼哈顿格网系统的大局。最后，测绘师阮道尔将他们三人的思想
落实到了具体的设计上，就变成了今天曼哈顿的基本格局——南起 14 街，北至
华盛顿高地，无论地平高低，曼哈顿被十分规则的格网所覆盖。这样，南北向由
12 条 30 米宽的大道纵贯，相距 200～300 米；东西向被 155 条 18 米宽的街道横

穿，相距 60 米，形成扁长方形格网，也就是一个个的大十字的交汇体。那么，
莫瑞斯、卢瑟福、德维特这三个人又是怎样想到的要将曼哈顿布局成大十字的格
局呢？是巧观天象的结果？还是知晓传奇人物彼得 ·米纽特伊身上的十字型黑痣
图的秘密？还是向传统解释所说的——就是为了赚钱，让曼哈顿留下更多的空
间盖商业大厦？历史已经过去几百年，我们无法找到确切的答案。但是最终的结
果是：大十字型的城市布局符合天人合一的风水观。
 那么，大十字风水布局对曼哈顿产生了什么作用呢？
它赋予了曼哈顿这个金融中心一种天体、宇宙的力量，使得曼哈顿能够与天
相通，察觉天的信息，获取天的助力。这样，曼哈顿在掌控金融变化方面就形成
了一个立体化的网，既有哈得逊河传来的大西洋潮汐传出的资讯，又有与天相
应的大十字所传来的信息。
更为可贵的是，这种大十字形格局华尔街具有了重生的能量。为什么这么说
呢？英国人占领纽约期间，曾经破坏了华尔街上的场能，还将华尔街付之一炬，
化为灰烬。大十字形格局形成后，打通了曼哈顿的所有血脉，疏通了整个能量场，
更把华尔街汇聚了曾丧失掉的场能，让华尔街的不死之力重新强大起来。当然，
随着后来的不断发展，华尔街上的金融场能也随着大十字形的格局开始向整个
曼哈顿蔓延开来。尤其是在第五大道与百老汇这两条大动脉的输送下，华尔街所
汇聚的金融场能渐渐向北偏移。今天，金融中心渐渐向曼哈顿的上城转移就是这
种内在力量运动的结果。
说到大字形，大家自然会想到十字架。确实如此，曼哈顿的布局与十字架密
不可分，它就是一个个小的十字架构成的。从中可以看出两点：一是美国人企图
通过曼哈顿的城市规划，找到一种心灵归属感，也就是对宗教的信仰；第二点
就是体现了美国人的一种历史观。
前者很好理解。十字架本来就是对耶稣基督的崇拜之物。美国人将金融中心
曼哈顿布置成交织在一起的一个个十字架，可见美国人在拜金主义的背后还有
一个真实的信仰。所以，与其说美国人具有强烈的拜金主义，倒不如说美国人骨
子里所传承的是宗教信仰、与天归一的精神。正因如此，美国人无论是在金钱交
易还是在政治权术上，都不会做得太昧良心，因为一个个十字架已经将天的精
神、神的力量定格在美国人的心中。
不过，在此还要说的是，十字架原本并不是宗教的崇拜之物，而是一种刑
具。在埃及、希伯来、伽太基、腓尼基和波斯等一些国家中，用十字架行刑曾是一
种非常普遍的方法。马其顿、希腊和罗马帝国也曾一度用十字架刑来惩治奴隶以
及一些罪大恶极的犯人。基督耶稣也曾一度被钉在十字架上。那么，十字架是什
么时候被视作宗教信仰的呢？十字架被引入基督教作为信仰的标记是从罗马皇
帝君士坦丁大帝开始的。据传,在君士坦丁与其政敌马克森提的战争中，某一天

晚上,他看见一个异象,一个十字架直接出现在太阳上,并且有声音说：“用这个

做标记,你一定会战胜。”当他用这个旗号与马克森提会战时,果然取得了胜利。于

是,君士坦丁改信基督教，而帝国的战旗、士兵的盾牌及其它许多物品上，从此

都饰有十字架。随着基督教的发展,十字架也在发生变化。公元 5 至 6 世纪出现了

耶稣受难像:他身着衣服,头戴王冠,两手自由下垂,双脚自由站立或踏在《圣经》上。

7 世纪出现了被钉死在十字架的耶稣受难形象。从此,十字架成了耶稣受难的标志

和颇具魔法力量的崇拜物,教会号召教徒尊敬它并使用它。后来,无论是天主教、东
正教,还是宗教改革以后的各种新教宗派,十字架都成为信仰的象征。从一种残酷
的刑具变成一个永恒的信仰，这其中不知浸染了多少鲜血，经历了无数的磨难，
可谓苦行僧般的修炼。
把曼哈顿布局成一个个十字架，也可以看出美国人对磨砺的偏爱。这一点，
在美国人的人格精神以及美国家庭教育中可以看出来。美国人富于闯荡的精神，
常常能够历经磨难，不拘一格地创造奇迹。比如：石油大亨洛克菲勒、钢铁大王
卡耐基，他们都是背负着十字架诞生的，所以年轻时一无所有。然而，他们又是
具有十字架精神的人，最终历经磨难，各自创造了奇迹，把十字架锤炼出万道
光芒，照耀一代又一代渴求上进的美国人。那么，在美国家庭教育中，又是如何
显示十字架的这种磨砺精神的呢？对比一下就知道。世界上没有哪个国家的富豪
像美国富豪一样热爱社会公益事业了，他们死后往往把一生辛苦赚来的财富捐
给社会，留给子女的只是很少的一部分。他们的理由就是财富会让子女们丧失掉
十字架的磨砺，失去进取的精神，最后怎能绽放出十字架的光芒呢？
对于后者如何理解呢？它与曼哈顿的格局设计有何联系呢？这要先从三种
历史图式说起。人们对历史的发展、人类的未来主要有三种观念：
第一种是圆形的。就是说，历史是周期性循环的，没有进步、未来可言。
第二种是直线形的，即人类历史是一种无限进步和发展的。
第三种就是这种十字架图式。
如何解释人类历史与十字架的关系呢？在十字架的历史图式中，水平坐标
的中心点代表着基督的诞生。它的左端是创世和原罪，右端是末世和复活。垂直
坐标的顶端是上帝，下端是人类。十字架图式与圆形图式、直线图式最大不同就
是：它明确了宇宙是有生有灭的，就跟人有寿命一样，人类历史也有个起点和
终点。而圆形图式、直线图式却认为自然是永恒不变的，它也是取之不竭的。今天
来看，随着人口在不断增长，人的需求在不断扩大，人类历史是一个穷尽一切
办法来满足需求的过程。不过，人类需求的无限性与自然资源的有限性，何时才
能解决呢？人类的智慧是否也有用尽的那天？人类是否也会有黔驴技穷的那天
呢？在这种种不确定的因素面前，在这一个个疑问面前，我们越来越相信十字
架图式的历史观——人类历史有起点也有终点，宇宙有开始也有结束。美国人用
大十字来布局金融中心曼哈顿，赋予曼哈顿这种一种有生有死的历史轨迹，是
否也说明了美国人早就悟透了人类的命运？此外，在今天纽约的起源地——华
尔街的布局上，我们似乎也可以看出美国人对人类命运的参悟。华尔街的东端是
河流，西端是坟墓。这种一头连接河流、一头系住坟墓的线条不就正好说明了人
类历史的起点与终点吗？所以说，美国人不仅赋予了曼哈顿一种宇宙观，更赋
予了曼哈顿一种历史观。我建议那些研究人类历史、探索宇宙奥秘的专家们最好
到曼哈顿一看，也许你们会在曼哈顿这种奇妙构造中找到苦苦探索一辈子都找
不到的答案。
如果大家还记得第一章我讲的那个故事，应该知道到这种大十字形的格局
是冥冥之中注定的。当初彼得·米纽特伊背上的黑痣分布已经昭示了这点。此外，
不死鸟等神秘力量也通过观察天象，知道曼哈顿这个地方与大十字有着天然的
渊源。正是这个缘故，不死鸟等才会把彼得·米纽特伊从荷兰硬生生地揪过来，
帮助安葬他们。可见，纽约尤其是曼哈顿一直没有脱离神秘的天力安排的轨迹。
我想这就是曼哈顿一直发展比较顺利的缘故吧。
十字架链接 ——
十字架形形色色，尤其是在形状上更是不拘一格。历数人类史上的十字架大
概有 10 之余。不过，最根本的就是中央的十字。

除了大十字形，曼哈顿还存在大三角结构。大三角格局主要表现在两个方面
一个是第 42 街与第五大道、百老汇构成的实三角区，另外一个就是华尔街与第
五大道、百老汇构成的虚三角区。
先说前者。我们知道第 42 街是纽约甚至是全美著名的红灯区，是脱衣舞、性
商店、黄色书刊电影录相集中地。为了净化这条街道，美国政府想尽一切办法，
甚至还把联合国迁了进来，企图通过联合国的强大场能来压制这里的不良能量
场。可是，依旧不见成效。不过，把联合国总部搬到了纽约，也让纽约有了一种
世界中心的概念，让整个世界的能量在这里汇集。
联合国总部链接 ——
联合国总部位于纽约的东河畔，南起曼哈顿岛第 42 街、北至第 48 街,西接第
42 街，占地 18 英亩。这块地是当时纽约富商洛克菲勒用 850 万美金买下的，后
来捐赠给了联合国，希望联合国总部能够留在纽约，一是为巩固纽约的世界地
位，二是为了整治第 42 街上翻烂的色情交易。
联合国建筑群兴建于 1947 至 1953 年间，由美国建筑师 Wallace Harrison
工作小组设计，当时中国著名的设计师梁思成也参与了设计。联合国总部主要分
为这么几部分：联合国大楼、秘书处大楼以及沿着东河滨的一排办公大厅，是安
全理事会、社会暨经济理事会的办公大楼。此外，在靠近东河滨的人行步道上还
有有一座美丽的玫瑰园，约有 1,400 株玫瑰，都是会员国赠送的。在联合国大厦
的建筑群中，最有特色的就是秘书处大楼，它如同火柴盒式的设计完全是为取
光考虑。

美国的色情业泛滥成灾，而且日趋严重，这不能不让美国政府头痛不堪。到
底是什么力量让第 42 街上的红灯越闪越亮，让美国的色情业肆虐猖狂呢？其实，
很大一部分原因就在曼哈顿内在的结构上。
首先就是第 42 街与第五大道、百老汇构成的实三角区。我们都知道，三角形
具有很强的稳定性。三角形围起的能量场中，场能变化也很小，不容易受外界信
息与能量的影响。所以，第 42 街上的色情能量场就被牢牢锁在了这个实三角区

里面。不过，光有这个三角区的保护，第 42 街的红灯还不至于屡禁不止，附近
联合国的强大场能足以突破这个三角区。那么，又是什么力量在背后支撑着这个
三角区，让色情业如同暴雨后的下水道猛喷臭水呢？是第 42 街本身所在地理位

置。第 42 街恰好处于今天曼哈顿的“命门”处。在印度瑜伽理论中，命门被称之

为“生命之蛇”。在中国，命门一词始见于《内经》，指眼睛和睛明穴。如《灵枢·
根结篇》说：“太阳根于至阴，结于命门。命门者，目也。”将命门作为内脏提出，
则始于《难经》。从字义上可以认识，命门具有通达、调动之意，可见命门的含 义
乃维系人体生命活动的枢机。道教认为，命门是正对两肾门户合拢之处，即两肾
之间向腹前方、方圆一寸的空腑。它的功能，一是司气之开合，即所谓“通利天
道”；二是控制肾的藏精作用。这是极具独特性的认识。对现代医学而言，它相
当于肾上腺的作用，是人体中最主要的神经递质，控制着生命的活动。人体脏腑
经脉阳气的变化和人体体质的强弱，实质上是标志着督脉阳气的盛衰，也显示
着脏腑病情的变化。而位于后背两肾之间、第二腰椎棘突下、与肚脐相平对区域的
命门恰恰是人体督脉上的要穴。可见，命门可不是一般的地方。这个地方一旦被
激发，将释放出强大不竭的力量，如同洪水来量一般，一泻千里，无法遏止。红
灯区第 42 街，正好种在了曼哈顿的“命门”处，在这样一个生命之蛇的活力点，
又怎能轻易遏止得了呢？
综合这两点，我得出了解决纽约色情业泛滥的两大方法。在纽约哥伦比亚大
学的一次讲课中，我曾亮出了我的观点，并得到了在场所有人的赞同以及纽约
政府的欣赏。什么方法？是这样的：要想净化第 42 街，遏制美国的色情业，最
好的办法就是不断地开发曼哈顿，让曼哈顿的中心区逐渐向北部转移，尤其是
在道路方面，要不断向曼哈顿的北部延伸。这样，曼哈顿内在的地理空间就沿纵
向伸长了。在内在空间伸长的曼哈顿上，第 42 街也就不再位于命门之处了，其

场能也就弱化了。这时，再消除第 42 街与第五大道、百老汇实三角区内的色情场
能就容易得多了。完全可以在这个三角区中建造一些政府办公场所、歌剧院等干
净的文化娱乐场所，这些都有助于冲破三角区的防线，更何况此处还有联合国
的强大场能。这样，弱化红灯区第 42 街，遏制美国色情业也就会获得重大突破。
再说后者。为什么说华尔街与第五大道、百老汇构成的是虚三角区呢？其实
从曼哈顿的地图中就可以发现这一点。华尔街只与百老汇相交，与第五大道是虚
交，因为第五大道在在华尔街的北部就终止了，如果有相交，也只是与第五大
道的延长线相交。所以说，华尔街与第五大道、百老汇这三条街所构成的三角区
就是一个虚三角区，而非实三角。虚三角也有一定的稳固性，但绝对没有实三角
牢固，所以，虚三角区内的场能就很容易溢于其外。正是如此，华尔街与第五大
道、百老汇所构成的金融场能就往往溢于其外，那么金融气息也就弥漫在曼哈顿
以及整个纽约的上空，而非仅仅固定在这个三角区内。不过，三角区毕竟是三角
区，它也让华尔街上的金融场能不至于游离到美国之外。所以，这三条街道所构
置成的虚三角共同筑起了美国的强势金融，同时也为美国金融的未来预留了巨
大的发展空间，保持了强大的发展后劲。

2、纽约最美的是桥
——桥：输送富贵的通道

第一次坐直升飞机，在空中鸟瞰纽约，我发现纽约最美的不是高高耸立的
摩天大楼，也不是从南贯北、从东到西的街道，而是纽约的桥。不仅桥本身美，
在桥上看到的景色更美。在纽约最著名的布鲁克林大桥上，我们不仅能感受到桥
本身的壮美和恢弘，欣赏到东河两岸的迷人风光，还可以看到曼哈顿南端金融
中心高耸密集的楼群、伫立河畔的富有浪漫风情的 17 号码头，更能、眺望远方大
海中的自由女神——它在飘渺的雾气包围中更凭添了几分神韵。

壮美的布鲁克林桥

气势恢弘的曼哈顿大桥

在纽约共有 60 余座跨越河流海湾的大桥，可谓“桥梁之都”。这 60 多座大

桥与几条隧道把盘根错节的纽约五区联结起来，把曼哈顿岛上的富气与贵气源
源不断地输送到其他四区。正是如此，布鲁克林区、皇后区等地，虽然自身的地
气、场能不十分理想，但却凭借曼哈顿岛输送来的富气与贵气得以发展起来，日
趋富裕，且越来越有人气。今天，很多工作在曼哈顿的金融大亨或公司白领都喜
欢选择在布鲁克林区、皇后区等地居住。由于这些金融大亨或公司白领的居住，
这些地区身价倍增，不断吸引外来财富。就连皇后区与布鲁克林区西部的长岛地
区，也成了国外富豪争相抢购的地方。比如：很多中国私营老板就不惜重金，在
长岛购置豪宅。纽约政府也借此在这里进行豪宅规划，从而更多地吸进国外资金。
可是，长岛这片地本来地气非常差。从地质学的角度来看，长岛只不过是两条冰
川堆积物，它的主要成分是在海岸上堆积起来得巨石和石子，上面又铺了一层
沙质的浮土。这么一片地气糟糕的土地，为什么能够成为豪宅之地，吸引了那么
多国外人的眼球？关键是受到了曼哈顿场能的影响，是大桥疏通过来的曼哈顿
场能改善了长岛原有的地气。结果，它变成了吸附资金的重地。距曼哈顿较远的
长岛如此，更何况是与曼哈顿只有一水之隔的布鲁克林区、皇后区等地了，它们
未来的发展前景可想而知了。

将布鲁克林区、曼哈顿区连接一起的布鲁克林大桥与曼哈顿大桥
纽约的大桥盘结起了纽约五区，疏导各区之间的场能。其中，布鲁克林大桥
疏导的场能最强烈，并由此产生了爆发力。 22 人——包括大桥的设计师——为
修建此桥丧生，这就是最好的说明。或许大家不明白。不要紧，我可以举这样一
个例子。我们可以拿一个针管，用它扎一个装水的水球。我们会发现这样的现象。
一，水球中装的水越多，针管扎下去，水喷得就越远。二，针管在扎第一针时，
水球喷出的水是最多的，喷的也是最远的；继续扎下去，其喷发的水就会越来
越少，爆发力也随之越来越弱。
《曹刿论战》中说过一句：一鼓作气、再而衰、三 而
竭。二者的道理一样。布鲁克林大桥修建时，22 人为此丧生，就是这个道理。由
此我们也可以看出两点。一，曼哈顿岛的能量场非常强。当布鲁克林大桥的钢筋
混凝土刺到它的身上，它以巨大的爆发力要了包括设计师在内的 22 人的性命，
这是它的反抗，也是能量的爆发、喷涌。二，在盘结纽约五区、疏导各区场能上，
布鲁克林大桥是最强的，就跟针管扎水球是一个道理。布鲁克林大桥是扎在曼哈
顿岛上的第一针，第一针的爆发力最强，喷涌出来的能量也最多。后来建成的曼
哈顿桥、威廉姆斯桥也疏导了各区之间的场能，但远远不及布鲁克林大桥，因此
也就不会出现设计师或建筑工人为此丧生的事情了。
布鲁克林大桥链接 ——
布鲁克林大桥于 1869 年由约翰·A·罗夫林设计。在测量中，罗夫林遇难身亡
后来，他的儿子华盛顿继承了他的遗志，学习欧洲先进技术，终于在 1883 年完
成了布鲁克林大桥。该桥工期长达 16 年，投入资金高达 2500 万美元。在施工期
间，除了设计约翰·A·罗夫林以外，还有 21 名建筑工人为此丧命。

3、伊利运河让美国的发展从南北转向东西
——纽约的水道由此联通为一体

纽约州是个人杰地灵的地方。西奥多 ·罗斯福与富兰克林·罗斯福两位叔侄总
统就出生在这里。这两位总统在美国历史上可谓出尽了风头。一位挥舞着臂膀，
吆喝呐喊，把美国带入一个新时代。后者坐在轮椅上，让美国死而复生，领导美
国人参加反法西斯战争，经历二战洗礼，最终成为世界霸主。
可是，若论对纽约的贡献，这两个人还要靠后站。对纽约贡献最大的当属德·

威特·克林顿。他一度连任纽约州州长。虽然德·威特·克林顿的这个名字没有前面
说的两位总统那般响亮，但他做的事情却对纽约的贡献做大。这件事撼动了纽约，
甚至整个美国。他修筑了伊利运河，连接起了纽约州与五大湖，第一次打通了美
国的东、西部，让纽约的水道彻底联通起来，让美国的发展从南北方向转东西方
向，促进了西部大开发。
 伊利运河
伊利运河修筑之前，美国被阿巴拉契亚山脉分割成了东、西两部分。独立之
后，大多数美国人都居住在阿巴拉契亚山脉的东面。不过，美国的大部分国土都
在阿巴拉契亚山脉以西。由于英国人废除了限制西部居住的法令，以及新成立的
美国政府把大量土地赠给了参战老兵，所以，独立战争一结束，翻越阿巴拉契
亚山脉到西部去的人开始多起来。西部的土地随着这些人的到来，逐步从荒芜中
摆脱出来，不断生产出大量的农产品。不过，高昂的运输成本让西部的产品很难
跨越阿巴拉契亚山脉到达东部市场。当时，西部的农产品要想到达东部市场，只
能选择两条途径。一条是经过五大湖区、圣劳伦斯河以及蒙特利尔，在尼亚加拉
大瀑布进行水陆联运。然而，这条道在冬季是行不通的，而且还受到英国殖民地
的控制。第二条就是经过密西西比河和新奥尔良，达到东部市场。这条道虽然不
受英国的控制，却被西班牙牵制，因为必须经过西班牙控制的殖民地。西部产品
的运输成了当时美国人最头疼的事情。第一任总统华盛顿曾这样评价当时的情况：
西部人的忠诚“悬于一线”，因为他们的经济利益更多依赖于新奥尔良和蒙特
利尔，而不是美国东海岸。美国的第三任总统杰斐逊从拿破仑手中买下了路易斯
安那州，外国势力对密西西比河的封锁由此解除，外国势力对美国经济的潜在
威胁不存在了。可是，这对解决美国东、西部的交通问题仍无济于事。这个问题最
后是谁解决了呢？德·威特·克林顿（以下简称克林顿）。这就是伊利运河的开凿。
这位克林顿也不是个普通人。他出身于显赫的政治世家，他的叔叔乔治先后
当过纽约州的州长、美国的副总统。克林顿天生还是一位神童。17 岁时，他就考
进了著名的哥伦比亚大学。在毕业典礼的开幕式上，他用拉丁语进行了毕业演讲，
让所有人都惊诧。1802 年，他被任命为美国参议员。仅过了一年，他就从参议院

辞职，随后任纽约市市长。由于出色的政绩，在接下来的 12 年里，他一次一次
地连任纽约市市长。对克林顿的一生影响最重要的，要数与吉普赛女子的不期而
遇了。
 1804 年 7 月 4 日这天，克林顿起来晨练。在回家的路上，他遇到了一位吉普

赛女子。这位吉普赛女子坐在一辆遮得严严实实的四轮马车外边，似乎在等某个
人的样子。出身政治世家的克林顿早在很小的时候，就听说过吉普赛神奇的占卜
能力，以及帮助一些政府官员度过难关等神奇的事情。所以，不远处的这位吉普
赛女子立刻吸引了克林顿的目光。他又打量了吉普赛坐的那辆马车，只见马车的
帆布顶上冒出一只烟窗，一只只母鸡将脑袋伸出车门，一匹系在树上的大马发
疯似的踢着跳着。
没想到的是，这位吉普赛女子竟然主动跟克林顿打招呼：“先生，您应该
是这个地区最高的太阳吧？”
克林顿从来没有听过这么说话的，禁不住一愣，不过一捉摸就什么都明白
了，便点了点头。他心想：“吉普赛人说话都这么怪异。她说的最高太阳恐怕就
是纽约市的市长吧。”
“您发出的光芒将永远在天空中闪耀，这是我从您的面相中看到的，我给您

看一下手相吧，好让我确认一下。”克林顿简直被这位吉普赛女子弄懵了，糊里
糊涂地就把手递了过去。
吉普赛女子一把抓起克林顿的手，突然长长呼了一口气：“天呐！这是我
这辈子第一次看到的手掌，简直太神奇了！”
她不断地嘟囔着：“这里是一颗大卫星，从这颗大卫星向外延伸出去的双
头纹路，足以说明你的光芒将永远照耀这片大地。在米庇特山（看相用语，指食
指根部的驼峰）上也有一颗大卫星！啊？它横跨手心，射向四面八方，包住了
整只手，在外掌上形成了一个半月形。它是什么意思呢？”
吉普赛女子闭上了眼睛。一会儿，她突然变得庄重起来：“先生，你应该知
道上帝派我们来到这个世界上都是有目的的。如果我们没有完成上帝交给的任务，
我们死后，灵魂将受到上帝的惩罚。您来到这个世上，上帝也交给了你一项重要
任务。今天让我遇到你，或许是上帝想让我提醒一下你。告诉你，你的命运跟河
流湖泊中的水离不开。您的手掌上写着。”说完之后，吉普赛女子就把马车从树
上解下来，鞭打着马飞奔而去了。
从此以后，克林顿再也无法获得心灵的宁静了。不论是黎明还是黄昏，不论
是闲暇时光还是办公时刻，这位吉普赛女子的话都会回响在他的耳旁。
“上帝交给我的任务与水有关，与河流湖泊分不开。那将是什么呢？”这天，

克林顿一边嘟囔着，一边在看政府公文资料。突然，他看到这么一条：“……前
任州长曾提议在五大湖与本州之间建一条运河，这样就可以打破阿巴拉阿契亚
山脉的阻隔，让西部丰富的物产输送到本州，本州就会成为东西部第一个交易
点，由此以来，本州的经济发展水平将获得跨越式发展。可惜，修这条运河，实
在太难了。而且也不知该从何着手…… ”
克林顿看到这里，顿时心潮澎湃。
“运河，这不正是上帝交给我的任务吗？我一定要完成。”想到这里，克林

顿忍不住伸开手掌，看着自己的掌纹。“看来，我确实有些与别人不一样的地方。
”
 接下的日子，克林顿沉浸在实地考察中。不过，在长达一年的苦苦考察中，
他始终没有理清头绪。他得出来的结论跟公文中写的一样：修这条运河，实在太
难了，不知该从何着手……
