EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: EBIA EXCEL BYOND INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY is a Canadian Cyber International Students Recruiting (Cyber ISR) Enterprise that encompassed the latest innovative Cyber tools and devices to recruit international students into Canada Colleges and Universities. The company was first soft launched in November 2012, and officially registered in March 2013 in Mississauga, as a partnership company. During these eight months, EBIA have been appointed by 12 Canadian Colleges such as Sheridan college, Centennial college, Conestoga college, St. Clair College, CMIT college, Toronto College of Technology, Evergreen college, Stanford International college, Sprott Shaw college, etc. EBIA Corp Office is in Toronto, Canada, and representative offices in: United Kingdom, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Nepal, and Taiwan. EBIA have opened a second office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on September, 2013. It is anticipated to be in full operation by July 2014. The Malaysia office will be the South East Asia liaison with the EBIA Canadian, in attending the EBIA Cyber 24/7 Live Chat when EBIA Canada is offline during the night. Cyber ISR 24/7 is intent to be live for 24 hours for 7 days a week with some expected down time during certain time of the day or on holiday. An experience that I have learned when I was hired as an external Cyber Consultant with one of the leading university called UCSI University, http://www.ucsiuniversity.edu.my/index.aspx, which I was one of the pioneer instructor that taught most of the computer sciences and accounting subjects from first year to third years. It was a pilot to test the purpose and beneficially effective use of the Cyber Live. The testing timeframe was for 6 months, with a selected remove city in a particular country. The Cyber Live was created by having two teams; one is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the other in Mississauga, Canada with a 12 hours times zones different. During the pilot testing, it was amazing as daily there was so many students surfed the college website, and we were able to capture and engaged many potential students that asked a lot of questions regarding to programs offered. The busier hours are from 9.30 am to 2 pm Canadian time as it was night in Africa, Middle East, and Asia, and these are the hours that most people ie students surfed the internet and that they want to chat with someone over the internet. These students enquired where then passed to the International Students Recruiting and Marketing team the next days to do the follow-up. During the Canadian time, there are large student traffic volume from Africa, India, Pakistan, Middle East and Malaysia. Progress 4: Implementation I-Mentor program. Another primary method of international student integration and cross-cultural initiatives is the use of mentor programs, which come in different forms as demonstrated by the following examples. The goal of a mentoring program is to provide direct benefits to the students: Better acclimation Better informed Improved cross-cultural communication Friendship Sense of belonging Increased involvement in community activities and events Increased knowledge about the institution Prior to arrival, e-mentoring

EBIA was successfully in promoted this Profession Seminar Training by organising a group of 17 delegates coming from Nigeria on Feb 15 to 21, 2014 for a workshop title: Business Audit and Computational Intelligence programme.
