    The extrinsic evidence is admissible at trial. It will be used if it is a Consistent additional term. It must not contradict or vary the writings: (1)Expressed Terms (actual terms); (2) Implied-in-LawTerms (best efforts/good faith i.e exclusive dealing/best efforts) (3)Implied-in-Fact Terms (Pretty compelling i.e best effort to chop wood for 3 hours).

    Total Integration: unless negated COP> COD> UOT always admissible to show the meaning to specific words or to supplement the writing. Expressed terms prevail. Partial: Cannot contradict, but may be consistent additional term

    Prior agreement or contemporaneous oral agreement? Fraud, Duress, Mistake, Condition precedent, collateral agreement, always admissible.

    Writing may be Explained or Supplemented by: (a)COP>COD>UOT and (b) Consistent addition terms unless the writing is a total integration

    COP: what the parties did in that particular contract (Repeated occasions of perforance by a party and other party either expressly or impliedly accepts perforance without objections

    COD: What the parties did in all previous transactions. (history of performance that establishes a common basis of understanding for interpreting expressions and other conduct)

    UOT: What all the other parties in that particular trade do. (Common practices of all the industry, I.E. People in the tile trade or the construction trade)
