Our Prayer is that God Almighty will see you back safely to all your various destinations (Amen). We also pray that as you decide to promote the work of God with your treasures today, He will replenish your purse.

Who is Ruth?
Ruth as we have read in the bible from the book of Ruth was a virtuous woman who did not relent at the time of tribulations; she was married to one of the sons of Naomi - the wife of Elimelech who hailed from Bethlehem in Judah. She demonstrated spirit of endurance and perseverance after the death of her husband by deciding to stay with her mother in-law at the time when the other wife - Orpah left. After enduring such trauma, she was indeed blessed with another husband. Today, as we are celebrating her as band members and church as a whole, it is important for us to emulate this moral virtue by hoping for the best at the time of tribulation. We hence wish all women who are having challenges in their marriages that by the virtue of this woman that we are celebrating today, their marriages will see peace.

What to do
Fellow Ruth band members, as we are new in this area, we urge you to join hands together and work for the progress of the Lords ministry. Let us win souls for Christ. Let us imbibe the habit of coming for cleaning of the chapel as we ought to realise that chapel cleaning is primarily associated with women. We urge our married women in the chapel to come with their children on Wednesdays for Shiloh service and special prayer /spiritual bath for their wards. Moreover, all unmarried ones are also encouraged to attend the glorious Shiloh services on Wednesdays.

At this point, we need to realise that as members of Ruth band, it is important for us to constantly demonstrate the moral virtues of Ruth not among members of the chapel only but to our neighbours and the society at large. We pray as we do this, Gods mercy, blessings and favour shall continually be upon us in Jesus Name (Amen)
