Project Lead at Cisco Systems,Tech Mahindra March 2012 - Present (1 year 9 months) The Partners Education Connection project encompasses the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a learning portal application to be utilized by the Cisco Global Enterprise. Phase I of the project will focus on the analysis and business design of the application solution. PEC has been migrated from existing LMS to SABA 5.4. We faced many challenges during this stage migration and did some clean up activities and many fixes in the DB migration script to complete the migration in single step and performed the DB validation on the migrated data. Administer and manage the Saba customization development, test, staging and production environments planning. Created Mappings using Mapping Designer to load the data from various sources using different Transformations like Aggregator, Expression, Stored Procedure, External Procedure, Filter, Joiner, Lookup, Sequence Generator, Source Qualifier, and Update Strategy transformations. Using Informatica Designer designed and developed Source Entities for Oracle and Target warehouse Entity for Oracle.

Users of Saba can be organizations that provide learning internally to their employees or organizations whose business is to sell learning externally. EMC migrated from SABA 3.4 to 5.2. The minimum version of Saba Enterprise Learning supported for migration is 3.5 SP1 so we upgraded the SABA from 3.4 to 3.5 SP1 and did migration. We faced many challenges during this stage migration and did some clean up activities and many fixes in the DB migration script to complete the migration in single step. Performed all pre-migration and post migration tasks. Developed many customized reports for our client EMC, ADP and Hyperion using Crystal and integrated with SABA product.
