 they are the largest retail of domestics and home furniture  they decrease expense and increase gross profit through

excellent atmosphere.
 three ways of anticipating growing:
securing sales on year to year basis. opened hundreds of stores. purchasing new stores, one of which is the Christmas tree shops.

 BB&B have good customer service, and sales

performances.  BB&B believe in high performance in customer service, and provide more to the customers.

Objectives
 To have an effective and attainable strategic

business plan for Bed Bath & Beyond, in order for them to generate and sustain high profit and high sales, and provide the right direction for the company and its subsidiaries.
