WORSHIP: Kids worship team BIBLE TRUTH: God made me for a purpose GAME TIME 1: Wotsit Head GAME 2: Sticky Leader MEMORY VERSE: Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us. Eph 1v4 VIDEO DRAMA: BIBLE STORY: Story of Creation Who made us? The bible, which is Gods word, tells us how the human race began.

Long ago, God made the very first man and his name was Adam. The Bible tells us that God made Adam out of the dust of the earth. When God breathed life into Adam he came alive. Adam found himself in a beautiful garden called Eden.

But before God made Adam he made a beautiful world filled with wonderful things. Step by step God made the sun in the sky, the deep blue sea, fragrant flowers and the tall trees. In fact the Bible tells us that God made everything that there is on the earth - even you and me.

In the very beginning, before God made anything, there was noting except God. No people or places or things. Nothing. There was no light there was no darkness, no up, or down, no yesterday or tomorrow. There was only God. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was empty, it had no form and was dark. But then God spoke and he said let there be light - and there was light. God called the light day and the darkness he called night, the evening past marking the first day.

On the second day God brought the waters of the oceans, seas and lakes into order under Heaven. On the third day God said Let dry land appear. And it h appened. The bible tells us that God commanded the grass and flowers and shrubs and trees to appear. And they appeared, marking the third day. On the fourth day God made the sun, and the moon, and so many stars that nobody can count them...except God. Sea creatures and fish and birds were next on Gods list. On the fifth day He made big swordfish, and tiny Sardines, Long-legged ostriches and happy little humming birds. God made every kind of fish to fill earths waters and every kind of bird to enjoy th e land and sea and sky. On the sixth day God spoke and said let the earth bring forth living creatures Every kind of animal and insect and reptile came into being. There were earth-shaking elephants and busy beavers, mischievous monkeys and clumsy crocodiles, wiggly worms and cheeky chipmunks, gangly giraffes and purring pussy cats. Every kind of animal was made by God on that day. There was also something else on the sixth day that God made and it was very special; God made man. Let us make man in our image. Let him be lord over everything on the earth. So God created man in his own image.

Of everything God made, He only made one of His creations to know Him. This unique creation is not the trees. It is not the land. It is not the water. The only creation that God made to know Him is you. (You can also bring the mirror out and use it here). The Bible says, He is a God who is passionate about His relationship with you. He knows everything about you, but what He really wants is for you to know Him; He wants you to make Him part of your life. God has made each one of us so wonderful and unique. God made us to know him and he wants to have a relationship. God knitted each one of you in your mothers womb, and he has an amazing plan and purpose for your life not one of you are an accident, stupid, waste of space.

While God has an amazing plan for each for each one of us we need to make the decision to follow him. God knows all the bad things we have done, and he calls this sin. And the Bible tells us the punishment for sin is death, but God loves us so much He sent his one and only son, Jesus, to die on a cross and be punished for our sins.

If you believe in Jesus and ask Him to forgive your sins, He will do it.

BIBLE TRUTH: I may be young, but God can use me too! GAME 1: Baby Bottle Drinking Contest GAME 2: Chocolate Eating Contest MEMORY VERSE: Phil 4:13 I can do all things BIBLE DRAMA: Puppets (Story of Noah and how God used him in despite of his age) BIBLE STORY: Story of David and Goliath

Have you ever felt that you were to young, or too weak to do anything for God. I am going to tell you a story of a small boy called David who fought his giant because he knew God was on his side. In the Bible we are told that the Israelites were at war against a group of people called the Philistines, and they were a tough bunch of people. The scariest thing was the Philistines had a secret weapon, a giant named Goliath. He was nine feet tall and a prized fighter, and the Israelites were terrified.

Every day for forty days Goliath would step out to threaten the Israelites. Goliath would say to the people of Israel to send me a man to fight him. If he won he would be the Israelites salve, but if Goliath won, the Israelites would be his slave! When the Israelites heard Goliaths challenge, they were all terrified and drew back from the battle line. Goliath was a big problem for them. He was threatening their lives! The Israelites did not know what to do; all they saw was how big he was, and how powerful he was. One day a young man named David overheard Goliaths threats and rather than being afraid, he had a different thought. He saw how big and tough Goliath was, but even though Goliath was big, David knew that he was not bigger than God. David knew that nothing was bigger than God.

David told the king that he could fight Goliath, but the king was not so sure. The King told David that he would not able to fight Goliath, and that he was just a small weak boy. Goliath has been fighting since he was a teenager. But David had been watching his fathers sheep and had even killed the lions and the bears that came to attack them. David told King Saul that the Lord who delivered him from the lion and the bear will deliver him from Goliath too. David was saying that Problems can be big but not too big for God, because nothing is too big for God. Because God had proved faithful before, He would come through for David again. When the king heard this, he gave David permission to fight Goliath.

The time came and David stepped out on the battlefield and took with him five rocks and his slingshot. Goliath Sid that we would feed David to the birds of the air and the beasts of the field! But David replied saying that if Goliath came with a sword and spear that he would come in the name of the living God!

David took his slingshot, placed a small stone in it, and threw it at Goliath. The rock hit Goliath in the forehead with such force that he fell to the ground and died that day. David knew that the giant was no match for God because he knew that nothing is too big for God. Do you have that kind of trust in God?

Do you trust that the giant problems in your life will be overcome by God? Goliath was big but, God was bigger. Your problems may be big, but God is bigger. God can help your mother stop drinking. God can help your father find a job. God can help your family member get clean from drug use. The Bible says in Matthew 19:26, With God all things are possible. (NIV) Nothing is too big for God.

VIDEO DRAMA: Jesus feeds 5000 with S.A. people. Or if this doesnt happen I found a good video on a site called Jesus Wonder BIBLE STORY: Jesus, The Miracle Worker
Teaching the kids that while Jesus was on earth he performed many miracles, proving that he is the Son of God, showing love and compassion to all types of unworthy people, but the greatest of these miracles is Jesus own life on earth. He came to save us, so that we can have freedom.

Miracle Birth: In the New Testaments of the Bible, Jesus is described as being the Messiah who was promised by the prophets of the Old Testament of the Bible. He was born to live among people and to teach people about Gods plan of salvation, and also to die for us and our sins. Jesus was born to a woman named Mary over 2000 years ago in the town of Bethlehem. Mary was engaged to a man named Joseph, but they werent yet married. Mary had become pregnant through the Holy Spirit and the miracle of the virgin birth of Jesus birth is found in the book of Matthew in the New Testament of the Bible. All of this took place to fulfil what the Lord had said through the prophet: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel. (which means God with us) As well as the miracle of his birth and resurrection, Jesus performed many miracles throughout his life on earth, and these are all found in the New Testament of the Bible.

Water to wine: Before Jesus began his public ministry, he performed a miracle of changing water into wine at a wedding banquet in the village of Cana in Galilee. Jesus was at the wedding with his mother when the supply of wine ran out, and through the urging of his mother, Jesus had six water pots filled to the brim with water and the water miraculously turned to wine. John the Apostle wrote: "What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him" (John 2:11, NIV)

A royal official, who had a sick son, heard that Jesus had travelled to the town of Cana. The official went to Cana and begged Jesus to go home with him to heal the official's son, who was about to die. Jesus told the man that his son would live. The man believed Jesus and left Cana. While the man was returning home, his servants met him on the way and told him that his son was alive and that the son's fever had gone away at 1 p.m. the day before. The man realized that that was the same time that Jesus had told him that his son would live.

Catching large number of fish: (See Luke 5:3-10) Stepping in Simons boat, Jesus asked Simon to push out a little into the water, so that He could sit in the boat and speak to the crowd on shore. When He finished speaking He told Simon to go out in the deeper water and let down his nets. Simon replied "We worked hard all last night and didn't catch a thing, but if You say so, we will try again". And this time the nets were so full, they began to tear. A shout for help brought in another boat and soon both boats were filled with fish and on the verge of sinking. It was during this miracle Jesus told Simon "Do not be afraid, from now on you will be fishing for the souls of men.

Healing a leper: After preaching the "Sermon on the Mount" (Matt 5-7), Jesus came down the hillside followed by a large crowd. A leper approached Him, knelt before Him worshiping, and pleaded, "If You want to, You can heal me". Jesus touched the man, and said to him "I want to, be healed". And instantly the leper was healed.

Healing a paralytic: There was a large crowd around the house Jesus was staying, in Capernaum. With no room left in or outside the house, four men dug through the roof and lowered a paralyzed man on a mat, right in front of Jesus. When Jesus saw how strongly they believed that He would help, Jesus said to the sick man "I say to you stand up, take your mat and go home". The man stood up took the mat and went out before all of them,

so that they were all amazed and glorified god, saying, "We have never seen anything like this". Raising widows son: Approaching the town of Nain, the dead and only son of a widow, was being carried out. When Jesus saw this He had compassion for the widow and told her not to weep. He then touched the body and said "Young man, I say to you, rise!" The dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him to his mother. The people seeing this, glorified God, and the word about Him spread throughout Judea, and all the surrounding country.

Healing two blind men: Two blind men followed Jesus, crying loudly, "Have mercy on us, Son of David!" Jesus said to them "Do you believe I am able to do this?" They said to Him "Yes, Lord." Then He touched their eyes and said "According to your faith let it be done to you." And their eyes were opened.

Feeds 5000: A large crowd gathered around Jesus at a deserted place on the shore of the Sea of Galilee. It was late and the people had no food. Jesus told His disciples to give them something to eat. They replied there is nothing here but five barley loaves and two fish that was carried by a boy. Jesus had the food brought to Him, and ordered the crowds to sit on the grass. Then He took the five loaves and two fish, and looked up into Heaven, and blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to His disciples to set before the people, and He divided the two fish among them all. The food was multiplied, and all 5000 men and their families ate and were filled. What was left over was gathered up, twelve baskets of broken pieces. This miracle is recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. The miracles of Jesus were to demonstrate Gods power over His creation. When Jesus did miracles, He demonstrated that He had power over the wind and the waves, over demons and disease, over blindness and deafness. He had power over life, even to the point of resurrection. All the miracles that we read in the bible are miracles that were done to show that Jesus was the Christ, who had come to save his own people. The miracles were signs to the people who observed them saying, This is the Son of God.
