 Established Imaginet in April 1995 as one of the UK’s first Web Solutions
Agencies, and the first in Wales.
 Managed company from start-up to £million turnover & 26 employees.
 Recruited mangers and developers. Defined roles and responsibilities that
recognised people's abilities, development needs and the jobs that needed
doing. Developed team working approach. Introduced monitoring, performance
review and incentive schemes that recognised and rewarded individual and
group achievements.
 Project managed over 150 web projects of various sizes. Major clients included:
the DTI, Welsh Assembly Government, Wales Tourist Board, Welsh
Development Agency, S4C, BBC, Just Group, First Plus, Osprey Publishing,
Telecom Eirann, Eircell, Concern Worldwide, and Fathers Direct.
 Researched, defined and developed a variety of Applications, Products and
Sector Specific Services (including CMS, CMR and Knowledge Management
systems and a bespoke online Shopping Application) that have enabled Imaginet
to lead the web services market in Wales.
 Developed e-Tourism Strategies & Destination Management Solutions for

introduction and development of Internet Services in Eire.

Welsh Govt Bodies, & Local Authorities in Wales, as well as for Corporations,
