Ltd. is extremely careful of the impact its business has on the environment and for this Riello / Aros UPS systems have obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification which activates all the procedures to reduce pollution and control the resources. Riello PCI India Pvt. Ltd. has a country wide initiative to become the most environmentally friendly power protection company. Riello UPS is a major contributor to the European Commission Code of Conduct on Energy Efficiency and Quality of Uninterruptible Power Supplies - and the first European manufacturer to rate its products for ECO Energy Level efficiency. The European Commission Code of Conduct is a document signed by the major UPS manufacturers in Europe which outlines the efficiency levels to reach for specific size bands from 10-800kVA, at 100% to 25% loading. Thanks to the adaptive battery management to prolong the battery life, to the low total harmonic distortion and high input PF (THDi <3% in the latest generation UPS) and the adaptive Smart Mode operation in which the UPS selects itself the best mode of operation, our UPS systems function at top efficiency with a substantial reduction in energy consumption.
