Applications for a doctorate exchange mobility can be submitted only at the second call for applications (application deadline: November 2014 February 2015). Applications for a doctorate degree mobility can be submitted only at the first call for applications (application deadline: 11th November 2013 1st February 2014). Nationals of the Western Balkan partner countries who want to apply for a mobility scholarship at doctorate level can choose between two types of mobility: credit transfer (=exchange) or full degree . EU nationals can only apply for credit transfer (=exchange) mobility. The applicant needs to have finished his/her master studies (or equivalent) by the time of application in order to be eligible. All applicants for a mobility at doctorate level can choose only one host university in the online application.
