1) How should IVK decide between vendors? Recommend a process. Vendor selection criteria Verax Web ( the sentimental favourite) They are capable but there is a concern that IVK might outgrow them good moderate and affordable The product and services are a perfect fit for IVKS products Second The service is up to the mark, this gives the control in IVKs hands and they are also ready to provide people support to maintain their software Very flexible, IVK has a great deal of contract negotiating leverage.

2) How should the vendor service contract be structured? Make a recommendation. A vendor service agreement should consist of the following elements mentioned. 3) Which service delivery model would be best for IVK? Recommend and justify. When we see the service delivery model of Servo Lith, they seems to be very rigid and IVK does not have any control over the service which is a risk. They are also sceptical about ServoLtih providing the same service to IVKs competitor. Hence ServoLtih will not be a good model. Whereas HiOsoft seems to give the whole task in IVKs hands which will make the model too complicated for IVK to handle. Thus IVK cannot fruit the advantage of outsourcing with this model. Hence we feel Verex Webs service model seems to be a tailor made and convenient for IVK. They provide the control of the service software and data in IVKs hands. Also they seems to cater their services according to IVKs convenience. They seem to be reliable and trust worthy too. Thus we recommend Verex Web service delivery model to be the best.
