Rule 138 ATTORNEYS AND ADMISSION TO BAR RULE 138 Attorneys and Admission to Bar Section 1.

Who may practice law. Upon verified application made by an e&aminee stating that his penmanship is so poor that it will be difficult to read his answers without much loss of time , the Supreme $ourt may allow such e&aminee to use a typewriter in answering the questions) *nly noiseless typewriters shall be allowed to be used.
