NABAKEM CPU is insulation, moisture-proof and sealing protection coating agent to protect
PCB from
moisture, water, acid, alkali, dust and vibration etc. and prevent malfunction, short circuit and

deterioration.

Uses

How to USE
Remove oilless and moisture from the place to be coated.
If necessary, PCB may be flushed. However, urethane material has good adhesive strength even
if flux is not
removed shake CPU-50A(main material) and CPU-50B(curing agent) slightly before mixing
them.
Blending ratio : CPU-50A(main material) : CPU-50B(curing agent) = 64ml : 104ml
Put CPU-50A and CPU-50B into agitation container, and remove bubble them sufficiently for
more than 30 minutes and apply them to PCB after using it.
Flush agitator with solvent (NABAKEM MC-2) immediately after using it.
If this agent is hardened, remove it completely with scraper.
