A RESOLUTION OF CREATING AND ADOPTING THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS FOR CHESS AND FRISBEE CLUB

WHEREAS, the body has found that the CONSTITUTION and BY-LAWS FOR CAFC, is reasonable and meet the objectives and vision of the club. WHEREAS, the body has approved that the said CBL must be adopted and be implemented upon approval and ratification of the body. WHEREAS, the majority of the body has approved and has their approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED. RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of this resolution be furnished to the CAFC President, CAFC VICE-PRESIDENT, and CAFC SECRETARY, for his/her reference and guidance. Unanimously approved.

DATE: SEPTEMBER 18, 2013 ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING VENUE: Room 24; Engineering Building

Attendance: RAYZA MIRAL RENEO LOURDY REMIGOSO ROLAND ILAJAS HAZZIEL TRECE JOHN ELTON PACUDAN EDGAR JARDIN DEXTER BADILLA

Minutes of Meeting: The meeting starts at 02:30 PM. The following agendas were as follows: 1. Creating of Constitution and By Laws; This agenda has been approved by the body. Constitution and By Laws discussion The objectives of this organization is to promote friendships, and sportsmanship among several of students in Camiguin Polytechnic State College. Suggesting the Name and Scope of organization. The first suggestion was CHEFRIA ( Chess and FRISBEE ASSOCIATION) The second was FRICHEC ( FRISBEE and CHESS CLUB) The last was CAFC ( CHESS and FRISBEE CLUB) The decision was moved to the next meeting To create the organizational declaration of principles. Reneo Remigoso was assigned to create an organizational logo, the deadline for submission is within this week. The mechanics of the play ( Chess and Frisbee) Roland Ilajas was assigned to submit the rules and mechanics of Frisbee game. John Elton Pacudan was assigned to submit the rules and mechanics of Chess tournament.

2. Appointments of the Officer. This agenda is been approved by the body; The CAFC PRESIDENT , VICE PRESIDENT , SECTARY, TREASURER, AUDITOR and PIOS were been through appointment: President: Rayza Y.
