Colgate Palmolive India is recruiting for Customer Development Officers roles through CATALYST in North India.

CATALYST (www.thecatalyst.co.in) is a XLRI-Alumnus initiative and was incepted in 2009. It is a graduate ASSESSMENT TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT firm which aims at making students more employable by objectively assessing their employability skills and providing industry relevant training to bridge all skills gaps. Further, it puts these students in touch with multiple companies and helps them get recruited in the company of their choice and drive a fast-track career for themselves.

Colgate Palmolive is looking for fresh MBA graduates with a passion for sales and a drive for action, with good communication and analytical skills and with excellent team commitment and leadership skills. Opportunities are available in the following locations

a) Uttar Pradesh: Bareilly, Meerut, Varanasi, Lucknow & Kanpur. b) Other locations: Delhi, Gurgaon & Chandigarh.

The brief about the Customer Development Program is as under:

CD Internship Program - 3 Months intensive program designed for fresh graduates/post graduates. - Opportunity for the students to earn while they learn Colgate Palmolive way of working - About their systems & processes. - CD Interns are not given any sales targets during these the internship period. The only KPI for them is to learn about our systems & processes, how we operate and do things in a certain way. - CD Interns are assessed on monthly basis followed by a final review at the end of three months. - Based on performance review students are confirmed as CD Trainees and are placed on probation for 6 months. Their performance is again reviewed in the 5th/6th month and then they are confirmed as Customer Development Officer (CDO). The CTC details are as under

The selection process will be as under:

Catalyst shortlisting basis - Resume screening, aptitude test and telephonic interview Colgate selection basis - Basic aptitude test followed by GD & PI - We hire students who have - Aptitude to learn, Good interpersonal/communication skills (fluent in English), passion to learn & excel. The joining dates for candidates will be in Feb/March 2014.

The recruitment process will be as follows:

Step 1: College sends CVs of interested students to CATALYST Step 2: CATALYST conducts a pre-assessment process Step 3: Shortlisted candidates go for final process with Colgate before Nov 30 . Step 4: Selected candidates receive final offer letters from Colgate.
