WHO do the proceeds go to? The Tabangay: Bayanihan para sa mga Barangay is an adopt!a! community project led by the Jesse M. Robredo Foundation, in partnership with the Kaya Natin! Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership and PLAN International!Philippines. The project aims to create a disaster fund for 25 barangays #villages, suburbs, districts$ from Eastern Samar, which will be used for the rehabilitation of their communities. Funds are allocated on a case by case basis in accordance with needs of the particular village. Possible examples of programs or projects are:% Renovation of barangay hall, classrooms, health center % Implementation of sustainable livelihood programs % Repair of water system
