To get us started...
Turn to the person sitting next to you and form pairs Take a minute to share with your partner a sparkling moment you experienced recently When done, your partner will ask you: What has made this a sparkling moment for you? and... What else? When I ring the bell, switch roles
Take a minute and write down at least two strengths you think your partner has. Share your insights with your partner:
Based on what you told me, I think you have XYZ strength (or you are good at XYZ...)

One person will be an interviewer and the other the interviewee Take each other through the interview for about 10 minutes and then switch roles Use the questionnaire as your guide and... feel free to expand and explore. Encourage your interviewee to share the full richness of their story . Listen... Dont jump in with your own story Try to get the juice of the story capture notes and memorable quotes.

What is AI
2013-12-06
AI
Is a philosophy... Not just a tool or a process (although there are AI tools & processes)
AI History
Started in the late 1980s as an experiment in the US
The Cleveland Clinic
Early 2000s first experiences outside US (Europe, Brazil, Australia, Asia, India)
BP, US AID, BBC, Avon Mexico
2013 Gathering momentum WW and in the UK- Large and small businesses, government departments, health sector, local government, Voluntary sector
When people talk about what works, there is a much higher level of energy, innovation and motivation In every situation, however challenging, something works Build on that! AI is less about solving problems it is about dissolving them.

applications...
Whole system level AI Summit to create a shared vision of success then use Lean to implement, Strength-based scorecards/metrics End-to-end process level SB Process Improvement events (Kaizen), Process valuation Team Level Building stronger project teams Add-ons/tools level SB process map, wish-bone analysis, the 7-signs of value
Exceed problem solving in results (novel solutions, from good to great) AI supports a culture of continuous improvement which is essential to the success of LSS A bridge between two change paradigms Easier acceptance, wider engagement From experience it works!
