Vivian Steir Rabin and Carol Fishman Cohen are the co-authors of Back on the Career Track, the acclaimed book on career reentry strategy and advice. Both relaunchers themselves, they understand first-hand the challenges and rewards of returning to work after a career break. Vivian, a mother of five, relaunched her career as an executive recruiter after seven years at home. Carol, a mother of four, returned to work at an investment firm after eleven years out of the full-time workforce. Her relaunch became the subject of a Harvard Business School case study on Professional Career Reentry. Both women received their MBA from Harvard Business School. They are frequently quoted in the national press, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and National Public Radio. Carol has appeared on NBCs Today show twice in the last two years, and her article, The 40-Year-Old Intern was published in Harvard Business Review in November 2012.
