Science Olympiad - one last time for now Gracie Greer (GGreer@westburychristian.org) daudinhan@yahoo.com; Friday, February 25, 2011 12:32 AM

Good morning all, This is the last email I will be sending via renweb concerning this weekend's tournament. We will depart from school at 5:30 am and head to Corpus Christi. The itinerary is attached agian for your information. We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express: 1921 10th St. McAllen TX 78503 956-994-0505. Students will have to purchase 5 meals (noon and evening meals). They may have spending money for the gift shop at the aquarium an/or at the college. We will have a brief tour of A&MCC before we leave Corpus. Lunch will be late on Friday, so students should pack a couple of granola bars or something else that travels well to sustain them before lunch and they should eat breakfast. If you would like for us to keep money for students, please place it in an evelope with their name on it and hand it to one of the adult sponsors. Dress code: Spirit wear all weekend. One piece bathing suits for the ladies or they wear a dark t-shirt over their suit. no shorts or tank tops. If students sleep in shorts that is OK for hotel, but I do not want to see short shorts in the hall ways or in the lobby. I will ask studnets to change. The hotel has told me they have plenty of staff and will be able to help us with any needs we may have. If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will do my best to answer them. My cell number is 713-449-8079 Thanks, Mrs Greer
