Objective: Process:
To create a montage using photoshop I chose two images (the girl looking out of the plane window, and the NYC skyline) and put them into photoshop. I used a mask over the second image and used the brush tool to give a gradual blend to the images. Then, I added the typography. Finally, I added a filter to the NYC skyline. (Filter used: Accented Edges)

Microsoft word and an Espon Scanner To create an event ad using an Espon scanner and Microsoft word The process that it took to create this ad started with choosing an image. I didnt have an idea of what to make my ad about, so I just looked for an image that I liked. Once I chose the jeans, I decided that I would make my ad about a jean drive. I had to scan the image onto the computer and make sure the size was correct for a good image. Next, I created this ad in Microsoft Word.

Photoshop and Fuji Film camera
Objective: Process:
To take a photo that follows all of the design principles After taking this photo on my camera (Fugi Film brand) I put it onto photoshop. I decided that for the desaturating I was asked to do, I would do the entire image. It was a slight, but noticeable change. Then, for my colorizing, I made the colors on the train track and the tree more vibrant. Lastly, I sharpened all of the edges for my filter.

Textwrangler and Photoshop
Objective: Process:
To create a webpage that showcases my logo I created this webpage using TextWrangler. It was my first time ever experiencing CSS and HTML. After creating the text in TextWrangler, I learned how to get it validated on http://www.W3.org. This website was really helpful to make sure I had gotten done what I needed to, and to have it let me know what I needed to do. To start the webpage, I marked up all my content, and inserted my image. Then, I attached a pre-made CSS document to my HTML. I went on photoshop and used the eyedropper tool to get the exact colors of my logo to use on my page. I inserted their hex colors and I was happy with the way it matched. I changed the pre made fonts as well to match my logo better. The last thing I did was use padding around my logo in order to make it centered. That was probably the most challenging part of the entire project.
